I’ve been going here for years. Joanne is the only person I trust with my taxes. She is highly educated and knows what she’s doing. I receive money back every year. Highly recommend her!

Its impossible to get in touch with anyone here. Ive sat on hold for 20+ minutes to schedule an appointment and have yet to get it scheduled so I guess ill go somewhere who is better staffed to handle customers. I had similar issues last year but stuck with them despite the laughable hold times IF there was any answer on the phone at all. There is a reason small businesses like this go under now days.

JOAAN made simple mistake on our child birth date. Child credit wasnt file correctly.We had to amended that year with another tax person.Because of that mistake, now we were short on stimulus check for $500 that have to wait to correct till next year.Thanks for the mess after we paid you $125.

Shouldnt be in business. Thanks to their efforts, I get to pay $3,000 to the IRS. I can take my chances doing my own taxes with these results. You give them, literally, every receipt possible to show payment and somehow... all goes wrong.

JoAnn has been doing our taxes for 8 years at least. Wouldnt go anywhere else. Ive never had an issue. Very professional and accurate.

The preparer that was always making everybody wait is no longer with the company. Ive had my taxes done here for years and love them. Everybody deserves a second chance.

Reaily they dont even deserve one star dont go to them unless you want to pay back taxes they lied to me and now we have to pay $1,157 in back taxes because of them

They wasted our time....we had an appointment, which took 2 weeks, then I spent 2 hours at their office to get the taxes done. They couldnt finish and had to reschedule an appointment for a week later but at the last minute they canceled the appointment and said they didnt have anyone to do our taxes! That is 3 weeks wasted with them and 2 hours in their office!! Now we have to find someone else to do the taxes at the last minute!!!

Paid to have my taxes filed and they forget to send them off for a month!

Highly recommend
