Karen is constantly keeping up to date with the changes in tax law. She is very helpful to explain any questions you have and is just a sweet lady. They have a kid friend lobby and plenty of magazines to choose from. My family and I will never go anywhere else.

I was told the wrong amout on how much they were charging me, when i asked about it all he said was it was in the paperwork you signed. So thats my fault for not paying attention to what i signed and just taking his word on what he said. I know to pay more attention next time and go somewhere thats honest.

Worst business experience of my life. Strung along for 5 months, they misplaced my legal docs but said it was almost ready, then asked me to identify the folder they had placed it in. Couldnt tell me if they cashed my check or not, thats on me per this Accounting company.
