Your employee did not ask me if I wanted to use direct deposit or use yalls card she made me choose yalls card and I didnt want to then she argued with me saying she asked me but she did not now I am forced to us yalls card

If there was a choice to give zero stars I would...me and my wife had an appointment at 3 oclock to get our taxes done there, we got there at 2:50 and let the lady know about our appointment at 3 there was one other couple there waiting for their appointment...they called them back to do theirs and meanwhile everyone who walked through the doors appointment or walk in went before us...now Im a very patient man so we waited till 4:30 and finally got fed up and left, so we went home and I promptly got on turbo tax and did them myself in about half the time it would normally take them to do it and for about half the price too...I will never go back to his and r block again they are a rip off with horrible customer service...at least the one on 59th and walker is ..I dont know about the rest.
