Great Customer Service! Great Results! I truly felt like a star! I would recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a place to file their taxes :) One Star offered me help no other tax company would offer. They took the time to break things down so I would have a better understanding of what I was filing and why I was filing. I just love this place :)

They ask for documentation that no other tax professional require, Like birth certificate and school records. They are very unprofessional never in the office and prices to file are ridiculous.. All in all stay away they are being audited by irs. They have to have those records for their own ass..

We are sorry to Miss Tracey whom may have not checked with IRS.GOV to further know about the IRS requirements for DUE DILIGENCE since more and more tax returns are being filed fraudulently. As far as being audited, Im not sure where she has gotten that false information especially if she has not had the opportunity to file with us due to our ridiculous prices. We take pride in our work and are available ALL year long when your local turbo taxer is nowhere to be found. Should you file with us and you get audited, we are right there with you to help during the process, something that other places say they offer, but time after time they dont. Again, for someone to have not been able to file with us because we are never opened, or gettig audited...Im not sure where Miss Tracey has gotten her information about that OR the fees, but I do, however, hope she has gotten the help that she needs wherever she goes.
