Carl took my return, which had schedules for income, tax credits, and all sorts of extra crazy, and did a tremendous job on my return. He took my records that were thrown into an excel sheet and prepared a return for me that not only made sense, but exceeded my expected return. I was not able to process my return electronically on ANY online provider because they did not support my needed forms and was turned down by another tax preparer before I found Carl. Highly recommend and will continue using Total Tax Service for my returns.
