Amazing! I called at 9:30am to talk for a quote, from what I was told would be a compete replacement of our pool pump by other pool repair places, however I was told by the Pool Doctor that they felt it was just the motor. Saved me $400 to $500!Also, I called at 9:30am and they had a tech out by 2:00pm to repair and replace. Great survive and so helpful!All the other pool repair companies I called said 24hr at least to just come to look at my pump. As we all know in the Oklahoma heat a pool that sits will get nasty quick!Thank you Pool Doctor for your amazing help and your awesome Tech.Highly recommend!!

We have used Pool Doctor for several years. They have opened and closed our pool several times. We were even out of town one year and a freeze was coming. They went to our house and winterized, then just billed us. They have been great at helping us navigate our pool questions. But, our best service came this week, July 2021, when Ryan came out due to our filter and pump malfunctioning. Ryan worked with us and our warranty company to make us whole again. We really appreciate all of their staff, from the people who answer the phone, to the technicians they hire and send out. I called about a pool cover and was greeted by the most pessimistic, unprofessional lady. I would never use someone who is this unprofessional. I asked if they made custom pool covers and they replied Uhh yep but there is a waiting list a mile long, so you better be ready to wait, then when I asked if they serviced our area, she immediately said absolutely not and hung up, like it was an insult for me to even ask. Sorry Maam, I didnt mean to ruin your day buy asking a simple 35 second question.

Love this company. They have cleaned our pool for several years. Recently we had to have a few things updated and they were quick to respond, get the supplies needed and replace the parts. I’m always impressed with the professionalism they show.

1st time pool owner - we moved into a house with an established in-ground pool. Pool Doctor has been very helpful and patient with my many questions. I just had them out to install a water heater. Matt and Ryan rerouted some funky plumbing and did a great job with install. So far my experience with them has been excellent.

This has been the absolute best service we ever had. Great communication. Totally professional!! I highly recommend this company. Our technician Ryan got the job done period.

Ryan with The Pool Doctor-OKC was very responsive!I called at 1pm and he traveled outside of OKC and had my pool pump replaced with a brand new pump by 5pm! He even added a new seal to my pump and is replacing a lid free of charge! He was very professional! I am a manager of customer service to I truly believe in under promise and over deliver and that’s exactly what Ryan did! Getting service like this is very hard to find especially in the pool servicing industry. Thanks so much, Ryan and keep it up!

I called them to come repair a leaking pool pump. They suggested a seal kit to fix it. I was never notified when they would arrive but received a call after they had been by. The technician said he had fixed the pump but thought a breaker might have tripped. After arriving home I discovered a wire had been broken on the pump by the technician and no breaker had been tripped. I called them to send someone back out. After a week of waiting and multiple phone calls no one ever showed. After that time of waiting with a broken pump my pool turned and is now extremely dirty and has a lot of algae. On a bright note I called a company named Affordable Pool Solutions that was willing to come fix the Pool Doctors mistakes and were able to get to me the next day. If you need any pool repairs made I would highly recommend not calling Pool Doctor!

Ive had several repairs done on my pool in the last several years, all I have is positive things to say about this group of professionals. This year my automatic pool cover needs to be replaced. In the past I was so impressed, when I watched two technicians adjust my pool cover to pull straight in under 5 minutes and nailed it the first time. I had attempted this my self and it takes me a few frustrating hours. So this only told me these are the right guys for the job. If you want it done, quickly, and done right. Make sure you give these guys a call. The only ones Ill trust with my pool. Thank You so much!!!!The Pool Doctor came out today 08/23/2019 and replaced my pool cover, and the parts that were worn. It works better then it did when it was new. In saying this the covers been upgraded from the original, with a material around the edges that allows for smoother operation. Theyd scheduled a whole day, he had it done and operational in about 3 and a half hours. Extremely Happy Customer!!!! Professional, knowledgeable, very friendly. I just wish I could say more.

These guys dona good honest business. I had them plaster a pool and I buy a lot ot chemicals from them. I am happy with their sercice and pricing.

I’ve called multiple times and heard “I’ll have some call you” but no one ever calls. I talked to one pool tech who said “I’ll have someone come out and measure next week” but again no one came and never called. After several attempts of trying to get my pool worked on I’ve decided they must not want my business so I’ll take it elsewhere.

Had our pool re-plastered, new tile, and stone around pool reset. Very sloppy work. Mortar is all over the tile. And cracks were not filled in on the stone. I was told to mark the spots not filled and he would come back to fix the cracks and clean up his sloppy work. He never came back. I notified the Company and they said they would look into it. That was 3 weeks ago. They sure did cash that check on the day we gave it to them. Very sloppy work!!!!!! We had to finish and clean up what they didn’t. I’d rate them zero stars if it would let me.

We called to make an appointment to have our equipment looked at because we have a problem. Cathy (I think that’s her name) is always in such a hurry to get off the phone that she doesn’t take her time to listen and she never gave us an actual date. Just said 10 to 14 days. John showed up on day 6 or 7 without us being notified first. My husband was home and explained that we were not expecting him and were waiting on a part to come in the next day. John promised to be by on Wednesday (2 days later). John no showed and no called. We called the office again and were told by John himself that he would be out Thursday morning or Friday. He again no showed and no called. John finally called my husband on the following Monday and said he had been calling the wrong customer all along and he promised to be here Tuesday morning. Again... he no showed and no called us. I called the office and Cathy promised to send someone else today. Well, no one showed up and we got no call. They are now closed for the holiday (tomorrow is the 4th of July) and we have no working pool to enjoy it in. I would not recommend this company to anyone for any reason.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They broke our child pool gate because they could not figure out how to open it. Rather than ask how to open it, I wathced from inside as the man ripped the gate open. This action broke that mechanism and we had to replace it ourselves. They spent all summer trying to find a leak and were unable to do so. Spent a lot of money (several thousand) with no solution.

After a bad experience with another company I called the pool doctor and they were here the next day getting the mess cleaned up. They had it looking better than it ever has in just 3 days!!!

Really respectful. They did a great job.
