There was a very nice girl working when I took in my water sample. She tested it and printed out the results and worked out a plan for me and wrote everything down to help me incase I forgot. Then gave me a free bottle to bring my water samples back in.. Complete opposite experience when I took my water sample to leisure time.
I have been working with Jonathan and he has been professional and is the reason we have been able to order our equipment for our city pool. He has went above and beyond to make things happen and all at no extra gain for himself. It is rare in this day and age to have such a committed employee for not only Leslies but for us the customer. Highly recommend using this store.

Manager was very friendly and helpful. I needed a adapters to swap out a 1000 gph pump to a 2500 gph pump. They had them and .uch more in stock. Signed up for the awards program. Think Im going to need it. This is the first pool Ive ever owned. So learning fast and hard!

This place is okay not my favorite
I literally just left the store and Shelby was amazing.! My first pool and i know nothing about them.! She ran a free water test and told me exactly what to do and how to do it.! She is very knowledgeable and informative about all the chemicals. Phones were ringing like crazy and multiple customers walked in while I was there never once was she overwhelmed, very polite greeted everyone that walked in the door and I still didnt feel ignored. Even helped me pick good pamphlets with great information that pertain to my pools needs.! Thanks for being awesome and making this so easy and stress free Shelby.!
Leslies is an excellent pool supply business. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Whether you need chemicals, a water test, parts, or larger items like pumps, heaters, covers, etc.
