I have called this company multiple times and asked them to park their vehicles in front of the house they service. I don’t mind people parking in front of my house if the house they service doesn’t have room. But the house they service is always wide open. I have spoken with the office multiple times and they say they will stop. But every week they continue to park right in front of my house.

1) Tag door that with notes that contract cleaning is performed. Home security verified that they did not.2) Office staff did not care when complaint was made and told to just monitor cameras to ensure work was done.3) Filers were on dirty and had not been cleaned in ages. Filthy, stopped pressure and water shears weren’t working. Some contracted cleaning.4) I have photos of the entire train wreck. Seriously, the worst run business in Edmond. For just $300 a month, I am giving money away just for the fun of it...I guess.

I was out of town for about 5 weeks this summer, and hired Johnson Pools to look after my pool while I was gone. When I called them, I told them that it was a saline pool and required very little maintenance, and I really just wanted to make sure nothing went wrong while I was gone. When I arrived home in August, I found my pool was overflowing onto my patio and into the yard. I have flagstone copping around my pool, and the flagstone was disintegrating. I called Johnson Pools and talked to Andrea to let her know that I was very upset that the technician had not backwashed my pool back to the correct level and instead let my copping soak in the salt water to be destroyed. She talked to her technician and then called me back. As it turns out, the technician said that each of the 5 times (once a week) he came out to the house, he found the pool overflowing, and lowered the level to the proper level. I have an automatic pool level/filler on my pool, and it was malfunctioning (stuck in the on position). Johnson Pools was aware that my pool was having this problem, but never bothered to call me or try to fix the problem. As a result, I had a $450 water bill for a month that I was not home, and the $4,500 I spent to have the copping installed 2 years ago is now ruined. When I spoke to Andrea to let her know how disappointed I was and wanted to know what they would do to help make things right, her response was, you hired us to clean your pool, and we cleaned it. She went on to tell me that they were not hired to take care of mechanical problems like the auto filler, and had no idea that I had an auto filler on the pool. Well, the pool was clean, except for all of the flag stone that had disintegrated and settled at the bottom around the edges, but I would never use Johnson Pools to look after my pool again and I will never recommend them to anyone else.

We have tried several pool maintenance companies and have not been overwhelmed by any of them as they seem to come when they want, charge what they want and our pool never looks or performs any better. We gave Johnson Pools a shot based on a recommendation, met with the folks and were impressed with their presentation, however it was clear early on that JP was no different from the others. Over priced, service was always willing, scheduling was at their whim. If you standard then try them, if you want the best, look us up and give us a call we will provide you with the single best one we are truly happy with.

Johnson Pools helped us to re-create our backyard. They did an excellent job with all aspects of the pool equipment, from recommending the new items that we needed to reusing the items that they could. They worked extremely well with our other contractors to make certain the construction moved along as planned. Thank you for a terrific job!

I dont usually write reviews online, but the excellent service of this company deserves the time. The repair people were helpful and quick to resolve a pool heater issue. The administrative staff was very efficient and polite in handling our phone conversations. It was nice to actually speak to a human who was aware of the situation on the phone instead of having to leave voice mails. Very trustworthy company!

I have no idea how good or bad you folks are at pools, but this review stems from your employee driving a well labelled company truck East bound I-240 and Douglas at 0930ish this morning. Your driver spent more time staring at his phone than the road for the few miles I was subjected to the frequent speed changes and swerving. Hope you have good insurance and lawyers, not a matter of if but when...

Do not EVER do business with Johnson Pools - hands down the worst customer service weve ever received.They originally came out to do a free quote for a new pool cover. All was well. Quote went fine, but wasnt the lowest bid we received for the product and so we chose to use another dealer.Fast forward a few weeks and we had an issue with one of our skimmers and decided to call a company to come out to blow out the lines. We chose Johnson Pools. At the time service was requested, my husband also mentioned that we would be calling them back in the future for help closing the pool, but NOT UNTIL we had our new pool cover in place. I was home the day of service and after it was completed I went to check on what had been done and lo and behold they had also closed the pool. I talked to my husband while he was at work and he had to call and explain their mistake to which they agreed to come back and undo what had been done.Fast forward a couple more weeks and we receive a bill in the mail for...you guessed it...blowing out the line AND closing the pool. We immediately called them to point out their mistake and ask that the charges be removed from the bill and we were met with a defensive woman on the other end of the phone who insisted that we were wrong, there was simply nothing she could do about it, the charges were NOT going to be removed and that they were payable immediately. After more back and forth she finally agreed to speak with her boss about it and told us that she would call us back with a solution......Fast forward a couple MORE weeks (yesterday) and we receive another bill WITH A LATE FEE included. We call AGAIN and speak with the same hateful woman who continues to argue on the phone that their company did exactly what they were asked to do and that we owed money for all services rendered. The back and forth continues and my husband explains that she agreed to talk with her manager and he wanted to know what the outcome of that conversation was - her answer - I did speak with my boss and he says that we can reduce the amount of your bill, but if we do that were going to charge you $90 for coming out to give you an estimate for a pool cover that you never bought from us......WHAT?!?!?!?! So let me get this straight - because you made the mistake of performing a service that we never requested, our options are to pay in full or retroactively pay you EXTRA for a FREE QUOTE that was given MONTHS ago. Youve got to be kidding me.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We will NEVER be doing business with this company in the future.
