I went there late 30 minutes to closing. He told me there was something wrong with my car and he couldnt give me an oil change. But he could fix the problem for$800. I told him that was too expensive. Took it to two other places they both said my car was fine. NOT BROKEN. Got oil change at a different place at a better price. Will not be back.

Costly full synthetic oil but the service was in an instant and well worth the less than 10 minutes when your time is rushed. The service man tells you quickly all the available services offered. I literally was texting and it was done. Sitting in the car with baby asleep while they changed oil and filterr was allowed. Drove off smiling. Not like Jiffy Lube where you have to get out of car, wait to sign in so inconvenient.

I went there to get an oil change and they told me that they couldnt do it because of an oil leak at my oil filter housing.So next day spent $160 at a shop for new housing gasket, (which the shop said the one i had replaced didnt look to bad but ithey replaced it to be sure). So then i go back up to valvoline to get the oil change and they said that the shop should have done it with the gasket replacement. I informed them they didnt. So then the guys check my oil and say they cant do the oil change cause the shop forgot to put any oil back in my car. So i was told i had to drive off with NO oil in my car and to take it up with the shop. I then pull across street to 711 check my oil myself and there was oil in my car. They refused me for 2 days in a row, and i probley spent $160 on a repair that i did not need. Worst place ever.

I went to Advanced Auto Parts because my headlight was out. When I arrived 7 lights were out so they referred me to Valvoline Instant Oil Change. The mechanic at Valvoline diagnosed my problem right away and since it was close to closing time, offered to set up an appointment. He was very efficient and friendly. I met other mechanics there and they were friendly and respectful. This is the 2nd time I have been referred to Valvoline by other businesses to get help. Seems like a good place!

Me and my family have been coming to valvaline for years I took my moms car to get an oil change about a month ago and (I still have 1,200miles til my next oil change ) when I’m driving and my oil light keeps going on I have zero oil leaks whitch makes me think they didn’t put enough oil in my engine I checked it today there was hardly a drop on my dip stick very very very disappointing!!!!

Great experience would go back and work for them and bring all relatives and friends to get their cars fixed not just worked on

I had my first professional oil change and Edward and Kevin were amazing. I really appreciate that they didnt try to upsell me and let me decide what I did and didnt want. Ill be going back next month for a full workup on my car and back for another oil change in August!

The guys got us right in and were super nice. We dont usually use valvoline for oil changes, but we needed it done desperately. They however took the time to talk to us about what oil they did have and show us the ratings and specs of their oil. They did a fantastic job! So greatful for them today! Definitely will be going back.

I wouldnt recommend this place. Dude check my air filter while during an oil change and i knew he dropped the screw. I found it sitting on my splash shield/under tray when i pulled out of the bay and parked. He then acted like he didnt even know.

This is my favorite place to get an oil change. Not just any Valvoline but this one in particular.I have all the equipment to do my own oil changes but I still prefer to pay for one here. They change your oil, check your fluids, fill your washer fluid, and then check all of your lights.I could do all this myself but they do it in like 15 minutes and that saves me time. Time is money.There is never a wait when I pull up. They get me in and out in 15-20 minutes. They offer all of the services they have but respect you when you say no to something.They really only try to sell you on what you actually need. They might offer extras but respect a no thank you response.I will continue using this location as long as they treat me the way they have in the past.Update January 8th 2019: They are still providing exceptional service. This time he asked me if I wanted my cabin filter replaced. I usually do air filter changes myself but the cabin filter is overly complicated. I have tried several times to replace it myself an have given up. That dude spent 45 minutes of his time but finally got the filter replaced with no extra charges for the time it took. This place deserves much more than 5 stars.

She always ensures the feeling of having great care taking of my vehicle.. Ive even got my company to get oil changes here.. Overall i am always satisfied when dealing with valvoline... Terrible experience! I appreciate the drive up access but from the start there was a lack of communication and there was constant upselling and a disinterest in me as a customer only my money. For a place known for oil it’s one of the most expensive I’ve found and lower quality work. When I got home I noticed they made a complete mess of oil on inside the engine compartment on top of the vanity cover and around the area.

They were quick and even helped me out with my wiper..not included in the oil change! Tha ks guys!

Tech was rather rude and barking orders. While I appreciate doing an inspection of lights, glass, etc. Definitely need to work on their carside manner... Until they can work on their customer service, Id say #avoid for now

I wont be back to this location. To be scoffed at by a man, well I dont have to pay $50 for that. Informed me that my serpentine belt was in dire need of changing, at a cost of $159.99, along with a long list of other things. What he didnt realize was that I knew about cars. Told him I could take care of my air filters myself, and I would check the belt when I got home. More scoffing and a good luck, maam. Yeah, there isnt a single crack in my serpentine belt. Buyer beware! Always get a second opinion!

Horrible!!!The guy that changed my oil broke my oil cap..l saw it fly off the car and then had to wait 45min for autozone to bring a new one and had the nerve to chg me for it and 3 wks later l had no oil in my car due to the fact that the guy also ruined my oil pressure switch which is right next to the oil filter so all my oil leaked out..this cost 103 dollars to replace.l was told by a certified mechanic with 27yrs experience that both of these parts are not maintenance parts in other words they dont just wear out .Someone had to have screwed them up.l saw the guy shaking his head and telling Ivan it just wasnt his day.l wish he would have been decent enough to admit what he did to my car ..also had their air cond expert look at my air cond last yr..had a problem with it coming off and on with cold air and he said my air compressor was shot and they didnt make rebuilt ones for my car. I cld autozone and they had them in stock for 350dollars.come ti find out
