I cant offer anything about their fixing vehicles because I only rented a u-haul truck. That being said, Chad was extremely pleasant and helpful. Seems like a friendly place. I believe in first impressions so I would expect quality repairs. I hope somebody else can offer repair opinions

They are great people, made a appointment and they took care of us. Reasonable price to fix cam shaft position sensor. Car was stalling, they explained want it was and fixed the problem, they were so fast and awesome we had a 19 point service oil change.

Chad and his mechanic Nick went the extra mile for my son in college. He was trying to come home to Seattle but his Ford Fusion broke. After seeing the reviews of multiple local shops, Chad and Nick were chosen to do the repairs. Although there were many others repairs ahead of us, Eric volunteered to work till 2am and into the weekend to get the car ready to drive back to Seattle in 2 days.(from Oklahoma). No leaks, no adjustments, just good ol fashioned quality work. Kudos to these guys. May GOD bless their business due to their kindnesses.

Rented a U-Haul from and extremely rude guy and it wasnt even safe to drive as it had a blown tire on the inside of the driver side and the tire beside it holding the weight was completely bald and we had to call roadside assistance to change the tires. He didnt check any of the fluids or anything. 10/10 would not recommend. He acted as though I was inconvenient to him even thought I spent $1400.

I have used this place a few times both for car repair and uhaul rental. My family and I swear by them. They are great techs and really nice. Price is very fair and they are pretty quick. If you need a good auto shop try this place first.

Chad is the only person I ever want to take my car to. I recommend him to everyone. Hes honest and runs an honest business. Everyone is on the same page and knows whats going on if its not Chad himself working on it. He also explains whats going on with your car in the best way to where youll be able to understand, and yet doesnt degrade you. He also offers up a few different options for you to consider in that, if you can get ahold of a part that you need for cheaper, hell only charge labor. Hes even realistic about having a friend that will fix you up for free/cheaper in that he doesnt force his business on you. And he also lets you know if anything comes up during the process, asks you before he does anything and lets you know the total cost if you choose to proceed. Highly recommend him.

My car has been here for over two months now. I needed a new transmission. I paid him in full and still dont have my car. My daughter had her whole engine rebuilt in less than three weeks somewhere else. Im extremely dissatisfied with whats going on with my car. Ive had to ride the bus to work and struggle to find ways home.I do not recommend that anyone ever go to this car repair shop.

This shop has just found a new customer. This shop and these men were a lifesaver today. As a woman Im always nervous to go to shops because I automatically feel Im going to get taken advantage of.
