Yes. I bought my car there for a possible timing belt. You told me it was a ecm according to your test. It was not the ecm for it has been replaced. My question was any other test ran? Was my $ 120.00 only for you to plug up a machine? What is next step if your diagnostic was wrong?Not true. I bought my car and said I think it was a timing belt issue. You told me you ran a diagnostic and didnt go any further after you hot a code. So no you didn check what I orginally asked you too. You didn do any other checks for symptoms I explained. You charged my 120.00 to plug a machine up and that was it. No other kind of checks were done

They were courteous over the phone and in person. They had to order parts for me but were able to book me an appointment for the very next day. They were fast and even checked on me a couple of days later to make sure I wasn’t having any problems. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Found out car wouldnt start on lunch break at work. Tried to jump start for over half an hour. Called Kens to find out what wrecker service they recommend. The nice lady on the phone told me that they recommend Ragsdales. The driver got to my work and got me and my car to Kens, where I described what was going on. I was told two things of what the problem might be. turned out to be one two the things I was told. It needed a new battery. SO I got my car back fast, and had another great experience at Kens Tire and Auto...as usual. You have an awesome team there Eric...great job guys.

Eric and staff at Ken’s Tire and Auto hastily worked my repair needs in to their schedule and provided a prompt diagnosis. Although the required repairs were outside of their capabilities, they provided us sound advice where to follow up for repairs, and they did not charge us a dime since they were unable to repair. That demonstrated Eric and Staff work under good business principles and are an ethically sound company.. I will definitely keep Ken’s Auto repair in mind for future services and strongly recommend their services.

This is the place I recommend to my friends and family. They are helpful and friendly. I know that if they say it needs to be done-then it needs to be done.I recently came in because my tires kept going low. I brought it in and they needed replaced. He asked if I could come back the next day since they didnt have them in the shop. Unfortunately, I wouldnt be able to come back for a couple of weeks because of the hours I work. He said that wasnt safe and sent someone to pick up the tires the same day and put them on my car! This is amazing service!

First time going to this place. And I hated going somewhere not knowing or having any idea what’s wrong with my car. So my trust was in there hands and they did not disappoint. Everything was explained to me. They saved me money two times and also recommended certain things but told me it wasn’t a must. Oh yeah besides that. They did one hella of a job on my car.

Great place to take your vehicle. Always have taken care of me.Wife had taken her car to a closer shop to get tires balanced and fix a valve stem. Still had issues so she made the time to travel up to see y’all. Turns out the other place didn’t do anything. You had to replace them same supposed valve stem and rebalance the tires. Car rides great again.

I have taken my car many places to have the basic maintenance done to it and I have never been in and out within a couple of hours. It could have been done if the employees werent standing around gabbing, and talking about what they are going to do or have done over the weekend. At Kens Tire & Auto, even without an appointment; I was in and out within an hour. The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend that everyone should at least go here once, I guarantee that you will be a repeat customer and wont go back to anyone else.
