Honestly, everyone here in great. From the girls at the desk that are SO sweet to the ladies actually performing the services. I bought a wax pass and it was honestly the best investment! I LOVE Samantha! Every time I go she gets me together in less than 30 minutes! I’m literally in and out, with nothing ever left behind. She’s wonderful!! 5 stars to this location. My favorite place I’ve ever gotten a Brazilian!

The girl at the front desk is nice too. I love when people are happy, smile and speak with a positive upbeat/happy voice. I have been to Christine at European Wax Center 8 or 9 times now. I drive all the way from Walters, OK (2 hours) every 4 weeks because she is phenomenal! She makes you feel like you’ve known her your whole life and she makes the waxing experience so comfortable! As long as Christine is there, I’ll be visiting this location for all of my waxing and facial needs! Also, the front desk staff is so kind and helpful. Some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet!

Front desk receptionist ERICA & HALEN are rude. No customer service whats so ever. They are literally like robots. Had a long morning and walking in for my appointment at 02:08:58 (because traffic on pen is terrible!) Plus i called as i was parking to let them know i was parking and walking in. Literally made me reschedule because i was at the “9 minute mark.” What was the difference if i walking in 10 seconds earlier at 2:08:48 My service takes 15 minutes! I live 35 mins away. I’ve been getting wax’s at many locations for years and it’s usually never the wax specialist it’s always the front desk. Ruined my whole day. Never going back. No compassion.

Plus, it’s so nice to rely on the consistency among EWC locations.I was with Martha for a while and she has since left, sadly. She was a gem! Since her departure, I’ve been with several different specialists. Most recently, I was with Kerlyn who did an incredible job! I think I found my new staple.
