They need to have more than one person working at a time. While waiting 50 minutes for a 20 minute haircut that should have taken 5 to 10 minutes, eleven customers came and went. Its sad because its a great location, super clean and new.

The best business cut ive ever gotten, and the stylists understand that business means squared lines. And a free neck massage? Sold.

I went to do a walk in and the lady at the front was on the phone. After she hung up she asked me what I wanted and I told her a haircut. She very rudely said that she just had someone sit down and itd be 30 minutes. I said ok and then she continued to say I can wait til 1:30 when the next person comes in. I sat with my husband a minute and decided that I really didnt want her cutting my hair and we have other places to be. I normally dont write reviews but this place had so many good ones just for me to walk in and have a bad experience, I felt as though some of these reviews arent accurate. Im sure the other staff members are really nice but this one in particular wasnt. I felt very unappreciated and decided to take my business somewhere else.

I have taken my son to get his hair cut and he has thick thick hair and they have done a great job each tome. I have also had my hair dyed and wow, good job!

I explained how I wanted my hair cut showed them a picture and they still didnt cut it right, however, I went back and after showing them what it was doing and how it looked, they recut it the right way,Everyone can get it wrong at times, but when theyre willing to correct it and get it right, shows a lot about them, Thanks Supercuts
