Lorie and John were a gem to work with. I called about ordering some glass for a customer of ours at Mr. Handyman of North Oklahoma City and Edmond. They were attentive to my order and on time in ordering and getting it in. As a company they were just great to work with overall. I had an excellent experience with this company. I had to have them out to replace a window glass in my home that was broken out and they were fast, professional, and respectful of my time. The tech I worked with was very friendly and after taking measurements he remembered that I worked from home with his trip back out for the glass replacement, and advised he could do everything outside without disturbing me. The process was simple, quick, and very reasonably priced. Id highly recommend using this company.

Had a great experience with this company! They replaced a cracked rectangle of glass without wanting to replace the whole window. The price was great and I didnt feel nickel and dimed. The workers were courteous, professional, and worked quickly. The only negative was that they showed up about 15 minutes after the time frame they told us. However, they did call and let us know when they were on their way. I will definitely hire them in the future!

Everyone one we talked to from the gentleman who gave us our estimate to the installer was very professional. They asked all the right questions to cover our needs and to make sure we was getting the correct product. We ordered our windshield late Saturday which they had to ship in from out of state. We got a call the following Monday to let us know our windshield had arrived and scheduled us for the next day at noon. The installer showed up at our home a little earlier which is a plus in our book. The installer removed our cracked windshield and replaced it and was gone in less then 30 minutes. He was very polite, fast and did a great job. Anytime I need a piece of glass replaced Glass Doctor will be our only call every time.

We had a single window (double pane) that had to get replaced in the front of our home. Price wasn’t great, but apparently it’s not out of industry norm. Their response time / repair time was solid, but quality wasn’t anything to write home about. It’s hard to say if the original measurements were wrong or the installation was sub standard but in the end the new glass was installed crooked inside the frame. A bit messy with the caulk. The original trim was re-used which is fine, if it fits back in properly and isn’t damaged while removing the old pane. Neither was the case here. If you don’t know about the problems they don’t exactly stand out, but unfortunately theyre all I see each time I look at it. I called (and paid for) pros to avoid the shortcomings I’d see if I tried to change this out myself. Mission not accomplished.

After the recent Norman hail storm, Glass Doctor was the most responsive, and reasonably priced quotes I received to get my windshield replaced. Many companies were using the storm to inflate prices as much as 200%+.I was able to give them the address to the job I was working at, and they came to me and replaced my windshield very quickly and professionally. The technician was very experienced and knowledgeable. Even managed to move my pikepass to the new windshield.

After that horrible hail storm I tried to get someplace in Norman, (where I live) to replace my wind shield. No one even bothered to call me back! Saw the Glass Doctor truck across the street at my neighbors house replacing both of his windows. So I talked to John the technician and was happy with what he had to say. I immediately called and they gave me a time. Had to wait a bit, but not surprising. John came out and installed my windshield. Didn’t take long at all! He was great! I would use them again and have told many of my neighbors! Thanks!!!!!

I highly recommend this company. I will use them again should the need arise. The only thing I’d say is I didn’t get anything that showed how much I paid for the windshield, I received warranty information. I had to print out something from my bank. I’m one of those that’s keeps every record for our vehicles.

I scheduled an appointment with Glass Doctor for a vehicle windshield install in early May for two plus weeks out. They were busy and needed to order the part. On day of appointment the installer John did not show up or call to cancel. I called the office and they said the installer had an emergency and could not install windshield. Called the next morning and installer had not made it into office. I asked them to call me with reschedule dates. The affirmed that they would do so. Never called.So, I was busy at work and out of town for a week so in mid June I called to make an appointment. They needed to order the glass again as they had already used it. Said that it would be about ten days and would call me when glass arrived. Five days later I called them to inquire about the glass and schedule the install. Guy said that his computer needed to be restarted and he would call me back. Ninety minutes later I have called another company who can install next business day and Glass Doctor has not called me back.

What a great experience with a company. I was looking on line trying to find a windshield replacement for my daughters SUV. I spent 10 minutes filling out info on a competitors site just to find out they didn’t have any appointments available for several days. I scrolled over to Glass Doctor and decided to call. I spoke with Christian who was extremely helpful and kind. He got me set up for a replacement the next day. John called asking if I was ready for him to come out prior to the visit. The replacement was completed professionally and quickly. He was even able to save the Pikepass and parking sticker. Thanks for the great work and very reasonable price. I won’t ever use anyone else. Glass Doctor has very good customer service, the repairmen that came each time were always very kind & knowledgeable. The only complaints that I might have is that they are very busy (not a bad thing, means they are good at what they do) so it took a week to get someone out to get me a quote, and then the window itself was a special order, and took two weeks to come in. Then it was another week to schedule the repair & one of the windows had been ordered incorrectly, so it was another 2 weeks to order that, but then they squeezed me in when it got here. All in all I had a great experience, its just if its an emergency, this may not be the route you want to go.

Use them when I need to order window units, or specialty glass(tempered, beveled, etc). Prices are fair, employees are polite. Orders generally take a week to come in. Have used them for several years. Can’t attest to their service work.

I called them three times for a client of mine who needed glass replaced. They were very nice on the phone BUT they would not call me back like they said they would to schedule an appointment to look at it. Will never use them or recommend them.

Every one was kind and respectful. They were quick and efficient, even with an ice storm knocking out power for 5 days. Lori was super nice and the men who came to install the new window were great.

We requested an estimate on window replacement in our home, when we scheduled, the person i talked to was very helpful and professional. We waited at home and took the day off waiting for them, we they did not show i called and somehow i had been removed from the schedule. We rescheduled for the next day, the young man shows up is very professional and kind and explains everything that he is doing, it was greatly appreciated. He informed us that he had to take the measurements back to the office and that we would get a call in a few days with our estimate. It has been 3 weeks and I have not heard from them yet, i have called and the woman who answered told me she was waiting on her distributors and would return my call that afternoon. I completely understand that with COVID that some companies may be behind, but there is no reason for the lack of communication.

I have a lawn and landscape company so the occasional broken window or glass isnt really that rare for us. I have had excellent service from this company. Super nice people. Even Christian at the front desk is easy to talk with and doesn’t rush you off the phone. He calls back when he says he will and makes you a priority. They gave me a breakdown of what needed to be done and broke down the cost with no unanswered questions. Great experience with these guys! They came out and gave me a free estimate and installed the glass while working with my schedule. Installation was super quick, no mess left, and he even cleaned the inside and outside of my patio door that was repaired! Will definitely use Glass Doctor again!

I’ve been using glass doctor and referring them for about eight years now, Unfortunately at times! Lol But every single time has been a great experience and today was nothing less. Had a front windshield on my S550 replaced, And not only were they the cheapest in the city, they always come right on time. Super quick service at a very affordable price With outstanding customer service. From the receptionists Christian and Lorie (if I remember their names correctly) And most importantly my installer John. What a great guy!! THANKS AGAIN GLASS DOCTORS!!!!!

Both service men were very polite & courteous. They both communicated with me via phone calls & they were prompt. In regards to wearing masks, they both came prepared to wear them.

I called on a Saturday and scheduled an appointment for Monday. Monday came and they called me first thing to confirm. I took in my truck and it was done in about an hour. Great customer service. I would recommend to anyone.

We had an emergency call come in for a store being broken into. It was a Sunday around 4:30 AM. Tech called me back right away and was on site as soon as we needed him to be! He was even able to replace the glass on the spot... again, on a Sunday! Thank you for the incredible service.

If you like having to wait weeks to get your project done on time and correct. Then this is your place. I was scheduled to have my entire front of my store replaced on the 7th of July. The person who does the scheduling called me on the 6th to confirm the install on the 7th. Then I get a call on the 7th saying not all the hardware came in and they would have to reschedule... keep in mind they called the day before to confirm...and they said the it would be the 9th. On the day of the 9th they come out and take down the old store front. Come to find out that they didn’t have everything needed once again and I watched the installers stand around for 3 hours so I asked and they said they didn’t have the framing for the glass and had to send a person to another city to pick it up. So at 3-4pm the person showed up and started installing the framing. As I watched it go up I realized it’s not what I had described to the person who came to give me the quote and take measurements. The door was in the wrong place. The employee then threw his tools and screws all in my parking lot and acted like a child. Then come to find out the glass didn’t fit the frames and the entire job couldn’t be completed because the OWNER HAD HIS EMPLOYEES TAKE DOWN THE FRONT WITHOUT HAVING WHAT THEY NEEDED TO COMPLETE THE INSTALL. So now my store is covered up with plywood and to top it off we have a rain storm and my entire entry flooded. Also flies are infesting my store because they can just fly right in. I would not hire these guys ever again. And to top it off the job was $8000.00 and now with everything I have to fix due to poor quality and the OWNER not really caring about what his employees are doing because he is worried about the money I’m sure it will cost me a few more thousand. Not to mention the guy who tossed his tools and screws all over my parking lot forgot one and ended up in my tire. So thanks Glass Doctor for sticking it where the sun don’t shine.

I had a new window installed to replace one that was leaking even after redoing the caulking. The window was installed in about 30 minutes, the work looks excellent, and the price seemed very reasonable. I plan on using Glass Doctor for any future work I need done.
