They saved my company thousands of dollars and days in down time. They dont do removals from the vehicle but will coordinate with a third party technician to get the parts to their shop. I dropped mine out and dropped it by their shop and had it back and ready to reinstall in less than their estimated time, and I couldnt be happier. 10/10 will be coming back for my next dpf service.

In the trucking industry, everything is expensive $$$$$, this company dpf cleaner services is the cheapest, maintenance service I ever paid.Taking in consideration the huge amounts of money, dealers and others were trying to charge me, for the same service.I highly recommend this company.The employees are amazingly kind, professional, fast and understanding, of me being from out of state ( stranded) problem.And,they have same day service, if you bring it early.

Outstanding job!Quick, efficient and thorough. Needed a quick turn around on the DPF. I removed it from my vehicle on Thursday evening, dropped it off Friday morning and Saturday morning I received a text saying it was ready (within the promised 24 hours).They drove to their business and opened just to allow me to pick it up on my schedule. I had it reinstalled Saturday afternoon. Not only did they clean the interior, but the exterior was cleaned also and it almost looked brand new.Western DPF Services understands Time is Money and they will go out of their way to keep your down time to a minimum, weekends included.I will definitely return in the future!

I don’t really know about why you are working with Malik mechanic. He is not professional. After they fixing my dpf system, I got a lot of problem. Didn’t tighten the bolts, I went myself to the dealership for parts. Western DPF Services is good, bud mechanical shop who is working with installation 👎🏻
