Outstanding information knowledge of products and services willing to provide my solutions in a emergency I had without a financial burden and loss of more time just to make a sale.

Took my truck in to have it looked over and see what needed to be done (I had just bought it). These guys said they didnt do repairs (???) but gladly referred me to American Diesel down the street. And that was a joke. They had my truck for 2 weeks, made zero recommendations and didnt even change the oil like we had agreed. However, they happily charged me $100 for the pleasure.

I called them for a part I needed they told me they had 4 in stock and I could come pick them up I was 5 hours away and I told them that I’d be there the next morning to pick them up they said ok then when I drove 5 hours and spent the night there I came there in the morning and they said I didn’t know what I was talking about
