Dont go to this place neverI changed an air bag which lasted only 150 miles, it blew up, exploded and damaged a tire.I talked to the person he told me that he was not going to charge because he did not do a good job and I always charge for doing all bad damage to my tires

Buyer beware with anytime anywhere truck repair.Very fast talking hard to pin them down on a real cost. After looking into it further realized they were charging for way more than they said on the phone. On the phone the owner said it would only be $150 per hour (a bit high, but acceptable). Looking into it more they charge $150 per hour from the time they leave the shop until the time they get back. Plus $2 a mile, plus $65 service call fee. Found another local company that charged a total price of $95 for everything.

Don’t ever use these guys Got these guys to do a starter bill was 2400 first starter was bad ok it is what it is I pay the bill at 630 am when they finished at 430 he asked for pictures of my credit card and I’d and a cc authorization form. I sent the the pictures amd told him i would send the form as I was busy. He said to do exactly that. Then my driver wakes up this joker stole my batteries and locked my truck with a air lock and he has been paid in full. Will not answer my calls or texts either. I wouldn’t let him replace the batteries cause of the episode I already had and now I can’t even get warranty for my batteries. I have tried calling multiple times in the day amd no answer.

Doesnt tell you that they include the time it takes to drive TO YOU and FROM YOU in the hour. So if youre 30 minutes away, guess what, you just got charged an hour drive time, plus the time they spent there (a minimum of another hour). Record your conversations with this liar.Re: owner response:You do realize that actually is worse... right?Also he didnt mention the $65 call out fee or $2 per mile charge on the call either. More hidden fees. Yeah its on the invoice... that is given after service performed.

Have been very pleased with this company. Done business with them twice. Had my truck serviced and another time called them out for roadside. Both times did a great job. I will continue to work with them and would recommend them to anyone else needing their truck serviced or in need of roadside assistance.

These guys are ridiculous with their prices they charged $955 to change a 16” trailer tire. $450 labor if that isn’t highway robbery I don’t know what is!!! We will never use this company again as I believe in charging a fair rate, I don’t know how the owner can sleep at night knowing he is taking advantage of people who are broken down!!!

Broke down right out side of okc at night time they were very efficient with getting all the information of what had happened to my trailer to get me the correct help the mechanic that serviced my trailer was named Aaron very efficient very nice guy did everything very fast and got me on my way very clean work! Will definitely keep them in mind just incase of another incident.

Using my Coach-Net service for our camper, they connected me with Anytime Anywhere Truck Repair who came out to replace what was a broken leaf spring. The repair man who came seemed great, knowledgeable and was very responsive. Let us know that we actually needed to change all of our leafsprings, and put on new heavy duty leafsprings. As the expert, we allowed him to do so.After driving home, we took the camper in to the shop for a totally unrelated issue and they let us know that our axels were completely bent and the cause was the heavy duty leafsprings that were put on. That they were too large for the camper and to replace the axels would cost $2,100.We filed a report through Coach-Net who reached out to Anytime Anywhere Truck Repair. After hearing of the situation, AATR then began to completely avoid their calls and was unresponsive.Coach-Net has assured us they have placed AATR on a no-contact list and ensure future business is not sent to them because they are refusing to take any ownership of the quality of their work or even return our calls.Ive now paid close to $2k for the leaf springs to AATR...... and an additional $2,100 to fix the axels caused by AATRs repair. :(

First time using this place and I was very impressed I called in the middle of the nite after calling 4 other places that put me off and Daniel answered and sent someone my way, they were kind and new what they we’re doing! Horrible service . We had a trailer in for a door hinge and after they kept my driver in site for an hour theyve told us they dont have any hinges in stock even they knew what are we coming for. We were trying to rush our driver to go to the next shop but they didnt wanna relese him from the site before they got payment for doing nothing........ I would not recommend this place to anyone .

It took them an hour to show up and they were only 9 miles from me and I paid for that hour. $150 an hour for tire service is a ripoff plus extra $65 Miscellaneous that was not explained. Would not recommend. I flushed $1034 down the drain for a trailer tire that should not cost anywhere above $500. They did not disclose that they charge a minimum of 2 hours until they showed up @150 an hour. God damn.

Well we would have probably been able to do business had the gentleman who answered the phone would have been about his job and helping the customer. He was halfway awake. It says its 24hours but no one is in shop. He tried to refuse me service because I asked him to send the authorization forms for payment before he started work. Wow. Ive never been bullied about wanting to pay outlandish prices for intown work. They suck! Customer service has gone out the window!

Apparently is you need a part bring your own or be ready to pay 150/hr delivery fees for any parts. They will scam you and rip you off any chance they get. I had my passenger side wheel hub, locked up on the turnpike and anytime anywhere came out and inspected . Was towed back to okc shop and they got right on it and fully repaired my truck when no one else in town would get to me as fast as they did . First of all I called them out to my motor home 20 miles away in Norman Oklahoma, and they were extremely late. I asked for a fuel filter change as preventative maintenance and the technician had the filters changed in 15 minutes or less, the filters were 20 dollars a piece and they charged me $670.00 and said it was 2 1/2 hours of labor this is plain robbery, The technician was late by at least an hour and a half and sat behind my bus for at least 30 minutes when he pulled up, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE, there are so many more honest and reliable diesel mechanics, so READ the reviews and call around, even loves truck stop was a fraction of this, well I guess I learned my lesson.. BUYER BE WARE!!

My experience with them was horrible, They never gave me estimate on price, charged me triple on parts and labor. I was not able to discuss anything with manager, I was kicked out from body shop and they allowed me in only when I paid 3 TIMES more what usually it would cost, I understand that price might be different when you are on highway and dont have much opportunities but charging 3 times more for parts which you can easily find online is huge bs. Been driving on highways for a long time and never had such a bad experience with mechanics. They are ripping off customers, DONT GO THERE, EVEN IF YOUR LIFE MATTERS.

Unfortunately, our experience with Daniel at Anytime Anywhere Truck Repair was the worst. Our truck broke down New Years Eve. We contacted Anytime Anywhere Truck Repair and was reassured they could tow our tractor and repair the issue. After there was a diagnostic test, we were already charged $2,030.47 for parts and towing. His team charged us additional charges because they did not have the necessary tools to complete the job. After the work was completed we paid over $6,000.00. All this to break down again on the way to our shop. We had to pay for the tractor to be towed to Sturtevant, WI. Our mechanic had to redo the complete job. We lost a lot of work due to the truck being down for a week. After extensive conversation with Daniel he apologized and promised he would make it right. He requested we send him an invoice with the parts we replaced, labor and towing. After sending the invoice numerous times and calling, he has not attempted to rectify the situation. As an owner of a truck repair shop, I stand by my mechanics work. If we make a mistake, we will make it right. As of January 29th, 2021, We have not been contacted by Daniel or paid for all the work and towing he cost our company. I would stay away from Anytime Anywhere Truck Repair. The first time in all states oil change for Cascadia cost 1400$ even freightliner dealer doesnt have this prices.Any one how have to do repair better tow the truck 100 miles away from them will cost you less then if they touch the truck.

He charged me $10201.60 to replace my clutch and two missing bolts that he got from the junk yard and waiting for 7 days.Only driving 4 miles when I left. All dashboard lights come up and I took it another shop and find out my fuel tanks are full of water.

I stopped in there because I thought I had a diesel leak on my dodge 1500 Eco diesel, I waited on a mechanic to get there, he jacked up the truck so he could get underneath it and total time was less than 15 min from start to finish . Turned out the transmission pan gasket is starting to leak . They charged me 194$ to do this . I understand they cant do stuff for free but 194$ to look and thats it . That is a dam rip off .

Mechanic (Chris) goes out to check out my truck with no tools, when i specifically told him it could be the batteries or a sensor.He took another 2 hours making up excuses on why he wasnt back yet. I finally told him not to go back to the truck since i had called another service company.DO NOT CALL THEM.

My experience with this service was a little unpleasant because on several occasions I asked about the price and they did not tell me until the end, they charged $ 150.00 per hour and supposedly worked 5 and a half hours and left on one occasion and took about 1 hour without do nothing, apart from charging me 100 dollars supposedly for the miles in which I charge as work hours and also charge 65 dollars for calls which I do not understand because they charge me so expensive per hour and apart from the rest, that is, a job that it was done in 3 hours I will earn the miles including the hours and I charge 1022.00 dollars. I told him that if he could help me and leave the account at 900, he was upset saying that this is his price and that he would not lower anything. Ok its your price but from the beginning I asked the price he never told me until the end and I really almost charge the same as the Dealer
