Location-Hefner. $25 Dollar Special, 26 Mar 2021 at approximately 3pm. My visit lasted more than a hour! I watched my car sit for 20 minutes after it was washed. I saw cars come and go that were dried and tires dressed because they were in the quick lane. Instead of the 3 workers finishing one car at a time, they had three workers drying 3 different cars, thus, 3 cars going nowhere! When I confronted the manager to complain, he was rude, raised his voice to me, talked over me and said the process was mandated by the corporate office. When I told him he would not like my reviews he said We dont pay attention to reviews...we know people dont know what theyre talking about. I do...I worked for a huge dealership service department in Midwest City for 10 years and know exactly how to get vehicles detailed and out quickly. He needs Process Improvement, Diversity and Customer Service Training ASAP!

It is very disconcerting that this company offers no means of contacting a regional manager if youd like to discuss service provided. In fact, there is no contact info anywhere, other than the phone number to the location. There are times when an experience needs to be addressed further up the chain of command. That being said, I must rely upon my review in hopes someone will contact me for the details of my first, and most likely last, visit to Red Carpet.

Always kind and making sure their employees have the best training.

The employees there was friendly and fast they did a good job wiping down the inside of my car the rest of the details could of been better but overall satisfied with the service.

*Update*I keep coming to Red Carpet Car Wash because although my car is an oldie and has many imperfections and some hail dents, they always do an amazing job and make me feel like I just bought it! I uploaded pics this time ;) Also, the staff is super friendly, very caring about the COVID situation and make me feel very comfortable while I wait. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!PS. I authorize the use of my pics for advertisingI LOVE the job they did on my car!!! Great service at a reasonable price! I totally recommend Red Carpet Car Wash!

Theyre gentle and polite, the staff gets your vehicle gleaming. Any issues with anything, they quickly take care of it.
