Went there for a wash for $10. The price varies depending on the cleaning package you decide upon. Vacuuming is free. The trashcan were empty, which was nice. Overall, we had a good experience.

The free vacuums had some amazing suction. The basic wash does a really good job compared to other car washes so I’d definitely recommend coming here. The staff is really friendly as well and keep the vacuum areas clean. They were out there picking up things people were too lazy to walk over to the garbage bins.

This is a good spot to wash your vehicle. They have a fair selection of prices. I recommend going on a weekday when there’s not a ton a people hogging up the vacuum spots

Best drive thru wash in OKC, don’t get it twisted.

Pretty good but I didnt notice the difference between the 6 dollar wash and the 13 honestly. Nice people and clean spot. Quick and easy. Been returning for the past few years and I will continue. Today I was disappointed that the tire shine, wax, and rain off didnt seem to shine my car at all.

My Tahoe is spotless.Melvin is a great guy with a great welcome.He is a great example of what customer service should be.

We clean this car this morning and there were no scratches on the car and when we went through this car wash there were scratches that ended up on the car so I would recommend not going to this place cuz the owner of the place will tell you that its your fault for putting scratches on your own car if you cleaned it

Great drive-thru car wash. Friendly & courteous service at entry. Somewhat expensive but one of the best. Check out the free floor mat cleaners at the west end of the lot. Free vacuuming!

USE CAUTION - they do *not* tape rear wipers like all the other automatic washing centers in okc/Edmond metro area. My wiper was ripped off by the washing units. If I would have known beforehand that they don’t tape, I would have went elsewhere and saved myself the trouble. They do have free vacuums. The attendant is already standing there and there’s no reason why they couldn’t take 30 seconds to tape the rear wiper for their customers. There was no sign either stating that they don’t tape rear wipers so there was no way to know. I’m posting this so other know if you go, tape your own wiper Bc the manager I spoke to said they aren’t ever going to provide that service.

I love this place! Before I tragically wrecked my car about a month ago, I always came here! The service is amazing and efficient. Cole Brooks is always the one I saw working and he was always insanely nice!

I love this place its affordable and it gets my truck clean and looking new! The vacuum is free so I can spend my time and not rushing to beat the clock. The only thing i would change is they have a machine that will clean your floor mats, but it is out by the street so you will miss it after your done vacuuming your car. It needs to be up close near the vacuums.

Just ran my car through the wash and came out dirtier with mud water across my windscreen. Later looked on the roof of my car after taking this photo and had streaks of black muck. Went for the 20 dollar wash and all I got was mud on my car.

I always use this car wash and it usually does pretty well. Today I bought the $20 value wash and it did a very poor job. Not very happy about it.

The manager Mr. J.Pritchard was rude, crude, and social unacceptable. When I pulled up the machine printed a receipt that said “get change from manager.” I was trying to get his attention and he yell “MOVE UP!!” I was shocked that this was my first encounter with him. Then he preceded to send someone else to help with me. The guy he sent was clearly new. He just didn’t want to “deal” with me. Then Mr. Pritchard decided that I was some how unable to have a civil conversation. After an extremely uncomfortable situation he waved my change at the window and said nothing else. It wasn’t until I asked what his name was that he decided I was worth any respect. Dealing with his dismissive and curt behavior made me feel like he wanted me to feel small and unworthy of his time. I would NOT suggest that anyone go here. ESPECIALLY if he is working there. If there is literally anyone else that I could speak to about the situation I would greatly appreciate it.I’m sure the manager will show exactly what I mean through his response.

Great free vacuums! They are really decent and powerful enough to scoop up most dirt and debris you may have tracked into the car. I used them to vacumn my floorboards up a touch and will be back again. Havent tried the car-wash, not a huge fan of auto car washes but it looked pretty easy to use!

Rude staff!!! Went through there a few years back, the machine didn’t get my car clean but I was given a voucher to go through again. Thought I’d stop by while I was in the neighborhood. NEVER AGAIN! Unless you just have a little grime on your vehicle don’t even attempt. Who is honestly going to pay $15 to wipe a little dirt off? No when I come through my car is dirty and needs to be cleaned.

When I pulled into the feeder to be moved through the car jumped the track! The older guy there pounded on my window and started yelling at me that I caused my car to jump the track because it wasnt in neutral but I showed him it was and he was still using a rough voice! I was so embarrassed and as it went through to the end my car was spotted and dirt spots everywhere!! I will never go back to this car wash again!! Very rude and didn’t do the job I paid for!!

Our car was damaged and when we showed the damage to the manager he got angry and loud and blamed us for it. When the part that was knocked off inside the wash was given back to us, we were also given a piece of someone else’s car. We are now left with a nearly $400 part to be replaced and a big scratch on top where some part of the wash hit the car.

I am a cdl truck driver and im not home for 2 weeks but on 3/17/19 took it for a wash since i been going there since they opened i noticed when i came back from 4/4/19 when i came home and this is what i found out and i know my car wasnt like this so i came in today to file a claim and they refused to give me there info insurance even though they do have insurance... they will be hearing from me soon !Dont recommend this place,if u want to wash yor car hand wash plsss... is the best way.

Aqua Express is the best car wash that I’ve found in OKC. The guys who work there always go the extra mile prepping my car for a wash. The vacuums are extra powerful and really get the job done. Special thank you to the manager for working hard every time I see him and the guys (Aaron & Colin) who always work hard on scrubbing my car before sending me through the wash.

Staffed and the equipment is always working properly so I never have to worry when I use this car wash.

I went to get my car washed and there was a young gentleman wearing a black hat and black sunglasses working hard an being treated pourly by a older gentleman. The young gentle men still maintained positive customer service to the customers an was doing his job like there was no tomorrow.

Just pulled in for convinience, I typically pull into a bay and self wash. However, I purchased $10 pkg. And tipped the worker and he made sure that my truck was thoroughly serviced before starting the auto features. Very clean and great service. I will return.

After the snow we had Feb. 5th 2019, I went to a self serve car wash with a wand because I wanted to spray under my truck and the fender wells where an automatic car wash wouldnt reach. I noticed my truck was still dirty and it was going to take a car wash with rollers to get it off. After reading the reviews I drove here and purchased the $20 wash. They had a sign that said no cars muddy or something. The car wash was exceptionally busy as it was a nice day. The car wash didnt last very long. The truck came out clean but keep in mind I had already washed it once before coming here. $20 seems expensive for an auto wash that is on par with other washes that leaves water spots behind. I wish I could give it 3.5 stars but I cant and i cant consciously give it 4 stars due to the quick wash for $20

My ONLY complaint is I wish the wash purchase machines would have better instructions. At the bank ATMs, you are told to leave your card in the card slot. At the gas pumps, you have a sign that tells you to insert and remove your card quickly. I dont go to the car wash often and I have a bad memory for things like this. A simple sign that says Insert and REMOVE card QUICKLY would be nice.

Aqua Express is a drive thru style car wash. I found it to be a clean, easy to find, well lit location, off of May Avenue. However, the attendant didnt pay much attention to his job. He used a brush on the front and drivers side, ignoring the back and passenger side all together. I liked it much better than the Zips car wash I used last time. Great vacuums are provided for free with a paid car wash.

Showed up at 745 this evening (Sunday) and cones were already put out like they were closed. Tried to find an attendant but he was nowhere to be found. If you close at 8pm, close at 8pm! Bad business... Guess they didn’t want any of our money and now they won’t ever get any

Scratched up my truck.

The car was really shiney but had spots all over it and when I tried to tell someone he told me I should have dried it afterwards. He wiped some of the spots but not even half of what was left on it. Also I dont think I got everything I paid for in the way.

I have had a monthly subscription for a while, but have become less impressed with the quality of the wash. The drying process used to be much more thorough than it is now. Still, a good, quick wash.

Really good wash for the price. This is an automated setup where a person pre-washes the vehicle by spraying off and/or brushing before going into the wash bay. The grounds feature a nice clean area with free vacuums that work well.

Great deal for more than just a drive through car wash. You get a spray down with a power hose and a brief scrub on the front of the car and the tires with a scrub brush. This is the first time I have ever seen this, I think it adds so much value to the wash.

Before you enter the car wash, the employees do a good job quickly scrubbing areas which require more attention.If you live or work close by, I recommend the monthly payment which allows you to wash your vehicle every day.

This is one of the best washes you can find in NW OKC. No damage to my car, reasonable pricing, and the employees are friendly and careful.

The car wash scratched my car in several places. I notified the manager and they did a report. I thought they would do the right thing, but I still have not heard back. I have called several times and left messages. The customer services phone number goes straight to voicemail.I don’t recommend this car wash.I would avoid all the car washes by this company.

I like this car wash. I think it does a good job and the vacuums work very well! The staff is good at pre scrubbing your car and is friendly.

I sometimes wish this location have someone to double check missed spots. Came out the tunnel, I got a ton of spots missed and glass is all spotty. Paying 20 bucks and getting a ok car wash just sucks. Im sure a ton of people wont mind tipping to polish and double check missed areas. I usually have to wipe down after paying the top wash. Overall its ok and vacuums are very strong.

I loved this place for years, recently visited and was involved in a fender bender in the actual car wash. They immediately blamed it on the woman in the front, but refused to give their surveillance video. I was given the managers number and he quickly made contact saying that he would like to take care of the damage done to my car and would get back with me. Its been two months now, no returned phone calls, Im still driving around with a beat up front bumper. On top of everything they shut down the wash because of the incident and all of our cars were still soapy. We each asked to have our cars at least rinsed and were refused, instead given vouchers and told we could use them now if we wanted. Absurd.
