My son threw up in my brand new car! It was terrible, I called them and they had me come in same day, and detailed my whole car! No barf smell anymore! The car looked better than brand new, so shiny and clean! The guy that helped me was so friendly too and helped me collect my belongings and move them to a friends car during the cleaning. It was all done in 4 hours or so. Im always recommending them for car cleanings!

Let me edit this, since the owner must have me confused with another customer, as I PAID as soon as I got my ticket 30 min later (after searching for an employee to come to my car to write down what kind of wash I wanted) and handed my receipt to the lady as soon as my car was done! ANYWAYS,When I first pulled in to get a car wash/vacuum I was pointed to a lane, I parked and waited over 10 min for someone to come to my window to write me a ticket for what services I wanted, nobody EVER came or acknowledged I was there!!! So, I GOT out of my car to hunt down the “ticket writer” so she could write down what wash I wanted and they could start my wash! When I finally hunted her down to come help me so I could go inside, she was VERY rude to me in taking my order of service I wanted! So my review is stating no employee Acknowledged I was on line waiting for the ticket writer to come to me to write down the service, as they were all being lazy! Not to mention they missed a lot of vacuuming in my car as well!Very rude and lazy workers! Took me getting out of the car to look for someone to help me out?! Then once I did, she is speaking to me in a rude tone. Made me feel very unwelcomed! Please hire workers that want to work and have customer service skills!!! I will never return because of this rude, lazy worker .

HORRIBLE!! I paid for 35$ but I received cleaning service for 8$. My tire rims, dashboard, carpets were not good cleaned. I cleaned again in my garage after receiving from the store!!! I write them through Instagram about this problem but they don’t respond me, normally they always would respond my messages! Also they told me that for this price the cleaning lasts about 45 minutes but I received my car in 20 minutes. SO ABSOLUTELY I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE!!!

I bring my 2020 Raptor here and I completely trust them with it. They are professional and do a great job. They are fast, convenient, and very reasonably priced.The people that work here are humans, they are going to miss something, it happens. Deal with it and move on. Don’t bash a company because of a small mistake. Let them fix it and let them make it right. For everyone that is rating this place so badly, let me come to your work and pick on everything you do and then bash you on social media for it. Good job on casting the first stone...

Me and my father have been going to this car wash for years but recently the service has gone down drastically. We went today we got a basic car wash with wheels and tires clean also. We sat there for 30 minutes waiting for some one to come then another ten after they finished just to get someone to wipe the marker off the window.

Took an SUV in today to get cleaned up and ready to sell. Very specifically asked for the $31 package. Returned to find I was being charged $42. When I asked why she said “You didn’t want your tires and wheels done?” I guess $31 doesn’t include washing tires and wheels. Got to the car and there were still spots on the outside and the interior that weren’t clean. 95% clean and an unauthorized upsell means I won’t be back.

I was about to return a car Id leased 4 years, told them so and they got it ready for a spotless return.

I paid full price ($200.00) for complete detailing! When the car was released and I opened the doors, there was liquid wax still dripping! So I called an attendant and she has to come to dry it up. Then I looked at the rims and there was dirt still stuck in some areas. The spot in the back seat was not removed a 100% even though I was told it would come off! I will not return!

Great service always friendly and great prices. I also paid for the full service and it was $200.00 worth every dollar car hadn’t been cleaned in years and it looks brand new!!!

Location-Hefner. $25 Dollar Special, 26 Mar 2021 at approximately 3pm. My visit lasted more than a hour! I watched my car sit for 20 minutes after it was washed. I saw cars come and go that were dried and tires dressed because they were in the quick lane. Instead of the 3 workers finishing one car at a time, they had three workers drying 3 different cars, thus, 3 cars going nowhere! When I confronted the manager to complain, he was rude, raised his voice to me, talked over me and said the process was mandated by the corporate office. When I told him he would not like my reviews he said We dont pay attention to reviews...we know people dont know what theyre talking about. I do...I worked for a huge dealership service department in Midwest City for 10 years and know exactly how to get vehicles detailed and out quickly. He needs Process Improvement, Diversity and Customer Service Training ASAP!I called the owner of Red Carpet as requested...she told me it was UNFAIR for me to write my review and that I was hurting her business. I reminded her that it was her employee and process that was HURTING HER BUSINESS. At that point she told me DONT EVER COME BACK. Wow!

Ehhh. The staff was friendly enough. But the car wash was subpar for the price.

Horrible car wash if you were just going in to get a quick wash. I paid for the top-tier wash and the wheels were still dirty when I asked them for a towel to wipe them off they said wheels cost extra. I’m not talking the little insides of everything. The outside of the wheels were not washed at all and when I asked about it they said that cost extra.

Because I live in west Yukon, I used a local quick drive-thru car wash that left soap on my car and my windows smeared. SO the following day I drove the distance to Red Carpet where I received the usual excellent service. Lesson learned.

1 hour and 20 minute wait! All these cars and only 2 people drying! They dry cars in whatever order THEY prefer. I drove out of my way to try this place. Not coming back!

I have been coming to this location for years now and I love the job they do. Super professional and all the staff is very friendly. A nice place to wait for your car. :) today I was offered the loyalty plan for no extra amount of money and I think it is a good thing to have if you are recurrently bringing your car.

We have been here a few times (Hefner location) before and it’s been a fine experience. It’s close to our house so that’s a big plus. However, we went there today and we had awful customer service. Dora, the branch manager (we believe) was being cordial and trying to help us out. Laura (Dora’s superior) was the opposite, she was defensive, rude, and very combative over the phone. Our car was not cleaned well and they agreed they did a poor job. We had waited around 2 hours which we understand since they were busy but by the time we got our car back, it wasn’t cleaned well. They offered a quick clean before we left but we had already waited long enough and wanted to leave so we could take care of other errands. Besides, we’d rather come back a different time when they have more time to clean the car better. When we asked for our money back, they banned us from all the Red Carpet locations. They were penalizing us for their mistake instead of taking responsibility for it. Laura handled the whole situation very poorly and she shouldn’t be speaking to customers with the temper she has.

The crew is very friendly and quick to attend. Everything for the car wash options is well explained by seller. Crew members are always smiling and willing to help out plus they all wear face masks even while working on the vehicle. The job performance overall is excellent. I was very satisfied. I will definitely come back and recommend to family and friends.

Seriously the most kind people work here. I was served with nothing, but the best service today. I had to get my car detailed before my baby came and they offered to drop me off and pick me up because I didn’t have a ride back to my apartment. I 100% recommended Red Carpet Car Wash! Thank you!

First let me tell yall I do not take time to write reviews because I am too busy with work and life, but I have been going to Red Carpet over the years especially to the location in Hefner Rd (NW) where I take all my 4 vehicles there.I am giving them 5 stars because everytime I used them they are always happy to take my business, always happy to correct any mistake, and always thank me for my visits.They are very hard workers that are willing to listen your requests and also ask how your day is going.

This place is the best. I’ve been coming here for years and have always been happy with their service. The employees are very professional. They are very detail in all their services. I highly recommend them.

Amber is the best manager I’ve e er had the privilege to know. The whole team here is excellent! Every time they do an immaculate job. I am a faithful and happy customer!

There were a couple of things I wasnt happy with. The navigation radio part of the dash wasnt wiped. Grease spots on the passenger door werent cleaned off.

The Red Carpet Car Wash on west Hefner road just west of Rockwell is the best. I bring all 3 of my black cars to them and they do a great job or they will keep working on it until I am satisfied. The staff their is super friendly and they treat me like family. I recommend this Car Wash to anyone that loves their car.

I have been here many times. Their wash and wipe are always excellent. Vacuum of interior and cleaning is always excellent as well.

I was generally happy with the results. Admittedly it was not very busy so the crews seemed to pay a bit more attention to detail. My biggest objection is even when you order the so called VIP wash they tend to nickle and dime you. For example it includes cleaning of mats, but if there is ANY pet hair they add a 5.00 charge-- anyway you get the idea. For 55.00 I would reasonably expect and good vaccum service.

Always a good experience at Red Carpet Car Wash. Crew wore masks which I was thankful for since theyre IN my vehicle cleaning. They dont skimp on the details and they shouldnt as the car wash is $25+ I spent $35. I always tip, as the crew works hard to make sure my car shines.

Love the leather conditioning for the seats. Always looks good afterwards.

My Grandmother came through the car wash today. This attendants removed client files in boxes from the inside of her truck and placed them in the truck bed. This resulted in multiple irreplaceable client files, ruined. The manager said let me give you 1 VIP wash. That is NOT enough. Your incompetent attendant moved files from INSIDE a vehicle to the outside truck bed and SENT IT THROUGH THE WASH. FIRE THEM!!!! and give her free washes for a year. This is unacceptable!

Floor mat inside my vehicle still had dirt on it and my rear view mirror had smudges on it as well. Very poor work when I wanted to have my car cleaned, Im so disappointed with their work.Heres a continuance for my review, I got a big surprise when I went back to Red Carpet Car Wash the manager actually pulled me to the side and said she read the bad review and wanted to make it right. Which she came through as promised and I wasnt charged another time either. Good job Red Carpet Car Wash!

I washed my truck before I brought it here. I went ahead and got the 31.00 dollar wash which covers wipe down dash and cup holders. There is no mud in the floor or on the inside but they charged extra to clean the inside.They did not offer a discount because the outside of my truck was already clean. If we didnt have dirty vehicles we wouldnt need carwashes.Rebuttal to response:Not true, the guy came running down the hall 10 minutes later and added another 7 dollars. Its crazy that washing a car used to be a customer service and is now a separated Alacart serviceThe people are nice but management has them so focused on adding 3 here and 7 thereI am 56 years old and had my car washed quite often. 25 years I worked in town and brought a clean truck in for a wash just to freshen up. Now when working out of town and the dash actually gets dusty I paid extra and by the way I just bought a package to include the dash which I paid extra for.By the way, it cost $51.00 for a clean truck by the time I left...

Spent $40.00...Had to wash windows when I got home. This is my 2nd less than satisfactory experience at this location. I think its time to go elsewhere.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR STUFF RIGHT DOWN TO YOUR CAR MATS!Not only did they steal my weather mats out of my brand new car, they accused me of lying about it. The owner is rude! The only thing I asked after finally being contacted by the owner was that I get a refund on my $150 car detail. I trusted them with my vehicle and left it there all day. I took everything out just to be safe but apparently that wasnt enough. The owner refused to give me a refund but said she would split the cost of new mats with me. Forget that! They are thieves working there and I will never ever go to a Red Carpet in OK in my life!!

It was 5:45 which was close to closing time so first off I felt like I was putting them out because it was obvious they were ready to go home. We were told we could only choose certain less timely services because they were going to close in 15 minutes. Okay, so we opted for the wash, wipe down and wheel which included the interior. The job was just carelessly done. My dash and center console were barely touched, there were bugs remaining all over the front bumper... the inside of my windshield was worse than when I took it in because they didn’t clean it at all and on top of that, they got overspray from whatever they put on the dash on it so driving into the sun the following morning to work was not fun. I just felt like the employees didn’t care and it showed in their work. I probably won’t waste my money here again.

I wasn’t impressed at all! I told them that I didn’t need the car vacuumed but I needed the inside wiped down because it was all plastic the man said ok and charged me an extra $10. After they said my car was done they said that would be another $10..had him wipe down the inside and then had to go back and wipe it down myself! long story short after $85 the inside didn’t look good..the outside needed to be rewashed..I always feel bad writing a bad review, but for what they charge they could have done better

When I pulled into red carpet I got behind a blue truck the person working on the truck took his time by the time I got to vacuum my car 20 minutes have passed by the time my car got washed 6 cars that pass me the manager she was very nice an understanding of my problem shes one of the best managers you have other than that the car came out nice

I paid for the vip $55 which was supposed to include full wipe down of the inside which was barely done. I came home and had to redo their work.

Great location close to my home. They did a full shampoo and detail on my car. Great detail work. They have excellent customer service. The price was a little steep but worth the end result. I give them five stars and would highly recommend them for their great service and quality.

Slaves their employees, gives False information, had to wait a month just to get a $27.73 check. Wouldn’t tell nobody in this world to go even go apply there that’s how bad they slave their employees and how bad their service is. Management is terrible!
