This was the best blood draw experience Ive had in a long time! I made an appointment and was seen the same day. It was late on a Friday, and there were no other patients. I was actually in and out before my scheduled time. More importantly, my technician was fantastic. When I told her I have problems with anxiety, she chatted with me to keep my mind occupied. The draw was done in no time and with minimal discomfort. I wish Id gotten the young womans name so I could thank her properly!

By far the BEST and EASIEST blood draw experience I have ever had. Teshala is the professional that did the service. She was so friendly and she got the stick in her first try. Called numerous times to see if they were open during lunch time and got no answer. Their website said they were open from 8-5, so I went there on my lunch time. The doors were locked. Eventually the tech came to the door and said he was on his lunch break. What a waste of my time and the lost of money for DOL.

The tech is very nice but the wait time is ridiculous! They need more than 1 person working here!
