DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I went because I had to get my labs drawn before starting a new job. I’m already terrified of needles and they stuck me three separate times and dug in my arm every time. They “forgot” one of my labs I needed done, which is why they stuck me three times. Very unprofessional. I’m in so much pain I can’t even bend my arm. Like I said, do not go to this place unless you’re wanting a horrible experience and lots of pain afterwards.

Ladies up front didn’t care about who walked in or not. Got no hello or anything. She didn’t speak one word to me and the two ladies just kept having their own personal convo about their kid. Only saving grace for this place was the nice lady in the back who was administering the drug test.

Was not professional in my experience...was there to take ua... several things were out of orbit and later realized I shouldve said something then.ie;was instructed to over-disrobe...outer coverings,hat,shoes,sport jacket(even second nurse entered area and inquired why),was also joined at the hip.having nothing to hide,didnt acknowledge that as being weird(seen and been thru a lot)but what really stood out was neither vial was put in sealed bag,nor was bag fully sealed before I was dismissed/done with process.why didnt I say anything?didnt want to seem uptight and presumed things would be handled correctly...to even go as far as having to further wait results more than 2 weeks later (actual days were 14days).fishy?hmmm...there were a few more intricate details that were off kilter but you catch my drift.to me,the whole process was faulty.

I have used Pic Med for over 5 years now and I am still happy to go and get my regular B12 shot. The staff is always professional, courteous, considerate, & friendly and know my name and why Im there. Im in and out in about 5 minutes. Cant ask for more. The shots are even painless. I recommend them often.

Beware!! They are not in compliance with MMJ card patient protection act. They also don’t ask for your medications or anything else the site said they do. They send your test to a out of state DR that doesn’t comply. Response: Well then get a DR on-site that complies with the law, or don’t process tests. If your unable to comply in the state in which you do business, you shouldn’t be able to administer. State government will be informed.

Came here for fingerprints FIVE TIMES! Went to another place that has identogo. Amazingly enough no issues. No delays. DO NOT go to picmed.

I went there because I need to get the physical body check for my green card process. Every one is super nice and helpful. One of the nurses with red hair even saved me getting one extra shot.

I would give them zero stars but it won’t allow me to! Place has really gone downhill in the many years I have been going there. Staff is rude, disrespectful, no class whatsoever. A lot of the positive reviews I have noticed have came from the owners/managers/staff/and their family members! Shady!

Rude, not helpful, that is the front desk receptionist. If youre not happy with your job dont take it out on your customers! The nurses however were better!

Too bad I have to give a star to write this review. This lab should not be in business. I first went to this place for a prenatal test prescribed by my doc. I took my kit in, and the young lady took me back an attempted to draw my blood and she failed. She then acted like it was either because I hadnt had enough water (been drinking water all day), or because the needles were bad. I have never had any issue giving blood. I have great veins. Since she screwed up, my kit was no longer any good and she searched for more tubes. She even said I wish I could just put it in this tube. Uhhh no. After a few minutes I was told I would need to come back, and they would have more tubes later. So I called the next morning, and spoke to a lady that said she was out of the office that day, and she is normally the one who does all the draws and for me to come back and she would take care of me. I left work early AGAIN and she seemed to know what she was doing. She got my blood quickly. The lady that attempted to draw my blood the day before was asking questions about which tubes to use and what not. This let me know she had no clue what she was doing and should not have been trying to practice on me. The other lady in the office doesnt draw blood at all because she cant stand the site of blood. So Im sitting there sucking this all in. It really bothered me to know that a lady who is basically training was allowed to try to draw my blood. They should have just told me to come back when the lady who normally does the draws is back. So this was on a Tuesday, and Im thinking finally everything is done. I get a call from my doctor saying the company called and said they cant use my blood sample because it was put in EXPIRED tubes!!!!! How the hell you have expired tubes in your lab. So not only were the tubes expired, they also used the wrong tubes. They read the order wrong, and used 2 tubes when it should have only been one tube. I ended up going with a different prenatal company all together since this was the only place where I could get this particular test done. I did not want to deal with PicMed anymore. I went to RML off Shartel, and the lady was way more professional and said there should not have been any issue getting my blood because I have huge veins. If you are thinking about using PicMed, just be careful. They dont know what they are doing.

Avoid this place like the plague! I went in on Feb 20th,2019 for a blood draw and a drug screen for pre employment. The person doing my blood draw missed on the first attempt, then went and got another person to help her.They stuck me way down the arm from the elbow, but did get a sample. They collected 1 tube for a TB titer test.The next day, my arm was black and blue from the stick and I had a hematoma.On Feb 25th, my employer sent me a text, saying the sample was mishandled and I would have to go to LabCorp for another draw.When the people at LabCorp saw my arm, they asked what had happened. I told them it was from the people at PicMed.LabCorp got a vein on the first stick and drew 4 tubes. When I asked why 4 tubes, they replied that was required for the blood work ordered.PicMed is a terrible place to go, if you only want to have to endure one trip, go anywhere else. Even Concentra, as bad as they are, is bad then this place

Dont expect good customer service. I dont think theres been one single time Ive called any of their offices during business hours and actually had someone answer the phone. You can leave a voicemail but good luck getting someone to call you back. I had the unfortunate luck of having an appointment during a time when a nurse practitioner quit, and the office didnt call to reschedule until the day before my appointment. I unfortunately work a job where my schedule is not flexible and I cannot call in. This paired with their very restricted appointment times caused a long delay in myRescheduled appointment and a lapse in my care. My follow up appointment resulted in the new nurse practitioner missing my appointment all together. The manager did rectify the situation, but just save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

Extremely shady. Steve Longa told me he supervises this place after my wife came in. Hung up on me and refused to answer who is in charge of operations as he admitted he doesn’t office out of this location. On the verge of getting a lawyer involved. This is SKETCHY SKETCHY SKETCHY.

I got a B12 shot here over 6 weeks ago in my hip and the pain is still there. I am unsure what could have happened. I have never had this happened before.
