I arrived and checked-in at a kiosk which told me to expect a 23 minute wait. Bummer but tolerable. After an hour and 10 minutes, I received a notification that they were ready for me inside. I came back inside to check in and was greeted with “have you checked in at the kiosk” which is likely efficient for their side of the counter, but less than attractive to the person paying their wages who has already checked in at said kiosk. I was told they would be right with me. While waiting another half an hour, two more people who checked in after me were taken back. Rather than approach the front desk again for another round of kiosk check-in verification, I left. I will not return.

Cherry at Crystal Park location was awesome. I have trouble giving blood and Cherry was wonderful. I was in and out in 20minutes or so

Huge big thank you to Cherry and the other ladies at this lab. My 7 year old was terrified and in tears. These ladies were so patient and took their time talking to her about her favorite show and school. I could not have asked for more and I really appreciate how awesome they were. I asked my child how many stars to give and she said they get 5 stars too! Thanks again!

Ive been using this DLO for 7 years and the people there are the best. They are always friendly and get you in and out in a hurry. I currently drive down from Edmond just to use this center. GREAT PLACE

The receptionist was extremely dismissive and rude. Seeing as its my first time using this Testing Company and the procedures are different nothing was made clear to me prior to entering the testing and I was told if I wasnt ready it would be a refusal.Afterwards I was told I would be given water and an opportunity to attempt again. So again on the unclear procedures.None of which is posted or shown prior to entering the site so everyone goes in blind.

I went to DLO @ Crystal Park, on Wednesday, November 18, 2015. The people there made my experience there so care-free & easy. And, they are very nice people, too. And, you cant get faster service any where else. Thats what I most liked about my experience @ DLO, Crystal Park. - The fast service.

Been here twice once with my boss for a drug screen. Was in and out very quickly. No long lines. Its way better than going to Concentra.

Had a great experience with Robin. She went above and beyond to meet my needs during my blood test.
