I am very hard to draw blood from so my anxiety level was an 8 thinking about how it usually takes 2-4 attempts to find a good vein. I had Mickey for my phlebotomist. He was in a vein and almost through drawing blood before I realized he was in!!That has never happened to me! Mickey is now my go-to guy for drawing blood!

This is a small waiting room with uncomfortable chairs. It is a fast visit if it is not busy, but if its busy it is an uncomfortable wait. The staff is usually in a fair mood, one staff member has more additude, he asked my son how old he was & told him your a man why are you scared. Trying to help him not be affaid in the uncomfortable unkind way. However I explained one bad experience sticks with you. We talked about how thats all dlo dose all day & so they mess up less often. Thats so true theyve never hurt my son nor me.

I had a pre employment drug test today and an employee Monica Cano was the nicest person she explained everything well. Thank you!
