Ive always had a great experience from this place. I would give them 4 stars, just because they take a while to pull your parts sometimes, but theyve really been good to me on a customer support level.Read the rules ahead of time, and dont buy if you dont agree to the terms they clearly lay out for you. If thats how you approach Riverside, youll get a lot of years of good service and parts at a great price.

Called the day before and said I would be in to buy a part, drive 90 miles for them to put me on a long waiting list for a part that only requires removing screws to take off. These guys have plenty of costumers, they dont need any more!!!

Unprofessional. Drove a long distance to have to wait for a part they said was on the shelf.Will write more when I test the part out.

Do not recommend buying used engines from them. Bought a 5.7 Chevy for a 1000 dollars and had to use parts off my old engine because its had so much sludge build up, on on top of buying all new gaskets. Guy who works the front desk argued with me saying the engine did not look like it was installed. Poor customer service and will not be coming back or recommend anyone to them.

Parts in a pinch. Needed a side mirror replacement for my Crown Victoria and they sure did a better job than OReillys with locating a complete mirror assembly. Cant go in the yard yourself which means youll have to act on faith that they have the part youre looking for but it seems like Im not the only one who had a good experience.

I gave them 1 star only because it wouldnt recognize 0 stars. Extremely rude, un professional, useless, I cant stress enough how much I will never darken their doors again, and would encourage others to avoid doing business with them at all. A total waste of time.

The people were polite, friendly, helpful. I bought a door for my cat and the wrong one was pulled, but the correct that and delivered the right one. They were awesome

I had a very good experience with Riverside Auto and Truck Salvage! I called ahead of time and they had my part ready and waiting. They even gave me tips on how to install it.I highly recommend them!

Never had a problem at Riverside. Have to wait as many parts are still on the cars. Take some time to pull them. Always had good parts at a reasonable price.

Had to get parts for a van, that were outrageously priced in store and online. With river side I got good parts for a real nice price. Thank you riverside greatly appreciated.

Definitely backpedals on price and time frame. When caught will threaten with a gun and call you a liar. Called twice and was told it was ready.

Let us go out in the yard and look at the parts. Fair prices. Did not take too long for them to pull the parts needed.

I called 6 times when they answered they hung up immediately before I could ask if they had a part I was looking for. Not very good on customer service.

This place is horrible. I called to make sure they had the part I needed. I drove an hour and half to get a part that they said they had. Then I got here and we paid them and they said it would be an hour to an hour and half wait and they called me and said that they didn’t have the part. They gave me my money back thankfully. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE AND DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING ON THEIR WEBSITE.

Was sold a wrong part after paying for it per their policy. Was told I couldnt get my money back and the part was mine now. I wont recommend this place to anyone

People that answer the phone at this place are very rude. They have parts listed online and when you ask about a part thats currently listed on their website they say they dont have it. If you ask again or say its still on their website they start being mad and yelling for asking twice and making sure if they have the part or not. Just makes me not want to call ever again and buy elsewhere for more money.

Its a family owned company that is not out to screw you out of your money. The staff is real friendly and the are helpful. They most likely always have the parts that need. Thank you Riverside for all that you do.

165$ for a used 2011 Corolla passenger fender. I asked if I could have their parts puller compare my front bumper small sample color to the one in their salvage yard. The phone clerk said rudely no! Sir you must first pay for the fender first. I said Certafit off reno in Oklahoma city sell the exact NEW Fender for $44.63 primed ready for a body shop to paint. I was quoted $85 for the paint work if I brought the New Fender to the body shop. Its like they dont care that the part they are selling will cost me more to have it repainted and fixed for dents since its a used part. Stay away from this RIP off salvage yard!!!

The owner had the wrong $350 truck bed panel pulled, then argued with me on what size bed goes on my truck 😂 and still charged my card😡So I left the part there contacted USAA and they reversed payment after an investigation. Took almost 2 months.The owner is incompetent, rude and sarcastic and will try to screw you over!! STAY AWAY!!

I have purchased several auto parts and found their customer service to be excellent. When I ask questions, they provide quality answers and recommendations. They are very busy; however, my wait time has always been reasonable. The only salvage to give me a full refund on returned parts. Price for parts is competitive. I highly recommend this business.

CROOKS STOLE $40 FROM ME!! Charged my DC for $40, then stated theyd put the $ back on the card. Never happened, then I called multiple times and all of these clowns had a different story. The action Im taking now is to file a fraud report with my bank, this clown operation should be shut down. There are plenty of places to get parts from who dont look to screw you out of your hard earned money, this isnt one of them. My card should NEVER have been charged, it was NEVER authorized.

Prepaid for a compressor and was told 1 to 1-1/2 hours. Showed up 1-1/2 hours later and had to wait another 1-1/2 til it was pulled. Finally got it installed and it was no good! No refunds and dont want to wait and exchange for another junk part so Ill lose $60 to learn never to go there again. Also careful giving your credit card over the phone, they write down your info and leave it on the counter where anyone can see it. Unbelievable!

I own a auto repair business, I was looking for a motor for one of my customers I called riverside and surprisingly they had one, quoted me 550.00 for the motor so I went ahead and bought few other parts to make it a one stop shop. After i paid for the purchase with my business card i waited a couple days to give them time to pull parts. I drove 1 - 1/2 hours to pick up parts and when I get there, there is no motor. The person behind the desk said that someone else had bought the motor a week ago but has not picked it up yet. How is that possible when you go on your computer to look for parts it should have came up as sold. I dont get it, it sounds fishy to me. Anyway now I have to go back to customer and try to explain that I dont have the motor I told him I had purchased for him. Thats going to make me look bad not to mention now I got to pay for a tow truck bcz he found another shop that got a motor for him. Thank you riverside salvage, our first time doing business and our last. My dealing with you cost me over 2 thousand dollars not to mention the most important, a customer. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Called, they said they had the part I needed, gave them credit card information over the phone to pay for it. I live pretty far from here, but was already about half way there so I asked about how long it would be; the gal on the phone was very short and abrubt stating youre next and we close at 5pm, so.. I got there half an hour later and sat for an hour just for them to say they didnt actually have the part.

We searched others places and ended up here ended up picking up a spare tire and a door and some parts for our truck. This place was super busy but it has great customer service. Also went to look at the door in the back lot and had the time of my life riding in the truck that took us back there. It was like I was a teenager again and mud bogging in Arizona. I would definitely go back for more parts of I need them!

Very rude asked for a 2004 Kia Sedona gas tank the pulled an 2005 Hyundai sonata tank then when told it was wrong they pulled the right one which was still wrong awful customer service and lost money never again.

I drove one hour to get a mirror for a Ford F-150 I called him two hours before I go there they didn’t have it ready. I had to wait an hour and then they said the one they had it wasn’t good. Not good.

Owner is very unprofessional. Requested a part for a 97 explorer they brought the wrong part out and I asked for them to get the right one and he refused to cooperate saying that it was the right part for that year. I told him he just didnt want to help anyone. He followed me out trying to fight me and told me to suck my mothers breasts because I was actioa like a baby and so on. I would highly recommend to not go here at all unless you want a confrontation! Very unsatisfied!!

I love these guys I had to rebuild my truck after question wreck and they were more than able to get me the parts for my 93 Bronco. They had a few times where they would swear they didnt have a part but I went out myself and found it. It is okay though with that many vehicles on one lot you never can know who stole what or if things are still there. These guys are awesome and did very well on their warranty.... please keep in mind I am a mechanic so I had no labor fees just two parts that werent up to par

Called for a part, they said they got it, drove an HR and half they said they will need to pull it out and give us a call, didnt get a call drove again for an HR and half after 3 days, hoping they got it ready cause they said they have it, ended up getting a refund because they DONT have it !!! Didnt get a call, whoever on the front was unfriendly will not go back here and dont recommend this, the one in Ada was way better just that they dont have what we are looking but they are very helpful and friendly to customers

Would give 0 or negative 1 if I could. I called them, explained I have cash for the part, and I had to drive down during my lunch hour to pick up the part. They will not even pull the part until it is paid for, and then then will call you when it is ready. In order to do business with them, I would have to waste my lunch hour 2 days in a row and spend so much in gas, it is less expensive to buy a more expensive alternator from their competitor. I explained this to the lady on the phone, and she did not care. Just said OK and hung up. I will pay to have things shipped to me before I ever go here to purchase anything.

If you call ahead they will always make sure they have the parts you need and usually have them ready for you when you get there. If your car runs on used parts. And they all do. Riverside is the place to go first for all your auto parts needs. I just cant say enough. 10 STARS

I’m so sick of getting disrespected at this place. In person, or on the phone, they act like you’re a nuisance, when it’s MY money potentially going in their pockets. It’s been like this for years now. I’m finally done. If you don’t like working here, quit! It’s that simple. If you’re the owner, sell the place to someone who will treat customers, like customers. I wish I could give this place a zero star review.

I will for sure to do business with Riverside an his guys. Always had the parts I needed,an at Fair prices. Even though Im from Tulsa, making a trip to okc is well worth it.

I was able to get a used part at a decent price. The part I needed has got my car running again and so far has last almost a year. Great experience and I will be back if I need anything else.

This place will sell you a broken part and refuse to replace it like their warranty guarantees. The warranty even says, in the context that theyll replace defective parts but wont pay for labor costs, that since their parts are used, they can have defects not foreseen by the company (implying that theyll replace the part but not pay for labor costs). Yet Kevin, who was quick to let me know that hes the manager, and who is not afraid to raise his voice and be extremely rude in an attempt to show how right he is, claims that theres no way the part could have been broken and that the only possible explanation is that I broke it, despite the warranty acknowledging that their parts can be defective without then knowing. I would be shocked to hear of any instances in which they actually stood behind their warranty. I wish I would have known that this is how business is run here; I would have stayed far, far away. I recommend you dont do business with Riverside Auto Salvage unless youre the type of person that would enjoy a swift kick in the groin area. Otherwise, stay away. This place is shady and the manager is ridiculously unprofessional. At the end of the call, he hung up on me. Im wondering if the owners are aware that their manager throws fits toward customers who dont agree with him.

Called in advance to see if a part was available, was told it was...drove 40 miles to buy...salesman was walking around in zombie like state, scratching his butt, possibly working through a hang over from the previous night of drinking, I dont know..... I told him what I was there for....he didnt acknowledge my presence, even though I was the only customer in the shop...finally, after about 20 min. of silence, he told me they didnt have my part.Brilliance and proof positive, man descended / evolved, from the apes, unfortunately, Riverside employees were never notified.

I’ve never ever written a review about any establishment, but the service I received was so poor that I believe I have a moral obligation to warn others. Avoid this place. I called Riverside Auto & Truck Salvage to arrange for them to pick up my vehicle to salvage it, and the very moment they answered the phone they made me feel like I was bothering them. The guy who answered was very rude and I honestly don’t know how they picked him as their customer service. Throughout the whole arrangement he was yawning and making “ladadada” noises as I was giving him the specs of the vehicle (which left the impression that he was feigning writing it down), but I gave him the benefit of the doubt and he said that one of the towing guys would contact me (After reconfirming the number I gave him). Well…4 hours later and still no call so I decide to call to check on the situation. Reasonable right? Well…holy Jesus, Joseph, and Mary did this guy go on a tantrum about how there was still 20 vehicles ahead of me and to wait my freaking turn. I was absolutely floored. I wasn’t expecting such a rude response to a simple question so I just said, “Ok, that’s cool man” and promptly hung up. Never again.

Bought a drive shaft for my 05 Chevy 1500 at 1/3 of the price of what another place was trying to sell it for. Great price, fast and friendly service.

They have mediocre customer service, however, the number that is on here is no good. Every time I try to call it, all I get is a busy signal. This needs to be updated with a good number. I havent been able to get a hold of them in weeks.

One of the worst wrecking yards I ever encountered in the country and I deal with a lot of different states. they act like they hate you calling them and they tell you itll be ready this day and it never happens. do yourself a favor and use Ebay. I like to support local but not with these fools.

I have never had a problem with Riverside. Workers always had what I asked for, and never seen any one walking off a hangover.Chances are if you were kept waited on then ou were being a rude person, and that was their way of showing you.Sure it takes a minute to get the part if they have it, but there is a lot of property to cover looking for a part. I doubt they told you they had the part if they didnt have it Riverside doesnt work that way, if they are unsure they tell you to come out and look. How dare you say something this bad about the only honest yard in OKC

Im only giving one star because I cant give any less. I called them twice to make sure my part was in stock and when I arrived the manager who I spoke with on the phone said it would be a two hour wait after I drove an hour and a half then proceeded to tell me I should of called ahead and put my credit card down so they could of pulled my part. He conventionally forgot to mention that on the phine.

If you are working on older vehicles dont come here it is cost alot of money for older parts. The counter guys are some what helpful, but not much.

Called for price and availability on a transmission and the person I spoke to seemed inconvenienced by my call. He gave me a quote and as Im in the middle of asking a question he hags up on me. Very unprofessional and rude as hell.

Went for a radiator yea the brought me the wrong one !, and yes I may have gave wrong information !, and racists looked to me like yea there was Mexican Indian working and the Mexican went way out of his way to help me we drove over the whole place looking for one that would fit .. no luck so what there not political correct there my first choice and that Kevin !!!!! I figured him out fast and thats just the way he is but like I said its a junkyard pepole but I all so play pool in a real poolhall got scars to prove it hell the even had a door on the bathroom ! My sister took her pathfinder there for an alternator. While they were removing the alternator they broke the radiator. Well they fixed it but then charged her for the part they broke and labor to install it.These people are crooks. They expect there customers to pay for there mistakes. Dont know how they lasted this long in business.

Unhelpful and rude... wanted to see about some parts...basically wasnt interested in helping unless I bought a bunch of additional parts that I didnt want.

Went to get a rim and thought that the tire was free as it had holes and no treads. After they swiped my card for 80 they said the rim was only $25. And wouldnt return the other 65 for the tire which I could use.
