Today 05/21/2021 I went to do tire alignment and balancing and tire rotation to change the tires back and forth to the front but before leaving the shop I marked the tires to make sure that they were going to do it. but when I got to pick up the car, the marks I made on the tires were in the same place and they charged me as if they had done it. And when I asked them if they had moved the tires, the job manager said they did. I just said ok and I left knowing that they did not do it and that he was lying

I was very impressed with what they did with my 1998 Lincoln Continental! Its still running. They returned it to Road Car Status. They repaired the steering and suspension to a very stable condition. In minimum time they ordered the parts and replaced everything necessary. I have no complaints at all with the way it drives or handles. It is a whole lot better than when I brought it to them. I will probably bring it back if I have other problems with my vehicle. Firestone couldnt align it, but they did! They returned my vehicle to a very drive capable condition. I would recommend this company to anyone that is having serious problems with steering or suspension problems. Ive put a couple thousand miles on it since then and they definitely deserve the five stars I rated them at.

Highly recommend. I had originally taken my truck to Christian Brothers because they quoted me $851 to repair my ac condenser and recharge my ac. New freon so it is more expensive. Once I left my truck with them they called to inform me that they had made a mistake and it was going to be $1392. So I picked it up and took it to Okc Auto Works. Next day my truck is repaired and it was done for $875. Under the original quote they had given me of $890-910. Use these guys. Honest and great work. Do not go to Christian Brothers.

Ive grown up with cars my whole life and have dealt a lot with dealerships and body shops. I have to say this is the only body shop I will recommend to anyone looking to have work done. The service is top notch and when it comes to taking care of your vehicle they go above and beyond. Highly recommended.

Nissan has a tool where you can request a quote for body work repair through their website. It asks you to take photos and videos from a variety of angles and submits it to Nissan Certified shops in your area. This business is a Nissan Certified shop. I submitted a request for a quote because someone hit my bumper and dented it. In any case, on March 23 within minutes of submitting the request I get an email from Justin saying theyll get back to me soon. On April 10, I contact them to follow up. I get rerouted to a gentleman named Tracy who says he cant find my information anywhere and to provide the last 4 digits of my VIN. He cant find anything with the last 4 then asks for the last 6. I provide the last 6 on the same day, April 10. Tracy was very responsive until I provided the last 6 then I dont hear from them for several days. I call the shop on Tuesday because I havent heard back. I get him and he has no idea what Im talking about or why Im calling. I explain the situation and ask if hes been able to look into this. He says he hasnt because hes been really busy and hadnt got to it. He takes my name and promises to call back. He emails back and says he cant find anything and if I can give him a call back to see how they can help. At this point, its almost been 3 weeks and I still dont have a quote. Fortunately, there are several other shops in the area who were glad to give me a quote in less than 5 minutes. Crazy its been this difficult just to get a quote.

My grandmother had taken her car here to have the back bumper replaced and while it was at this workshop they decided to tow it. While towing it they ripped off the front bumper. They explained to her that it was too messed up to replace both bumpers and then they had the car totaled. They then explained that if she wanted at least the front bumper replaced that it they would charge her for them to replace it. As of now my grandmother is without a car and the only compensation she got was from her insurance company and it was only $1,400. Worst shop ever.

Glad to have my car back and that didnt charge me the 2 wks it took me to come up with the money

The OKC auto Works did a great job repairing my vehicle after my accident. Their Body Shop is the best in my opinion for the OKC area. They got my truck right in and their staff took me through the entire process. Laura Wiggins explained the repairs being done and date when I would receive my truck back. The shop got it done quickly and professionally. I recieved my truck back 2 weeks earlier then promised. I would recommend this business to anyone needing repairs done to your vehicle. They also do repairs other than body work.

Everyone here is great. Laura, the estimator is so helpful, I was super happy with the fit and finish on my Civic that had been t-boned. The day I picked it up there were some weird warning lights and the shop guys stayed almost an hour late with me to figure it out. Would definitely recommend.

These guys do great work and at a good price. I will never use another auto mechanic again. They are honest, do good work, and dont charge an arm and a leg. While I used them for mechanical work, they also do auto body work so if I am in a wreck, they are going to be my go to place for that too. Great people!

My car was hit by behind and it was my first ever insurance claim. I was so nervous and didnt know what to do and I had so many questions.I cant express how glad I am to have chosen OKC AUTO works. Took my Infinity in for tune up and other repairs. They were quick but I had an issue with the problem I took it in for happening within 24 hours. They didnt question me or charge me anything extra, they just fixed it and took the time to explain what caused the initial repairs to not fix the the issue. My daughter and I went here for an estimate to fix her back light and dented bumper. She called first for appt. And we were in the office no more than 5 minutes and the man came out and gave a quick quote on how much it might run $$$. Couple thousand. So we left there. Everyone was very nice.

I had my car in the shop 4 weeks untouched, undiagnosed and no calls or any kind of communication, I was behind 2 cars for 2 weeks nevertheless my car runs smoother now. Great rates, good quality, but dont make the mistake I made and not ask if your behind someone. Brian was professional nonetheless and will most likely take it to them for minor work just didnt make communication.

I have used them on three vehicles. When Flo and Jamie would not pay; they found us a trunk lid for our Cadillac that was in great condition and reasonably priced. They fixed my daughters jeep. After we hit a boulder in Wal e world parking lot recently they put the car like new.

Always get the van working great. The after not so much. They get the problem corrected, however it always leads to something else going wrong. Fixed my AC now seat belt sensors are haywire. Fix handle on 1 side of double doors now the other side doesnt work. Fix my lock great but insolation now falls off. Great guys to get the big problem done, but generally they botch something else in the process. Been listening to my seatbelt alarm for a week now., Dont want to take it in for fear of something else going wrong.

Heard good things but didnt live up to it, they didnt seem interested in doing my repairs so went elsewhere.

The workmanship was splendid. The after not so. Lights were turned on and the battery not only drained but died. After three trials to jumpstart failed I had to take the car to the shop to replace the battery. Now I am wondering who will cover this bill that should not have been.

I Had an oil leak in a 7.3 F350 and A/C problem. I had two other places that Priced me way beyond crazy. And both places quoting me over $500+ for the A/C Issue.. Turns out the AC issue was a simple wire malfunction that They took care of right away And had my motor pulled, fixing the leaks, and back in my truck w/ it up and running in a week. Take your car or truck in, dont hesitate get it repaired and driving without fear of a break down. Tires, body shop, new engine, general repairs and maintenance. 20 year old Suburban looks and runs like new. Attention to detail and if they miss a detail take it back and it will be fixed. Repairs with a warranty are always honored, they keep up with the details. Absolutely the most honest and trusted car repair in OKC. The owner even took in a cracked swimming pool slide and made repair. Small, family owned businesses should be supported by all of us.

Took my older car there for an outer door handle replacement last year, and just left there today with a new power window regulator. I will be back next week for a washer fluid pump. There is NOTHING they cant do, and always make you feel welcome. I trust them completely, and recommend them without hesitation!

Ive used them for auto maint for various makes and models weve owned over the years. I wont say that theyre the cheapest, but they are both competent, and honest in their dealings with customers. Thats worth quite a bit in itself.

They worked on a car repair after a minor fender bender. OKC Auto communicated with me the whole time. A woman named Laura, called me every couple of days just to give me updates and that they were on schedule for the finish date. They were done on time, and the car drives better now then when I took it in! I will be going back for any further repairs even if its not a fender bender. They will treat you better then the dealerships!!

Id never thought Id mention this place again but I guess I need to. Towards the end of last year, we brought our car to this place to fix some issues with the front bumper along other things.The front bumper was scratched and the click that attaches the frame of the car to the bumper was broken, so the lady said itd be most convenient if we buy a new bumper and get it painted and attached. So we did that.When we got to see the car. The front bumper was so far away from the rest of the car, like we could see the bumper protruding outward. So after a week or so, we finally decided to take it home.We thought the only problem in their service was how much the bumper and the car did not fit, but we were SO wrong. Today, I found out that one side of the front bumper COMPLETELY popped out.We paid close to $1,000 to fix JUST THE FRONT BUMPER, we obviously expected itd look good. But it doesnt. We paid so much money to receive this disappointment.Anyways, thats my unfortunate story, Im going to tell everybody that I know how poor their service is!

I am new to the area and Ive never been in that situation or dealt with insurance claims but they were very straightforward with the whole process and kept me updated with what was going on with my car as they were fixing it. It did take about a week and a half for the repairs, but they set that expectation from the start. Overall, Id have to say they did an amazing repair job, Id take my car here even if insurance wasnt covering the cost. Thanks so much!

Took the car in to replace a head gasget, after picking up the car, the same problems started again so had to take it back. They then stopped answering our calls, or providing info. When we finally were able to pick the car back up they left a huge engine part sitting in the front seat. Would not recommend.

Went in today for an estimate. Had a short wait, but everyone in here was very friendly!! The lady did the actual estimate pretty quickly, and it was free. Great service!

I have to refuse to take the car 4 times because the work never get done correctly. Each time I have to pointed out the same problem and they would sit on it for a week or so. Their excuse is we got the wrong part and it would take 3-5 days to get a new part. How can you get the same part wrong 4 times? So 10 days estimate would become 45 days. In the end, I have to give in because I need my car badly. Its their tactic. Very unprofessional in my opinion. On top of that, I notices my car mileage went up 500+ mile in 45 days while at the shop. I did ask about the mileage thing, and got no answer. So if you must take your car to this place (due to insurance), record your mileage so you have proof.

I have brought both of my vehicles here due to hit-and-runs. The staff is friendly, responsive, and extremely professional. My cars looked great when OKC Auto Works was finished with them.

They ripped a wire on my interior lights and I showed them and they didnt even fix it. When I first showed them gave me a number of ways it couldve happened but as soon as I asked them to fix it then all the sudden they didnt do.

I have worked with a man named Brian each time I have used OKC Autoworks and have had very pleasant and real experiences. Their prices have been spot on fair and the time to finish a problem has been awesome. I have taken both my car and my wifes car any time there is an issue. They have the lowest fee on checkups. Most places charge 100 dollars to get in the door. With me its usually, hey.. Well leave it off the tab. Which makes me much more likely to return.. Excellent work!
