They went above and beyond for me. They went out of their way to make sure I felt safe in my car and were very accommodating. I will not go elsewhere for anything to do with tires. Im sure all Discount Tire locations are excellent but this location precisely is the one for me.

While having a tire repaired I had a concern regarding the lug nuts on my Ford Escape. I brought the issue to Kades attention as he was the employee who had checked me in. He was very professional in explaining that it was a common problem that a class action lawsuit was already being pursued. I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.

Usually I love discount tire but the kids y’all have working for you at this location have no idea what they’re doing. He asked me what psi I wanted my tires at for an air check??? And then didn’t even know how to reset the sensor in my car nor did he suggest someone else come over and help.

Saturday morning at 10:30 the store was packed. 6 car orders ahead of me. I bought and had installed 4 tires on my BMW. It took less than one hour!Impressive service!

Micah initially helped me when my tires were out of stock and on back order. When they became available he called, asked if I wanted to order them and then ordered them upon my request. They came in 4 days later, got them installed at a convenient time for me, and did an amazing job. It was a pleasure to work with them!

Talk about great customer service. Had a flat tire at the gym next door. They stayed open after hours on Saturday. Then they let me and my kids bring back McDonald’s and eat it in the store while we waited. This is going the extra mile, and they will get my business for all of my vehicles.

Wait times can be long so its best to make an appointment. Staff was amazing and fixed my tires and set my new windshield wipers!

I had a nail in my tire that made my tire leak. Tried to call many places and went to a couple but everyone was busy or just not working on a Saturday. Ended up stopping at Discount Tire. The guy at the desk was so nice. He told me that it would probably take 3 hours and he seemed like he felt bad telling me that. It ended up taking about an hour and a half. And THEY DIDNT CHARGE ME!! Just made my day. I will be back for sure and I want to tell everyone. They made my bad day so good.

I knew it would be about an hour and a half wait. But after seeing customers getting helped before me enough was enough. The other customers got here after I did and I was able to listen to their conversation, so I know they didnt have an appointment before me. I think discount tire is a good company but stay away from this location.

Sat for an hour for a patch and balance. Was told the tire had 4 holes, and they would only patch 3. They refused any option other than a new tire, and forced me to leave on the spare.

GREAT MANAGER! Manager honored the warranty on tires I purchased July 2019 at the N. Penn location when they would not help me. They had a 50,000 mile warranty and I only got 8,000 miles of wear from them. This manager gave me over $100 credit on them towards new tires. I wont go back to the N. Penn location, young in-experienced uncaring representative. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!

So far I have been here twice and they have been simply wonderful. I just brought in my used car I just bought as one of my tires was very low. They looked at and said if they find anything fixable, they will fix it for FREE. Really? In 2019 where do you find anyone doing anything for free. Shoot! most gas stations charge for AIR. So basically I got my tire fixed which had a nail in it for FREE. All that with a smile on their face. Checked all of my tires and said tread was good etc. Come on guys who gives you that kind of service in 2019. Kudos!

It took over 2 hours before they even took my car into the shop. I only needed a TPMS sensor replaced. Please give estimated wait times prior to payment.

I went into this place to get some air. When I stop, I hear air coming out of the tire and find my wheel is bent! They helped me get the spare on and were very polite and the cost was perfect! I told them the least I could do is buy tires from them when it comes time. AA+

This place is my definite go-to for tire-related matters! Every time I have gone in I have received excellent customer service and the guest area is always tidy, with both water bottles and coffee available. The prices are always less than what I expected which is another major perk of doing business with these guys, and they really do seem to care about your tires and how they impact your driving safety. I took my car in after hitting a pothole and noticing a tire was losing air (thanks, Oklahoma roads) and they took great care of me! They repaired the tire and sent me on my way for MUCH less than I expected and kept me hydrated and cool in their air conditioned building. Im 100% satisfied. Thanks, guys!

I had made an appointment days before and got in and out quickly on what looked like a very busy Saturday. The website stated that tires were available and in stock, but the turns out it would take a week to get the tires in. Went with another set of tires. They took good care of me, to make it up. I went to this location only because of the excellent reviews. Very satisfied. I called first to make sure they had my tire brand and size then drove right over. They are very thorough. Tires balanced right and lug nuts not over tightened (I did my own quality check with my lug wrench when I got home). Im pretty anal when it comes to my vehicle. I would go back to this location for more tires, no issue there.

Very Impressed! It was pouring down rain when I arrived for my appointment. A gentleman with a giant umbrella came to my car and walked me inside so I wouldnt get soaked. The store was very comfortable and clean. My wheel was cracked causing air to leak out of my tire so they put on my spare. They wrapped up my tire & wheel in a huge bag so my car wouldnt get dirty and gave me the specifics for my wheel. All of this and didnt charge me anything. I didnt have an appointment and for being a busy Thursday morning I was in and out pretty quick. But they did give me my used tires I asked to be kept..called same day and was told they would be held for me. Came back this morning by 8:30 am and they were gone. No note or anything that I called. I was provided one slightly used one.

Ordered tires on Tuesday and was told they would be there Friday. Showed up Friday morning and was told “Brandon didn’t get it done.” They had no tires and didn’t know when they would get them. They were nice enough to let me know I could drive across town to get them. If you want customer service go anywhere.

After years of using Firestone only because I had paid for a lifetime rotate and balance with them, you can imagine my impression of tire shops not being too strong. I decided to try Discount Tire because I had heard good things and I was tired of being treated like scum and jerked around by the idiots at Firestone. My experience with the staff at Discount Tires was wonderful. Not only did they treat me with kindness and respect, they were honest, straightforward, and to top it off really fast. I purchased two new tires, Sean helped me with the tires and was very helpful in picking the right ones. I believe the gentleman who worked on my car was Matthew, he was very nice to me and had my car ready in about 30 minutes. Overall a great experience, I would recommend this location to anyone. I cant tell you how much it means to me as a young woman to be treated with respect when I go to get my vehicle worked on. And with my purchase I got life time rotate and balance checkup... So I never have to visit a Firestone again. :)Thanks again to the staff at this Discount Tire location! Theyve earned a lifelong customer!

My experience with this store was exceptional. I took my car in because my tires were worn out and I knew I needed new ones. They promptly greeted me outside before I even went into the store. They measured the tread on my tires and walked me through the entire process. They explained how my tires were manufactured in 2009 and that they needed replaced. They didnt pressure me into a sale. They physically showed me the measurements of the tread wear and signs of damage. I had rotated my tires regularly but it was obvious it was time to replace them. They showed me the options and discussed the pros and cons of each potential tire replacement. The entire process from the time of pulling into the store and driving away with new tires was about an hour. I had dreaded going into the store because of long wait times, but they exceeded my expectations. I will return to this store for any future tire needs.

I found a screw in my tire today and came up to discount tire since that’s where my family and I all buy our tires. They patched up my tire, rotated my tires, and aired all my tires up for free. I can’t thank these guys enough!! Everyone was so nice and also got it done quickly!

The only place Ive purchased tires for a few years now. Sean Chambers the manager is great as is everyone else Ive encountered there. They can actually converse about the changes to old and new versions of tires they sell. Now thats customer service.Back for free rotation. 10 minutes in and out. Im continually impressed.
