I had my Ram 3500 dually leveled and added new 20 wheels and Open Country AT3 tires. Big thanks to Mike for getting me into the right components at a great price. The installation & alignment is excellent and Im very pleased with the results.

Had an emergency come up late Sun. night, needed front end alignment before I drove out of state. Went there Mon. morning and explained to lady at service desk. I didnt think they would be able to do it in the time frame I needed, due to the fact they were already booked solid, but, to my surprise, they got me in about 8:15 after arriving at 8:00. Had my car finished around 9:00, did a great job at a fair price. Would highly recommend this business. Great customer service, quality work at reasonable prices. I will definitely go back when my vehicle needs service!

My husbands truck has been aligned from other places but this place gives you a before and after information page on the vehicle, so you can see the difference of what was going on before and see what expect after. My husband can see the difference in his truck and the way it handle from the drive from there to home. I will give a update in about a week bc we are going out of town with the truck and we will see how she drive. Stay tuned.👍

If you own a Tesla, this is your place for an alignment.Merles is one of the few places that goes above and beyond every time for every customer. You may not know it, but it is happening. These people want you to be safe and they want you to leave happy. And not the well do anything to make you happy platitudes. I dont think they would do anything to make me or anyone else happy. But they manage their business on a daily basis that should make everyone happy. They are honest. They are detailed. They are ethical. For instance, they take measurements of every tire before mounting it on a vehicle and if it is too far off spec, they will order a replacement tire immediately! This is a process they do on every single tire. I am pretty sure no other shop does this. I only happened to find out about this because I was asking about a related service. This is just 1 example of what I have learned about this shop and the owner. There was more. See for yourself! You wont be disappointed!I would make one recommendation. Up front, there is a small sign discussing your $50 diagnostic fee. I would change the sign to say:If we move your vehicle into the shop, you will be charged a minimum of $50 for your visit today. We perform a thorough diagnostic of your vehicle no matter what you brought it in for. This is done for your safety. Please inform us if you do NOT want this service and we will refer you to someone who cares less about your safety.- Thank you![Signature]And then I would make it a practice to verbally tell every customer that they will be charged the $50 minimum if it goes into the shop, no matter what the issue is.I believe this would solve many customer misunderstandings.

Went in for a front end alignment. Same story as others have told. Guy told me I needed $1600.00 worth of brake and suspension work and that he couldnt do the alignment without fixing ball joints and brakes. Tried to charge me a $50.00 diag fee and I explained to him that I didnt bring it in for a diagnosis, just an alignment. He got a bit unprofessional and told me to just take my vehicle and leave. He said they charge $50.00 just to put a vehicle on the rack hahaha! What a joke! Just left a reputable shop in Midwest City that was able to fix me up for $75.00! I would avoid Merles and Mike, the manger guy, at all costs.

I checked my ball joint when I did some front end work. Worn but still life in them. I took it to Firestone tires for the front end alignment. Firestone was unable to due to the size of the tires. They said the ball joints had movement but are still good. I went to Merles for the front end alignment. They said my ball joints are bad and they cant due the alignment. . . . They ended up doing the alignment with no warranty. . . . . I took my truck to the dealership for an inspection because I just bought the truck a few weeks before. Ball joints have some up and down movement but no side movement. I learned that up and down movement is not wanted but the side movement is what matters and the ball joints are still good.So 3 out of the 4 experts (well. Im no expert) said my ball joints are good.Sometimes its a lack of training. Sometimes its a scam. Either way its a failure on the company. Get a 2nd option before having them do work for you.

The 2 times I have taken my cars in the work was done well.I have left a VM with them recently with no call back. I am sure each persons experience varies.

I took my truck in for an alignment and was told i needed all new ball joints and tierod ends before they could do the alignment. I knew that wasnt true it all had been recently replaced thats why i was in for the alignment. Took the truck somewhere else they did the aligment no problem, when i asked the mechaninc how things looked under the truck he said everything was great and didnt see anything that would give me a problems. Oh and he did mention he could tell everything was relatively new in the frontend. So dont take your vehicle to merles unless you want to pay for unnecessary repairs.

If you have a lifted big truck or big wheels, mine is a Lincoln towncar on 24 inches, this is the only place to come from suspension work and calibrations. I also bring my Porsche Cayenne Turbo here due to they are the only shop in town with Porsche Specs.

Merles has been doing my front end work for years and now I have to thank them for saving me a lot of money. I went to have some A/C work at a dealership and at the last minute I asked if they could do a oil change and when doing so they said I needed upper ball joints immediately, so I took my truck to Merles to get an alignment and check out the ball joints. I told them what the dealership had said before work began so they could of told me that I needed the work done and make some money off me. They told me to ball joints was still good and aligned my truck. I thank you Merles for being honest with me and you will always get my front end work.

Merles has replaced the shocks on my Hyundai/Accent and has also done some work on my Ford F-150 so they can work on about anything. They are always courteous and very professional. Their work is priced right and they dont try to rip you off. I highly recommend them.

Came in for alignment, next I know need a whole new front end... Which us funny since mine is only a year old. Took it by 2 other shops and they said bushings, ball joints, tie rods look fine. Which was completely opposite their diagnosis. I also came to my appointment early and spoke with a customer that was having their front end rebuilt same case, came in for simple alignment and they refused to do the work without rebuilding the front end. Lucky enough that my diagnosis was word for word with his so I immediate left and knew what was happening.

This place can do it all! Best selection of wheels in town and the customer service is excellent. They really care about you and your vehicle. I needed some other things fixed on my car and the offered me solutions as to what needed to be repaired top priority versus a few things I could fix a later date. You will always have my business!

Went simply to get an alignment then get brought out a bill for a whole front end..... Then had to pay 50 buck to refuse service...... Tricked me once wont happen again.

We had a car break down and this place was recommended to us by some friends. They were honest and fair and treated us very well. I would emphatically endorse this service. Their rates are reasonable and they have integrity, and to me that is huge.We were in a tough spot and a lesser mechanic would have taken advantage of that, but they were focused on getting us back on the road and saving us money. Refreshing.

Because they will lie to you and do what ever they can to get as much money out of you as possible and then respond with generic responses like “ Thanks for your review, we strive daily to perfect our customer service and will use your review to try even harder in the future.” Or “Thanks for your review and we understand frustration, however we have a policy of not performing any work until the customer approves quote etc..... Got a price of over $800 for a leveling kit, told me it needed control arms for a leveling kit thats why it was so high. Having done a leveling kit on this same truck year and style truck in the past I knew better. I called 3 other shops got a quote for less then half price ( no control arms needed).

Couldnt accommodate me within the timeframe needed.

The woman that works in the office makes this shop feel like a cozy and friendly environment. I wish i knew your name, youre the best! As a woman I often feel like I am being taken advantage of at body shops, but not here! I have been here 3 times and I absolutely love it!

Called to ask about wheel and tire combo options they were very professional and courteous and answered all questions !!!! will be going there to have my wheels and tires done.

Do not take your truck here I paid almost $1000 to have ball joints tie rods and steering stabilizer installed on my truck. The technician installed the bracket for the stabilizer in the incorrect spot bottoming out and destroying a $300 stabilizer dampener and the bracket. The part I gave them came with full directions from the manufacturer on how to properly install the parts. They refuse to compensate me for having to buy another one and would take no-fault for their in adequate work on my truck. Worst shop experience Ive ever dealt with.

After 9 days awaiting parts to repair my car, (I was told 2-3 days) Im still waiting. Their only answer is I dont know.The parts are 3 hours from here (OKC-Dallas). I hope their work is better than their service or Im screwed. Yikes. I did offer to go get them, no response. Asked to speak to the owner. Didnt get to but did get an answer finally. The parts arrived later the same day and they will get it done tomorrow. The work ended up good. They dont know anything about the electronics. When they told me I could pick it up the electronics had to be reset with all panel lights staying on. I had to come back the next day while they got Toyotas help. After I got home, I found the spare tire components apart and just thrown in the back. I dont know why they used the spare but I had to clean up and reassemble their mess. Paper mats and plastic were also left in the front seat. I cleaned that up as well. Right now I have a slow leaking tire where they worked that wasnt there before. I think Ill go elsewhere to get that checked out. At least the front end drives well so far. I have a long road trip coming up. A little worried. Wish me luck on that.

They were quick and efficient. Not super helpful, lady at the front could be a little more I give a dang, rather than I wrote it on my notes.... I dont know if it got done or not! Me well is there someone I could ask? Her..... Idk but the shop is behind our building go over there. I did and found know one there. By that time I was just thinking....kiss my butt, I got better things too do. Ill think about where I spend my money next time. The work was great, the parts were ordered fast and efficient. My complain is customer service! If a customer has a question about work that was done, who ever it is in your business, its thier job to take care of it, even if its the janitor. Without the customer know one has a job.

Took my truck in for a front end alignment, which was overpriced on its own. They called me shortly after I dropped it off and told me the lower ball joint needed to be replaced and it would be over $600. I told them Id come get the truck, I knew there was no way that was right. I had to pay them $26 to get the truck back. Took it to another shop and told them I needed a front end alignment and the ball joints checked. They told me my truck is in great condition and the ball joints are fine. Paid WAY less to have the alignment done and had the truck back in about an hour and a half. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!!!

I took my car to Merles to get a alignment, dropped the car off Thursday before closing and got a call Friday evening say I needed new lower control arms and ball joints. Recieved a quote of $650 dollars to get the work completed. I let them know that I would be picking up the car. Once I got back I received a $53 bill because the techs spent a whole good 30 seconds looking under the car and noticed it needed some repairs before the alignment could be done. I wouldnt have minded paying the $53 if that money would be going towards my alignment once I fixed my car and would have brought it back. Instead the owner tells me his guys have to get paid and he spent over $400,000 on his alignment machine and it needs to get paid, as he is texting on his phone when he is telling me all this. Nice job D**** Head Ive never been so upset with a business that I created a Google account just to leave this review. Take your car to Mustang Alignment before this crappy place. I should have taken the advice people told me when they said to never go here.

This company used to be the best alignment place in the state. They are horrible now. Everything is overpriced, they misdiagnose problems, and the skinny guy they have working at the front desk has no knowledge of cars or how they work. The worst thing is that he is arrogant and doesnt care a thing about customers. They worked on my truck and told me they had fixed the front end. The wheels were out of toe after i got it back from them. They argued with me about the toe problem and told me it would cost $1,900 to fix it. I left, took it to the alignment shop around the corner and the fixed the toe problem for $45. I used to take all of my vehicles to these guys and I would recommend them to people. Ill never do either one again. They are crooks. Dont take your car there, youll be sorry if you do.

Terrible. Went in for an alignment and they said it couldn’t happen until I spent 1800$ on an entirely new front end. Problem is, is that I already replaced my front end. Ended up playing 50$ for nothing. Definitely will not be coming back

As soon as i walked in, the lady up front was rude. I asked to speak to the mechanic to explain my issue. I was very thorough with what the issue was and it seemed like he wasnt paying attention, especially since his co-worker interrupted me to talk to him (not to mention they starting arguing and cursing in front of a potential customer) . After they checked it out, the guy did NOT even take a look at what my main issue was with the truck, instead he wrote me an estimate for other things i didnt even inquire about. Ended up paying $30 for nothing. Do not recommend.

Take company trucks here to get fixed all the time. Never have a problem they know what they are doing and have reasonable prices. Time frame for work performed is in ball park as other places

Just had to say thanks for a job well done. 6 weeks ago Merles rebalanced some tires I bought somewhere else and did a great job. Should have come here in the 1st place.3 weeks ago I bought some US Mags with 3 bar spinners and some new tires for my C1 vette. Great price from Merles.Spinner adapters didnt fit quite flush to the hub face and even the US Mag Dist was surprised. Merles had the adapters machined down a few thousands and now they fit flush. Must have been a manufacturing glitch.Customer service and communication was excellent throughout and they have me for life. Thanks Trey!BH

My car has been up there two days waiting for an alignment. Picking it up tonight and taking it to Mustang Alignment in Mustang, OK. Big disappointment. This place used to be good and professional. Not anymore.

Took my Lexus in for front end work....car drives like new....pleased with their workmanship, timeliness, reasonable pricing...highly recommend...

Spent around $1,300 on front end work they claimed was needed VERY bad. Turns out I get there to pick up my vehicle and as I pulled up the technician that apparently had been working on it was pulling out of the parking lot to test drive it to make sure that everything was working properly. He gets back and they hand me the keys and tell me its ready to go. I pay them for much work that they apparently did and leave. Get on the road and let go of the wheel and it is still pulling VERY hard to the right. WHAT!? Why would you tell someone it is fixed when it is so blatantly obvious that something is still wrong? I call and talk to the owner and he pretty much gives me the run around and says it may be a tire causing the problem. WHY DIDNT THE TECHNICIAN(S) WORKING ON MY VEHICLE RECOGNIZE AND CHECK IT THEN? $1300 is not just pocket change. Especially when the problem is still not fixed. Sorry to rant about them but like I said $1300 doesnt come easy and even if I was rich I wouldnt want to carelessly toss it away. Maybe they did everything they could have but it sure doesnt look that way to me. I sure hope this isnt a common mistake that they have with very many other customers. I have a fleet of vehicles, literally, and I could have been a very good customer for them but that WILL NOT be happening after this experience.

Ive been to Merles almost a half-dozen times with different problems. Ive come out of their shop each time with nothing but good things to say! Their work is top notch, and customer service is even better! After my wreck in the winter of 2015, I had to take my truck to an approved body shop. My truck never drove right until I took it to Merles where they found EVERYTHING the original shop missed. Theres no other shop I will allow to touch my truck, other than Merles!

DO NOT bring your vehicle here. I was a diesel mechanic for several years and worked on pretty much everything under the sun. I put new tires on my truck and wanted to get it aligned. I knew for certain that everything but my track bar was good on the front end. They came up to me with an $1800 quote saying pretty much everything was bad. I said ok and left, went down the road checked everything to make sure I was right and even brought it to another place to check it. $196 later my truck is fixed and aligned. I was smart enough to know they were lying but who else has gone there and gotten ripped off for this much or more. I ADVISE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM HERE

Was calling around getting quotes on replacing my front end wheel bearings. Who ever I talked to sounded like he didnt give two frigs about trying to get my business, and in hardly any time at all just said, Thats gonna be like 600 dollars. Ok. Then hung up the phone. Well I got it done somewhere else for less than that and with much better service. Ive had two friends who have also dealt with bad customer service there and their incompetence. One phone call is all it took for me to realize what I wouldve gotten myself into had I actually took my jeep there. Merles could learn like a lot of other places that its an honor to have a customers trust to work on our vehicles we love. You GET to work on our vehicles and should want to, instead you think were dying to have you work on it regardless of how you treat us.

Walked in to replace a light bulb on my 2000 Malibu. They said they would have it delivered in 15 minutes. Had to wait over 1 hour for it. Yes they did the job properly in the end. And charged me 21 dollars for it - 6 dollars for two bulbs (one spare left for me) and 15 dollars for labor. For replacing a single light bulb.

THIS PLACE SUCKS. READ THE REVIEWS BELOW AND STAY CLEAR OF THEM. They rip people off and the lady at the front desk is rude as hell. Its not a wonder they only have 3.1 stars. Overpriced ! Told me around 1800$ to get a 2/4 lowering kit on truck

Charged me $50 to tell me they couldnt do an alignment on my vehicle. Told me suspension that was less than a year old was worn and I was missing a lock washer on pitman arm. Rather than charge an extra dollar and replacing the wash they tightened the nut.

They cant do a wheel balance properly. Ill use someone else next time

I took my Acura in for an alignment and after hrs of waiting my car was finished but discovered one of the techs at Merles destroyed my ignition switch cylinder, of which i just recently had a professional locksmith replace, by forcibly using the wrong car key that was also on my key ring. Of course the owner/Mgr there tried to make it appear they didnt do it. I then showed him my receipt of recent replacement of that switch but he still insisted they were not at fault thus assumed no reliability. I even made a complaint of this incident to the BBB which Merles management/owner never responded to once they processed my complaint. SO TO FUTURE POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS BEWARE AND PLEASE HEED REVIEWS BCSE I WAISTED A LOT OF MONEY AND UNDER WENT ALOT TURMOIL PATRONIZING BUSINESSES WHO ADVERTISE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE & LABOR BUT ACTUAL EXPERIENCES SHOW DIFFERENTLY! SO NOW IM LOOKING AT REVIEWS TO ALLOW THAT TO WEIGH IN MY DECISION. And Im also stating in reviews my experiences whether bad or good bcse it is important for others to know the truth of business were they can make the best decision posible...

BEWARE! Bought $1416 with of nitto tires 6 mo ago. Went to do first rotate and balance and the center caps had been locktite on. Destroyed 2 screws to get caps off. Guy at front counter took offense when i just let him know. Then set appt for 12:30 as thats when guys get back from lunch. Rotate and balance took over 2 hours. When picking up the truck they saw as how it costs $62 for rotate and balance. I let them know i purchased from them, they said if i can find my receipts then it would cost less. Who does not keep track of work performed except someone hiding cash from feds? Then upon leaving tires are STILL not balanced and i got screwed for $62 for absolutely nothing. Never EVER do business with these folks. Also while in the office there were roided out men discussing steroids with guy at front counter.

Took my truck in to get drive shaft replaced, something that should have taken no more than half a day to complete. I just didnt have the time to do it myself. It ended up taking them eight working days. Every time I called they would give me the run around. I might be one of those persons that had a bad experience with them but figured I would let people know just to help future customers decide wether or not to take their vehicle in.

Completed alignment on my very high mileage F250 4X4 superduty, only replaced worn parts, showed me exactly what the issue was, did a very detailed job, not a fast throw on the rack, set the toe and kick it out the door, seem to care, taking my 2nd truck into the shop tomorrow. expect the same good results
