Bob Moore Ford has opted to sell their new cars at MSRP while a ford dealer shop near me adds $3,000 to the sticker price. Today, it is very costly to buy a new car. I respect Bob Moore Ford’s integrity to refrain from the price gauging that other dealerships are doing.Their sales and service team were exemplary!

Ive had my 2019 ford expedition in twice for warranty work since we bought it in November. First time they had it for 2 week, second time had it for 3 weeks!! They did not provide a loaner, returned my vehicle dirty and was not repaired properly. I waited 3 months for a part, which I found out was in the parts department but service wasnt notified. I picked my vehicle up 3 days ago after 3 weeks in the shop and still having same problems. I believe they are saying they are doing warranty work to bill ford but arent doing the work.The service advisor said Friday July 30th was his last day and that Dusty would be my new service advisor and he would send me a work order for the rack and pinion that was to be ordered... I have not heard or received any work order from Dusty. We bought our car through Bob Moore and have been very patient on the time it takes to repair the vehicle but now we are out of patience. I now have to take it back and be without my vehicle for who knows how long. I would not recommend buying or getting serviced at Bob Moore in Moore!!!

I never feel like I’m being taken advantage of and they always threat me with respect. As a woman going to a dealership it’s unnerving at times.My last visit I overheard a service advisor taking tine out to patiently talk to an older woman and explain some scam that it sounds like she may have or was almost falling victim to. He guided her and it was very impressive and heartwarming. I did let the manager know as I failed to remember the advisors name.Also, the manager on the sales side has been great as well. His name is Ricky Fietz. He and the finance guy Matthew were wonderful on my last purchase in September and I just reserved my new full-size bronco with them as well! ( my current Edge Sport was purchased from a competitor and I won’t go back there now)Great job Bob Moore Ford!! Across all departments!!!

I took my truck in a few months ago because i had a check engine light on to find out what they would charge me to fix it. They charged me for the diagnostic and i left with the intention of coming back and getting it fixed after i got the money. Last week i took it in to get a recall update performed and while i was there i asked them to look up what it was going to cost me to fix the check engine light issue, since i couldnt remember the quote they gave me the last time i came in. When i came back to pick up my truck they charge me again for the same diagnostic and their excuse was that they had to run another diagnostic because their mechanic hadnt noted the 1st diagnostic correctly.What the Heck?!Im so angry and disappointed with Bob Moore. I wont doing business here again. Bunch crooks!

I previously had work done to my car at a different Ford service department got my car back from them with the check engine light on and all sorts of problems. I was advised to take it to a different Ford service department for a diagnostic test and to see if the previous work that was done was the problem. So we did and I wanted to cry when I got my car back yesterday tears of joy and happiness. The Ford service techs located what was wrong fixed what they could because apparently my car will need a motor for it from the previous work. But no check engine light on I can run my ac without my car dying and it doesn’t sound like it did before. I am very happy with the work that they did and in a fast time also. I will not go anywhere else for any service problems except Bob Moore’s now they gained a customer for life

Dylan is an excellent agent for Bob Moore. Myself and my wife drove to Oklahoma City from Lawton in search of a vehicle fir our son. Initially we began looking at a black Ford Explorer XLT. During the test drive we noticed a red Explorer XLT in the lot, which is our son’s favorite color. Dylan did everything in his control to make sure we were able to purchase this vehicle. There were a couple minor defects on the vehicle, in which Dylan ensured us they would be corrected immediately. The great thing that happens, was Dylan had the vehicle delivered to our home once everything was taken correct, granted, we live almost 2 hours away from the dealership. I would recommend others go see Dylan, he’s a great agent for Bob Moore.

Technicians did an outstanding job..only issue I had with the service was the charge to use a locking lug key. The charge to use it should not be more then the lock key itself. Other than that outstanding job.

No issues it just took 3+ hours for an oil change and to update the rear view camera (recall 20C19).Now I need to know when/how the FordPass app will update. It still shows 11% oil life and a needed recall for the rear is camera

Service advisor Dusty was excellent and their showroom is very clean and nice. After my oil change i had to bring back cause car was smoking and smelled very bad. It is a new car with only 5800 miles on it. Tech said he accidentally hit trigger on oil gun and caused a spill and said he cleaned it up but not very well cause car still smells like burning oil and when i looked in engine bay i could still see spilled oil around radiator and engine bay. So i now have to go get engine bay detailed so hopefully smell will go away. Not what I was looking forward to on a new car that is gonna cost me extra $.

The sales process was very easy when we bought our vehicles. Service department is always friendly so we decided to give them a shot on tires and they were actually competitive. I received a recall notice for my new Ford Edge saying there was a possible problem with the camera and it could be a hazard. I called the Bob Moore service dept on Thursday, Feb 26th and made an appointment to bring the vehicle in at 8:30, Tuesday Mar 2. Took the vehicle in on that Tuesday. Received a call at 2:00 that day that my vehicle could be picked up but the problem was not fixed because the part was on back order. I asked the technician why I wasnt told this before I went to the trouble of bringing my vehicle in. He said it was because they had a lot of these recalls which I thought was no reason at all. I asked him if I would be notified when they could fix the problem he replied probably. I asked to see the service manager and was told he was interviewing and would not be available for 20 or 30 minutes. I left and sent the service manager an email stating my dissatisfaction with the way this was handled and asked if I would be notified when the part was available. He has not responded. This was the first time I have dealt with Fords service department and it has not went well.

Brought my F350 (diesel @ 29k mi) in for an oil change and had them look her over. The counter service rep was friendly and keep me up to speed on what was happening.The waiting area was setup pretty nice and stocked with coffee, water and vending machines. The staff wasnt constantly inquiring if we needed anything, didnt ignore us but wasnt constantly fussing, which was nice. The showroom floor has a 1930 Model A in fantastic condition and a F-150 raptor special edition.I was a bit disappointed in the high labor costs associated with the oil change, fuel filter change and air filter change, on top of the parts prices.What was more frustrating was when I got back into my truck and found oiled finger marks in the interior, my door will was covered in oil and grease boot prints and a strong smell of diesel in the cab. Im sure the tech put paper down, but I think it may have gotten on his clothes or brought the rag into the cab and somehow on the seat and for the next few days diesel will be permeating my cab. Having to go back to show the tech and request my truck to be wiped down, dont think was fair for having to pay the labor costs. The techs should be professional and skilled enough to be aware of whats on their uniform, to avoid this situation all together. They tried to make it right afterwards but was disappointed for a dealership this size and inventory of prestige work and play trucks, that it was even an issue to start.
I just bought a 2020 Ford Escape yesterday from Bob Moore. Let me tell you I would send my friends, family ect. to this Dealership! My salesmans name was Kermit and he was so EASY to work with! I would recommend him to anyone. I also have to give a huge shout out to the service department! I had one minor issue with a clip missing and they fixed it on the spot. I also had a light come on in the system after driving off the lot. They had me bring it back immediately and it was taken care of first thing in the morning! They also arranged someone to bring the car back to me. I give this place a big 5 star rating! Go check these guys out! Hello yes I love my car only issue that I had was when I had to bring it back so they could detail it and when they gave it back to me it had not been touched because it had dog hair all in there everywhere and you could plainly see it but they told me to bring it back again and they cleaned it. I really did appreciate my salesman Kyle I would like to bring it in so they could show me how to set my radio stations. Can I do that.

Friday afternoon I drove into the dealership and had a flat tire on my Ne Lincoln. I went to their service dept to see if they could fix it for me. I was informed by the service advisor that they could not come out into the parking lot to fix my tire because it was too dangerious. They told me they didnt have any air either. I sat in the parking for 1 1/2 hours waiting on my son to come help me.because my car is new there is no spare.The young service advisor needs a lesson in customer service. Little did they know I came there to buy a truck or SUVI will never even think of dealing with Bob Moore again. Shame on them!
I was in a hot spot traveling through Oklahoma. Matthew in the service department really came through and got us back on the road in a reasonable amount of time for walk in and no appointment. I cant thank him and the service tech enough for squeezing me in on a Saturday of all days.
Loose and missing bolts OH MY!! Brought the car in for service late last week. I found the loose bolt in the first picture right where it is. The two others were discovered while trying to find where the first goes. Im quite concerned about the situation. Sadly this is the kind of service one can come to expect from stealerships.

In January of 2012, I took delivery of a 2013 Ford Explorer that I purchased through Overseas Military Auto Sales. The vehicle was delivered to an OKC dealership that was NOT Bob Moore Ford. Worst. Experience. Ever. For my initial Service, I went to Bob Moore Ford. Upon check-in, they asked for my name (to look me up in their system), and I Told them that I wasn’t in their system, because I didn’t buy my vehicle at Bob Moore. Without hesitation, the Service Writer said “Doesn’t matter; you’re here now, and we’re going to take care of you.” And they did! 8 years later, with nearly 110,000 miles on that same Explorer, I pulled into the Service Bay at Bob Moore Ford and Ryan greeted me with an air of professionalism and enthusiasm that I’ve come to expect at Bob Moore Ford. He explained what was “ailing” my Explorer, the recommended fix, and some helpful suggestions. Not only was my vehicle ready FOUR DAYS EARLY, it came in UNDER the estimated cost! If you own a Ford, ANY Ford, get it serviced at Bob Moore Ford in OKC. Ask for Ryan, you’ll be glad you did!

I took my Ford Escape in for a recall On the anti-lock brake module. It also has an intermittent rear back-up camera. Dusty, at the service desk was great. Understood the reasons I was there and kept me informed all along the process. The camera needs replaced but with the current shutdowns due to the pandemic, they are on back order. Dusty has one earmark for me and says he can have it changed out in about an hour. Now we wait for it to come in stock. The car was washed when Dusty returned it to me. Great service!

This was my 3rd purchase in 4 years, 2 used and 1 new from Bob Moore Ford, and it was a swift and painless transaction...that was mutually beneficial. I would recommend Bob Moore Ford, that wants relatively haggle free pricing, and non commission sales associates that are not laying the full court press. I haggled a little and they met my trade terms. As for financing, I always arrive with my financing place, but dont sell yourself short, if you have good credit, they have always secured better financing by several points for me. It is a no pressure quiet friendly place as car dealers go. Give them a go!

Our first experience with this dealership was great but after today I will never consider using them again. Their lack of communication is ridiculous. I got financing from my bank, sent it over, paid a deposit, only to find out it was already sold. What a huge waste of my time. The sales manager was extremely rude. Dont try to buy a vehicle online through this dealership. I hope you dont live far away and cant make it to purchase the vehicle in person because you work full time, and cannot get there before they close.

Cannot begin to express the gratitude my family has for the sales staff and staff in general at Bob Moore. I have had a few vehicles repaired by them in the past and i thought i would take an unlikely chance at getting a car with them. I was in dire need of a car. My financial situation at the time was less than stellar. In fact I was between jobs and on a run of negative events that was effecting me. Add to that the pandemic and it was looking hopeless. I explained my situation and Kyle Christian and the staff went to work. They never said NO. I was surprised by this. I never expected it to go as well as it did. I left with a brand new car, awesome interest rate and a great payment. This was unexpected and a much better result than I could have hoped for.

He was able to get me a loaner and had my truck complete in a couple days with no hassles.Update***I had to take my truck back in for an unrelated issue and once again, Ryan and his team took care of me. I wont be taking my vehicles anywhere else.Update****Since Ryan has done such a great job with the warranty issues on my truck I decided I would call him up when it was time for new tires. I also wanted to install a level kit and even though they dont provide that service he was able to refer me to shop nearby that took care of me. The tires were priced competitively and my truck was ready before he said it would be. Ryan at Bob Moore will be the only person that I work with when it comes to my vehicles. Great work!!!

They understood my concern and my familys concern over safety and social distancing which is not true of all businesses post-COVID-19.Most importantly to me, my trade was valued fairly and I received a great price for my sons new truck.
