Service department has improved and is my go to place for my fleet

I brought my 2018 Malibu in for a simple tire plug. I called 3 hours before closing, they got me in, and I was out in less than 2 hours. I found this to be great considering it was a Saturday and kinda busy when I got there. Best part — they didn’t charge me for it! I am very thankful. I think I will now start bringing my vehicle here for maintenance rather than Firestone.

I took my Traverse up there twice for oil changes and told them there was a slow leak in one of my tires. The first time they just told me they didnt find a leak. A few months later, leak started getting worse. Took it back up there. Asked them to look at it again and asked if they didnt find a leak, to change the valve stem. Again, they found no leak and didnt change the valve stem, couldnt tell me why they didnt change it, and I didnt want to wait longer. I took it to Hibdon Tires Plus and they found a nail in the tire and didnt charge me for the work.
