Made appointments yesterday for my daughters birthday today. She wanted a manicure to get pampered... We came in & she had all 3 of us scheduled for the same time slot all with her. Then my daughters manicure was: remove old polish, soak nails, file nails and polish them... WHERES THE MANICURE? (the other 2 of us canceled!)Will never come back here again.

I have been a licenced nail tech for 9 years. These people use used files on their clients/customers. Disgusting and illegal! Absolutely lazy massage. Never again!

I have been going to Expo nails for probably 15 yrs. or longer. I love having my nails done by Tina, Leelee, or Kim. They all do a great job. I highly recommend Expo Nails. They are great ladies, their prices are the best in town and they are awesome when it comes to doing free hand designs. Increadiable place. Give them a try. You wont be sorry.

I went in for a first time appointment and she did amazing on my nails! This is after a week, and Im pretty hard on my nails as I work with my hands, and they still look amazing, the prices are very reasonable as well. I will definitely be going back.

Dont expect any frills here. $34 for a mani/pedi. Polish job and shaping not great. Massage even less great.

Had an appointment and showed up on time. The worker who started working on my nails ( just glued the tips on my nails and then proceeded to trim them to my liking) she left me multiple times to finish another customers manicure and then started doing another clients pedicure. Im not happy with how my nails turned out especially for paying $30 and the service.

Tina and her girls have been doing my nails since 2005. Her salon is clean and they are very friendly. Walk-ins are welcome but its best to make an appointment as she is often busy. The prices have gone up a little bit over the years but are still very reasonable. And I love that the nail art is done by hand rather than stencils or stickers.

Awful customer service, didn’t even ask how I wanted my nails. She decided to do what she wanted, and didn’t have the color I wanted. It was my first and last time going there. Not once did she try to make conversation. No friendly people and don’t understand English, makes it difficult to communicate.

I called to make an appointment and they asked me to come in right away, so I did. The salon was empty and the tech took her time doing my nails... I asked for stiletto nails, then she asked if I liked almond shape. I told her no, I like them pointier than almond... stiletto. After finishing the shaping of my nails into almond shape and asking if that’s okay, and me still being adamant I want stiletto nails, she asked me to get up and wash my hands then immediately took another client and left me sitting in the chair waiting for my gel color while all the other clients in the salon were catered to, except me.Color selection is silly, too... they didn’t have anything even close to a nude. Where I’m from, that’s a salon color staple.So my almond shaped, brownish pink nails are not the worst nails I’ve had, but they are far from the best.Nude stiletto. I didn’t know it would be such a difficult request.I’d rate them one star if the price wasn’t so cheap. Oh... and NO lotion or cuticle oil. What a treat.

Whatever you do... don’t go!!. I went last week for a pedicure and manicure. Worst ever! My feet and legs were barely touched. I didn’t even get a moisturizer on my hands. Because I chose a gel polish, my feet didn’t get a hot towel either. While they only charged me for paint on my hands, their pricing is inconsistent. My girlfriend and I went together. We got exactly the same service and her total was $50 and mine was $45. NEVER again!

Just got my nails done here Monday and the lady’s there charge way to much! Also do them way to thin, my nail broke Wednesday and I’d only had them for 2 days definitely do not recommend!

Absolutely awful! I went to go get a pedicure because its the only thing that really helps get the callous off my feet. First off, the technician used the same dirty utensils/tools she just used on the prior person I didnt even know. When I mentioned something, she claimed she understood, but continued to use the tools. Annoyed, I allowed it, but all I could think was then bacteria moving from feet to feet.Then the technician would not scrub my feet. She snipped my toenails too short hurting me. When she began getting ready to paint my toes, I looked at my feet and showed her again where I needed the callous off. She pretended to have a language barrier issue that she claimed she didnt understand, so I litterly picked the callous off my feet where I needed her to work. She showed me the pumice stone and told me I needed to buy one of these and use it in the shower. I told her I do, but I come to get a pedicure because I cant seem to get it all off. She just got disgruntled, put my feet back in the water and started working on my friend with the same tools again!When she claimed she was done, my feet looked even worst than they did before I came in. Not only did I still have pretty much all the callous on my feet still, now my heels are now cracked and I couldnt put my socks on with our snagging my prickly callous because my skin wasnt smooth. I was pissed. I explained I wasnt happy but it was ignored.When it was time to pay, she handed me the iPad but didnt press the pay this amount so the card would not work, so the technician try to take my card away from me as I was telling her she needed to press this button for it to work. When it finally was complete, I chose not to tip because I was very upset with the pedicure. Apparently she knew how to speak English quite well and I got a stern talking to about tipping. It was my choice and I was very upset with the work and just be surprised I paid the amount of the pedicure.Ill never go again! I ended going to Sallys beauty supply down the street to buy a callous blade, pumice stone, and some callous cream and had to finish what she started in my own bathroom. I now can get my socks on smoothly.Pedicure are suppose to be relaxing. I ended being twice as stressed walking out than I did walking in.

So you really get what you pay for. Like they are alright but not the best. Especially being about $20. Like i continue to go because they aren’t awful and it’s a price I can afford. But not the best at shaping your nail

First and last time I go there! Please dont throw away your money by going to them. I went to get a back fill because my nail lady is on vacations and they did a horrible job, my nails look sloppy and I have gel polish all over my fingers. The lady that did my nails didnt really understand what I was saying, I told her I wanted my nails a little thicker because of my job and she said she couldnt do them. I was charged $32 for a fill (a horrible one) so I will have to go some place else to get them looking decent. Never again will I return!! I attached pictures of the day I got them done and the day after when I was washing dishes and the gel polish chipped.

Great service-needs overhead music & it could be cleaner

I went there just yesterday to get a full set and I had many bubbles under the acrylic and the womans attitude was so rude and then I told her and showed her a picture of just zigzags on my ring finger and she did horribly! The design was not filled in and try were super crooked and so I had he reed I them and just dos simple flowed and she still messed up on that the pedals are smeared and o have extra nail polish on the rest of my nail but I just paid and left, I

My nails look awful. The tech was rushed and sloppy. I got a full set and there’s no consistency in the shape and a large variance in the length. Gel was painted over my cuticles and there’s excessive glue. I spoke up a few times only to be shut down and I’m still not sure what she said. None of the staff were friendly or smiled. They were busy multi tasking customers, answering the phone, and taking payment. It was not a pleasant experience and I would not go back. I am having them replaced tomorrow at a reputable salon.

Rushed and sloppy nails. Place is dirty too, I am also convinced since I never saw them get new or clean supplies that they just reuse the same things on people without sterilizing anything. Really grossed me out. The lady also spent have the time making fun of my small feet and nails which made me uncomfortable.

They never have enough people working. I made an appointment at 11:30 and they don’t have enough people here to do my appointment on time. This isn’t the first time this happened either. They just need better timing and scheduling. It’s super frustrating!!!

So I decided to go in today first thing in the morning, and asked for a full set. When she started doing my nails she cut them and they where different lengths so I told her if she can cut the rest to match and she did but they where still not the same so I told her to match the middle fingers, she said oh its ok your finger is bigger thats why so I was like umm no they are the same but ok maybe she knows what she is doing then I told her I wanted them narrow and she cuts the corners one of the nails was way way slanted so I told her about it she got upset and then she said you want me take them off?? I said no I just dont like this one will you fix this one? She said I can just take them all off if you dont like ok so I said ok thinking well I guess i can do them regular shape so she goes on and takes them off, tells me wash my hands so I do and I go back to sit down she then says to me oh Im not doing your nails anymore you can leave, I said are you serious just cause I dont like the way your doing my nails that Im paying for she said no I dont do your nails I said you are so rude she said to me ok we are done and I walked out I have never been treated this way before this place is so rude will never go back ever

DO NOT GO TO EXPO NAIL!!!This is the worst experience I have ever had! OMFG.... I went in for a pedi, I was told to pick a color and they could take me right back. I picked a pink and a glitter color.I sat in the chair, gave the lady the 2 colors and told her what I wanted. She started the water, it was a bit cold, I asked for it to be warmer, then it was HOT! I was in the chair less than 5 min and the lady cut my critical and made me bleed, it hurt, and she put some powder on it that made it hurt even more. The bleeding stopped. She pulled out something to clean the bottom of my feet, it was not new and had been used before. I asked her to use a new one, she did not like that. She rushed everything.Another lady, an elder lady, was sitting at the dryer, she called over to her tech (who was chatting with another tech sitting in the pedi chairs) Will you check my nails, are they dry? The tech told her are they sticky, if not you can leave. She acted like assisting her client was in the way of her conversation.By the time she started to paint, I was done, I did not want to be there anymore. She did the pink and then said, Okay, you done, you can go. No base coat, top coat, no dry time, no glitter....They charged me $25 for the pedi, I was so frustrated and ready to leave, I paid told them I was not happy, they said nothing, and I walked out.I read some of the reviews, saw they were older and thought maybe they had gotten better, BOY I WAS SO WRONG IN EVERY WAYUpdate 8/11/17: The only reason I came here again (after the absolutely horribly experiances from last time) is because I was given a gift of a Pedi. I will never return. They were horrible again, did not treat the clients very nicely, very bad selection of polish colors, and not even 30 seconds of a massage. I will never come back.

This was a bad experience! I had been there before with a decent experience. The first time, I was charged $25. This I felt was a good deal for the back-fill that I was getting. I wanted to have my nails trimmed down. And then a color and a good shape added to them with the acrylic. My original nails are under the acrylic and grow quite fast. I like to overlay them with acrylic which keeps them strong. I like to change out my color every four to six weeks. My fingers are long and so are my nail bed shapes.So, my first experience with this salon was ok. However, I ended up with short looking nails because of the colored acrylic being placed in the middle of the nail bed. The over all shaping of the acrylic was ok. But, I ended up with two bubbles underneath the acrylic, one on each thumb. The color was quite pretty but the tech applied the color acrylic to far into the nail bed which made it look like I had short fingers. As my nails grew out, it look ok. But, that is not why I go to the nail salon. I want my nails to look good all of the time.Four and half weeks later, I decided to give them one more try. I ended up with the same nail tech. :( I told them how I wanted my nails and the problem areas. I double checked on the price to make sure I would be paying the same as before. The nail tech started and half way through complained about the length of my nails. She said something in Vietnamese and then the manager, I guess, came over and told me that it would be another five dollar charge. I explained what I had paid before and that they didnt have any problems with that price. I was charged $30.00.My nails look horrible! The tech put the colored acrylic, again, in the middle of my finger nails and didnt do what I asked her to do with the glue underneath. My nails look flat and fat!!! Horrible!!! I will never go there again.

The lady hit my hand with the freaking nail file it wasnt that good and their options for just getting your nails tips done is terrible all they pretty much have is sparkle ones and with the plain colors they didnt have very good options
