Tried to file insurance claim at the other AT&T on 42nd and was told they couldn’t help me after waiting 2 hours in line. Came here and was instantly helped (insurance replacement came next day) thank you Erin!

This store is absolutely useless. I went in and tried to cancel a line. Well they couldn’t do that. Then I had a question about a line that I upgraded and she couldn’t help with that either. USELESS!.. go somewhere else. Her answer to everything was call 611. Lazy would be my best answer for them.

Not sure of the name but the woman working there 1/23/21 at around 12 pm was awesome! She was the only working at the time and there was quite the line. Despite that she handled my issue perfectly and was very nice! Give her a raise or promotion, she is what you expect when you go to an At@t store but don’t normally get.

Aaron was such a big help to me! He made everything so much easier and ran through things over and over with me to make sure I had it down!! Awesome guy, highly recommend :)

I showed up to open a new line as i was having trouble with my previous phone company and Aaron made sure i was well taken care of and got me the best deal for the lowest price, the guy was so cool and very straight forward 5star rating from me!!! Talk to aaron if you want the best service :)

She was very rude. Didnt seem interested in helping anyone. She got overstimulated when to many people showed up.

I had to get a SIM card and the lady in front of me was being so mean to the guy working. All he was doing was try to fix her issue and she was yelling at him. Poor guy. A lady came from the back and fixed me up right away! Super fast

Went to upgrade my line and aaron was a huge help!! Offered me the best deal he possibly could and went above and beyond to make sure i was satisfied!! 10/10 would recommend!!

Went to pay my bill and had trouble with my account but Aaron was a huge help!! He was determined to make sure my needs were met! Ask for Aaron when you go and he will definitely get you taken care of!!

I would like to say that every time I have went into AT and T that Aaron has been nothing but nice and courteous towards myself and my father whom is blind! He always tries to figure out solutions to meet our needs and goes above and beyond for us. I have never encountered this young man being rude to anyone he has come across while I have been in the store. Excellent customer service!!

The unfortunately arrogant young person for which I was given the name aaron was more worried about trying to look important and if his cell phone was charged than he was to my issue. At&t caused an issue to which I was obviously frustrated and he took it personally. He became argumentative and insulting and when the dust finally cleared he was unable to fix the issue that he rudley affirmed that he had already told me over and over. I was told that this individual with the terrible customer relation skills is on track to becoming a manager and I find that disheartening. There is a stark ignorance and ego issue that should be coach by the store manager before this person be let loose with customer issues. He did a terrible job representing at&t and I feel he should be removed. Thanks for nothing!

Very professional place! The customer service was great would recommend this store to everyone. The one inside the mall was a horrible experience I rather drive an extra 5 miles to this store. They will make sure you are taken cared of. Jeremy is an amazing guy always with a positive attitude and the new girl was very helpful! 5 star!

Literally called about a product drove 45 minutes to this location and had a sign on the door gone for lunch with a phone number so I called and it’s 2:30 pm asked when they would be back from lunch Aron said 5:00 Pm. Unbelievable.

While at the store today, cliff was very helpful when we had issues with a family members phone. He helped us with no problem and was willing to help. He also was very informative when we talked about switching from an iphone to galaxy. I love my new phone and the customer service. Thanks Cliff.

I came in looking for an upgrade for my wifes phone and walked out an extremely happy customer. All the employees where very friendly and helpful. They answered all my question perfessionally and in a nicely timed manner. Not once did I feel unwanted here. They informed me on all the great current deals and where able to assist me with everything.

The staff is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They take care of business in a very personal way. In addition, there is very seldom a wait time. Great place, great service, great staff. Especially Jeremy!

I have shopped at this location multiple times past and present. I have never had such genuine customer service as I have had in the last 6 months. I hate having to drive across town and since there is new management I dont have to! Jeremy has excellent customer service skills and I will continue to shop this location.

Where to start! I went to the At&T inside the mall to become a customer. I was switching from Sprint to At&T because Im a single dad with two kids and I receive a 18% discount from my job so I wanted to take part in that. So when I inform the employee of my discount she immediately said oh we dont do discounts anymore because our service is so cheap already. I held my frustration because I wasnt sure if it was lack of training or sheer laziness. So I made a call to the other At&T and asked is this true. A worker by the name Jeremy Vanderwarker answered the phone and said oh yes! We can definitely help you out and said come pay us a visit. Let me just add not only did he correct the error and saved me from not being a future customer but went above and beyond. Jeremy gave perfect customer service, asked what I needed and made it happen! He didnt hesitate one second to make my experience not only pleasant but welcomed me to at&t with open arms. This guy deserve a raise and/or evaluation. This is a referral to anyone who is interested in what at&t has to offer. Go see Jeremy Vanderwarker, youll be glad you did!

When I arrived at 4:50pm, their door was locked with a note saying out to lunch...10 mins later the clerk came in and locked the door behind her.. It wasnt for another 15 minutes, after I knocked on the door, that she opened it. When I asked if she had a number to get ahold of a manager she said yes, but she wasnt giving it to me... Then told me that he had already left for the day.. which makes me wonder what kind of hours hes keeping. After her display of even the slightest Desire to attempt to help a customer and her attitude in general.... I STRONGLY advise against anybody visiting this store.. At any time!!!

The worst thing that can be, they are useless, I went to pay for the phone and I was waiting for 4 hours, they lasted all that time in 2 people, just because I got desperate and left if it didnt work for 5 or 6 hours just to pay the phone, maybe if they had 2 workers it would be something else, they only had one Gringo, I dont know maybe the company is not enough to pay another lol I do not recommend it, it is better verizon
