The number Ive called doesnt allow for voice mail and is never answered, messages through Facebook have never been responded to. Thank you for pointing out hours. I most recently stopped by monday afternoon, but now understand it wasnt staffed at that time.

Me and my husband have tried a few other gyms and with them always being packed, its just not our cup of tea. This gym here is close to home and more private. The arsenal equipment is very impressive! We look forward to coming, everytime and love that the owners compete in competitions so they know what theyre doing. By far our favorite place to workout and will be sticking to it.

Excellent company. Owner is kind and personable and made us feel right at home, pays staff well and runs business very professionally. Strongly recommend!
