I stopped in to get a day pass ($15 + tax, if you were wondering) and I was asked to fill out a waiver. Their waiver started by asking for my email and when I asked for what the girl said it’s just needed for the waiver if you don’t put it in you can’t move forward. I asked if they would send me emails and she responded I don’t know you can just unsubscribe. So, reluctantly I put in my email… the next page asked for my name, address, DL number… I am in Odessa for a wedding and will most likely never be back. I don’t want to provide all my personal information to workout for an hour. I just made me extremely uncomfortable and the staff not being able to explain to me why it was needed made me feel even more uneasy.

Jill is the best gym assistant I’ve ever came across. Her energy is always great. From my day trial to me becoming a member.She’s always willing to help. From recording me, giving her opinion on posture, making my shakes. She’s a great employee to have. Her work ethnic is out of this world.Mike is always cleaning. He does a great job. There’s nothing better than coming to your gym and it’s constantly clean.Maribel is great also. Her energy will rub off on you. If you didn’t come in smiling you’ll smile just talking to her. Over all y’all’s employees are great! I love working out here.

The employees are so kind! It’s not flooded with people which is so nice! They have all the equipment you could need and their kid care is AMAZING!! They do have les mills classes which are great!

Went there to check it out and waited at the lobby where no one was present. 10 minutes pass, somebody shows up saying their system is shutdown due to weather...? Anyway, they handed us a brochure showing prices of memberships which led me to ask myself this question. How in the world can you justify an 850% greater cost than your competitors? Just wow.

Miranda Ramirez and Mitchell,On June 23, 2020 I was in contact with Miranda to discuss the cancelation of my membership. Miranda sent me the information with the steps and cancelation options.I decided to not cancel before membership expired due to the cancellation fees. Even though I havent gone since the pandemic. I made the decision to leave it.A week before my contract expired, I went to the gym to let them know, and I was told they couldn do anything until 9/17/20, that is when my contract was up.On the day 9/17/20, I went to the gym to cancel my membership and Maribel (employee that speaks spanish) told me she was going to make note of it in the system for a refund of $100 for the next month. Miranda told me to call the next day to give me an update on the refund.I called 9/18/20, and Maribel told me that the manager was meeting, that she will leave a message to call me back. I never received a call. The same day 9/18/20 I sent 2 emails to Miranda asking about my refund, one in spanish and one in english, I dont have a response.On 9/21/20 I went to the gym to find out what was going with my refund. Maribel told me that they couldnt give me a refund because I didnt respond to the email back in June 23,2020. This email was only to cancel options too early and I decided to follow pay to expire the contract.Maribel was very unprofessional and she raised her voice at me several times in front of customers. On three occasions I asked her to calm down (I am pregnant and she showed no common courtesy of the situation, she was aggressive from the moment I got there to the time I left ). The Flex 24 has a deficient customer service and you can see it in the camaras on 9/21/20 at 12:50 pm. Also, you can see when I left that Maribel made fun of the situation, she made fun and laughed hysterically.-Customer service gives information causing confusion or misunderstanding as to affiliation.-The agreement confers or involves obligations which expire on 09/17/20. I have the right to request the refund of payment is advanced and no longer want my membership.Can you please send me the contract I had?

Flex24 is seriously one of the greatest things that has happened to me... After having two kids, feeling in a rut about myself, and not being able to leave the house with my kids... I dont think I would have ever ventured out and started working out had it not been for the AMAZING girls in the childcare who have ALL just taken such great care of my children. My kids Love them and love the 3 story high playroom. Because of that and all of the phenomenal instructors, I was able to lose 25 pounds and have kept it off for 3 years now. Im amazed at how much strength Ive built up and how much passion these ladies have for what they do. Theres something about Flex thats addicting and we are all just there to support each other and I wish more people would attend the classes because they are a total body workout. No need for anything else but an hours time. Its hard to believe Ive been there so long and nothing has changed. Brenna, the owner has always been so sweet and the employees have always welcomed my kids and me with smiles. The instructors kick my butt everyday except Sundays and they too are very very nice! Theres plenty more to say but Ill end this review with a challenge: if you are feeling like you cant start going to the gym because of your kids or you are feeling to uncomfortable... Then trust me when I say I have been there and this gym will change your life if you let it.

Hands down the nicest gym you will come across in Odessa! It has literally everything you need and MORE. Child care is cheap and the staff is always so nice and helpful, theres LOTS of machines to choose from, theres a very nice outdoor gym with basketball nets included, also has really nice bathrooms that are ALWAYS clean with an awesome sauna. Theres also lots of fitness classes that you can attend including RPM, body flow, yoga, zumba, and more ☺Very very nice gym all around, definitely worth every penny. 🙌👍

Its an excellent gym. Innovative and modern, it has the best and the most complete equipment. The child care and the outside areas are great. Flex is the best gym with the best classes and instructors! They offer Les Mills classes so they have a huge variety! The equipment in the gym is awesome! It is so clean, the ladies locker room is awesome and has a sauna. The smoothie bar is amazing! I highly recommend this gym! I have been coming here about 9 months, they treat me like family!

I am a group fitness instructor at Flex 24 so I wont review that part of Flex except to say that the group classes are wonderful and amazing. All instructors are certified in the classes that they teach. My review is to testify on the things I love as a member. The facility is always clean and cutting edge. The kids area is amazing and a great place for your kids to get their exercise.. If you have a problem with a piece of equipment or a policy, just talk to someone or better yet, send an email about it. Everyone wants to make everything run smooth, but we cant help what we dont know.When you join (And I know you want to), make sure you LOOK at your contract. Ask questions and keep your copy of the agreement. This will keep us all on the same page. No one wants to trick anyone, but you do have to do your part and read your contract.Come to classes!!!!

Great place to work out. I love the facilities, smoothie bar has great tasting smoothies, and the kids love to go play while I work out. My kiddos actually ask if they can go to the gym! The classes are very good - different levels and a variety for everyone. People are there to work out - not judge!

Love this Gym. Been a member for 3 years now. Inside and out doors equipment. All kinds of fitness classes. Gym accommodates all types. Smoothie bar serving great shakes. Prices are two high, though.

An upgraded facility compared to their University roots. Offering more services out of this location as well. The equipment is well kept. Their yoga sessions were intense for a guy like me. I’ve lost weight, and am getting into a healthier lifestyle thanks to this atmosphere!!

This is by far the nicest gym Ive ever been to and the nicest in Odessa! It really is a diamond in the ruff of this dust bowl town. They have every kind of equipment I could ever need and a really awesome set up. I like how the one on University is convenient but I love the classes they offer here and the locker rooms are nice and big. Im really excited about the new saunas! Absolutely love this gym!! :)

I joined here 2 years ago and loved the gym so much I started working here! This gym offers the best childcare around for my little girl and has been a great support system. I love the classes and have helped me kick my butt back in shape after have my baby! I love this gym and I am proud to work here!!

I love Flex 24... not only does Flex provide great equipment with a great atmosphere there employees care about there members. I have been working with a personal Trainer named Kevin and I cannot say enough great things about him. Not only has Kevin helped Transform me for a better me. He listens to his clients and helps them in a great way. He is so dedicated to what he does and he knows what he is doing. He makes sure your form is correct and you do every excercise the way it should be done so you don’t injure yourself. I have had Kevin help me now for about 4 months and I feel so much better about my self, less stress, more confident and I feel much stronger. Thank you Kevin for taking your time in believing in me. Good variety of equipment and excellent space. The outside area is ideal for a lot of things I like to do. Same rush hours as every other gym. Really the only complaint is the mens locker room has been filthy every time I go in there. I just try to avoid it.

I went to this gym based on the reviews and I was not disappointed. For someone like me who loves to workout and as a Personal Trainer, this gym is simply fantastic. My favorite area was the outside training equiment they have and the ladies restrooms were very beautiful, clean more like a spa time area. Will visit again when I come back to Odessa.

Gym is the best In town! Professional staff is always helpful with anything I need and is always welcoming. Top of the line equiptment, smoothie bar, free classes..what more can I ask for? Being surrounded by committed members and a confident staff makes me feel like this is my second home. $75 a month!! wow. It is a very nice gym (very nice) However they do not have $75 worth of gym. I come from Lafayette and my gym is $65 month includes indoor pool, indoor track, Indoor basketball, indoor racket ball, 2 story gym, big locker room, dry sauna, steam room, jaccuzzi (and they also have ALL of this outside as well)For me to pay $75 a month you need way more than this. your dry sauna holds 2 people 3 max, and I MUST PAY a monthly fee for a locker!!! so $95 a month for gym and locker!!! Sure I can use the small free one, but my steel toes wont fit its so small! Then once a year ALL members must pay a yearly gym enhancement fee???? really? is the owner that cheap that the only way he upgrades is to charge the members? That should come out of your profits. This way you keep all profit, and make your members foot the bill for upgrades? thats not cool.Again, it is a VERY NICE gym, but when your guy told me I had to rent a locker, that pushed me out. Not worth $75 a month plus $15 month for a locker. You dont have enough gym for that kind of price.

As a group fitness instructor at this facility I know we are the best in Odessa.We have top of the line group fitness classes, equipment and the best day-care I have ever seen.If you want to discuss prices and memberships it is best to come tour the facility and talk to the staff as you will get what you pay for.I do a lot of traveling and try out many gyms and this hand down is the BEST!

I was originally enjoying my first month of membership but since then I am NOT happy. They sold me an over priced gym membership for machines that are never fixed, equipment that apparently is frequently stolen, and machines that need major updates or repairs. Couldn’t even get the manager out of their private office after we had came twice to try the gym out to ask them a question.

Flex is an awesome place to work out! Staff is always friendly and great with the kiddos. Its super clean and well kept, and theyre always improving and expanding

Flex 24 is by far the best gym in town.Great atmosphere and equipment is always available when I need it. Also, smoothie bar comes in handy after my workouts.Will be renewing membership here at the end of July for sure.

Flex 24 is the best facility in the Midland/Odessa area. I have been to a lot of gyms in large cities and never have I seen a gym that combines all styles of training under one roof. The kids facility is pretty epic. All of the equipment is new and always clean. Thanks Flex!

Almost impossible to get out of the contract you have to sign even if you move away from the area. I do not recommend this place whatsoever. You are better off going to a gym where you can pay as you go instead of signing a contract with them. Also the contract doesnt automatic cancel at the end. You have to let them know in advance that you are cancelling your membership or they will keep taking your money. Glad my contract is almost up.

Let’s start off with the equipment. They bolt down all the benches so limits you on cable workouts. Nice facility overall some equipment is faulty but what gym don’t. Price is out of this world. Manger need to learn customer service. IF YOU NEED A DAY PASS DONT GO HERE!!! Go to Heroes gym... way better gym for the price and customer service.

Been going to flex24 for 1 year and 11 months now and I still cant get enough of this gym. They are remodeling at the moment and are almost done but cant wait to have the punching bags back up! The smoothie bar is great for the on the go never enough time person and can get protein shake or meal replacement shake! A drink for any type of person with a few dozen flavors. Amber makes an awesome chocolate frosty! If you dont have a membership get one, the people there are awesome and remember you within just a few visits.

Very very dishonest people. If you are trying to end your contract or at the end of yout contract they will screw you over by continuing to take your money even after you have bent over backwards to do all the required paper work. Once they take your money they dont care about you. They will even send it to collections and ruin your credit without even attempting to contact you. Them being overpriced is the least of your worries. If you read the reviews you can ser that this is a very common thing they do to people. Not an accident, it is just the way they do business. Sign up at your own risk.

They have ample gym space with all new equipment, extensive cardio, classes that will ensure you get the look you are wanting, a child care facility that will even amaze the oldest of kids, and a smoothie bar that has the best smoothies in the area. Flex is a big city gym right here in Odessa. I would recommend this gym to any one who asks!

Joined Flex 24 last year and still hitting the weights this year. Really enjoy all the variety of machines and weights. And the best part to top it off is hitting the smoothie bar afterwards.

This facility is amazing. They have the equipment you want and you never have to wait for a machine or bench. The facility is kept clean and the child care has made it possible for me to take the whole family. I cant wait to see what else Flex brings in the future.

Flex 24 is a pretty nice gym, and the staff is friendly especially Amber Crossland. A++. They have bumper plates, and almost all the CF stuff needed without going to a box. I will say they have taken a long time expanding the outside area, and have limited me by moving the rig outside without it being completed. Also, what are you gonna do when it gets cold?

I was very happy until they recently started charging me late fees for not reason, they claimed it was my bank, but it had nothing to do with it. In able to reach the manager you have to write emails and wait for a response. Not worth the money and fees specially when they charge you and are not were to be found. Its a rip off big time

If working out, and staying fit is your lifestyle this is the place for you! Flex 24 in Odessa has it all from weights, cross fit, spinning room, and aerobics. I have been working out for 25 years, and seen many gyms here in Odessa Flex 24 is by far the NICEST GYM!

Coming from a city where i had a lot of options for places to work out at i was concerned i wouldnt find a place that meet my standards and had what i needed to continue my training when i moved out to this area. I come across flex while driving around and thought that id check it out. As soon as i walked in and took a look around i knew it was the gym for me, it has everything i need and more.This is by bar none one of the best gyms Ive ever stepped foot in and is definitely the gym for the lifting enthusiast.

This is the best gym in Odessa/Midland and nicer than gyms Ive been to in DFW as well. The smoothie bar, numerous squat & deadlift stations, variety of classes, cleanliness and friendly staff members have made this me and my wifes home away from home. I highly recommend Flex24 to anyone with any fitness goals.

Dont go to this stupid gym way over priced too many things you have to do to cancel youre better off at heroes. When you get the contract they tell you if you cancel you just pay a percentage of what you still owe its bullshit I got laid off from worked emailed the stupid lady and she is willing to work with you you will get charged like $300 to cancel I dont even live in Odessa anymore and they expect me to pay for something I dont use. Really unhappy with the service really small gym equipment was sometimes broken not a good gym at all. The only way to really stop getting charged is cancel your card.

Joined flex 24 about a year ago and I love the place..would like to see chains for this years enhancement maybe even some battle ropes.And the shakes are awesome!

I absolutely love this gym, the environment is wonderful and the best part of it all is my son loves going to the daycare! They have a great play area and the staff is wonderful.

Beware this gym. I signed a month to month contract 2 years ago and without notice my dues increased from $30/month to $50/month. Not even sure this is legal as I had agreed to bank draft for $30/ month then bam $50/month. I have tried multiple times to cancel my month to month contract with no success. They will not deal with you one on one when it comes to cancellations but rather will give you an email address that no one ever replies to. BEWARE!!!!Actually, everything you just said in your response is complete BS!!!!!!! I would be happy to meet with you at your convenience so we can make arrangements to cancel my contract. Sir. Its damn sad that I have to have a conversation with you on a review site because you people wont answer my emails.

This gym is okay. I would recommend it to anyone who just wants to get a basic workout. You have many young people working there. Some which are nice and others who are very antisocial. And for you women wanting to tone up your glutes,your not going to find a workout machine that specializes in glutes. And when you sign up, please note that you will be paying for some kind of maintenance fee which they will add to your first months payment. Your also not going to find a hot tub spa either. For the price you pay, I think they would add these additional amenities.

In a simple choice of words, badass f*****n gym. Nothing like the other gyms love how I never have to wait for a bench, none of these noobs that sit on a machine for hours textin and selfies. It has everything you look for, free weights, squat racks up the ying yang. Simply a badass gym. And they come threw with the open 24/7. Theyre always open. And its clean and well maintained. Everything that Mike said is exactly what happen to me this gym managment is HORRIBLE I always had extra charges to my account and when my membership was over they still keep charging me cause I didnt sign forms and still wanted me to pay an extra month when I cancel. The manager does not help you at ALL and never answer your emails they are always automated emails. obsulatly regret going to this gym.
