It’s been clean as of lately. Which I love because when I first started coming here it was super messy. The plates have become more organized these past few weeks. But a lot of the staff is always doing something on their phone. Ex: a guy talking on the phone at the front desk where they scan the barcodes. As for the new maintenance..they’ve been doing an amazing job. I always see a couple of them during the night shift walking around super fast to make sure the job is done. They lost definitely deserve a raise. As for the people that work in the front..they need a lesson on what professionalism looks like. All in all,I’m just glad I don’t work here. Especially because of some faulty equipment and many “out of order” signs.

Good gym lots of equipment 👍🏿 but the restroom need some serious remodeling showers are not up to where they should be. And over all gym need more lights. But a good gym.

7/17/21 Odessa, TX 11:00am-this review is not for gym itself, but the woman working the front counter. I asked what the membership fees were and she literally threw her hands up and said “Oh, there are so many different programs, I wouldn’t be able to even start with a price. You will have to go online to see the pricing.”So I did, there are 3 basic programsIVE(I guess)fit $44BEFIT $29GETFIT $9.99I’m sure there are additional addons like personal training, but she couldn’t be bothered to learn 3 prices. Again, this review isn’t about the gym itself, but the people they hire. Which, will probably be the reason I look elsewhere.This is MY opinion, if you are going to be the first face someone sees in your company, having a basic knowledge of your company’s core values, benefits, and membership solutions should be required.

If I could give 0 stars I would. First, I was signed up for personal training and my contracted time was over so I told them I wanted to cancel it. I had found out about 2 days beforehand that I have a heart condition and needed to cancel due to the stress of lifting and heavy exercise being debilitating. I signed a form, they said they canceled my personal training, and I went about my day. Two days later, a charge went through on my account for personal training. I called, they said it would be refunded and that it was just the automated system hadn’t processed that I canceled so I left it alone. Three weeks after that, I was charged AGAIN for personal training. I called multiple times, no one answered. I left multiple voicemails and messages for the manager, no one returned my calls. Fast forward to this week, I’m charged for now the 4th time when I shouldn’t have been. I went in today and spoke with the new manager and was told that I wouldn’t be getting a full refund due to the fact that the cancellation form I filled out on April 26 WAS THE WRONG FORM (thankfully I took a photo of it for proof). I am STILL trying to get my money back, and I’m about to get a lawyer involved against this company.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GYM OR COMPANY.

If I could I would give a zero. Trufit had drawing in which I was very involved and very excited. The drawing was held on memorial weekend so on that weekend I was out of town. I kept checking all social media to see if the winners had been posted. ( in which they never were ) So when I return back to the gym I see a piece of paper with the winning tickets taped to it the 3 Month 6 months and one year winner at that time I took a picture of the paper because I was ready for my workout so when I check it turns out that I have the winning ticket. At that point I go to the front desk And let them know that I had won the one year membership they tell me that they had another drawing that would be the only official drawing and they had a winner for the 1 year. So at this point Im a little upset so I talked to the new GM Daniel and he let me know that if the winner doesnt claim the ticket then at that point I can have the one year. A week later I asked Daniel to Steve had been claimed and he doesnt either answer yes or no to my question. As I try to remain calm and professional Daniel has I dont care attitude so I asked for his manager contact information ( I have yet to receive) The reason I am not leaving is because I have made many Beautiful friendships through the years.One upset memberContinue : I did get a reply to this review but nothing has been done as of today June 27, 2021

My experience here was quite good I like that I come in scan my code on my phone and just start working out, I really like the setup and everything, my favorite machine was the curve treadmill and I didnt even know that existed. This place was really good not to crowded totally would recommend this place.

Good gym, great staff, they usually keep it pretty clean. Only thing is I wish theyd turn the water fountains on and go back to the old schedule. But Covid so....

I dont even know where to start, I have been coming to this gym for more than 2 years, it has always been the same problems, if the bathrooms dont work, the machines have not been fixed for months, but now with the pandemic they are getting worse. They demand to wear the mask all the time but the most workers who welcome you do not wear it, it’s been weeks that they haven’t been disinfecting much less cleaning the machines, (check the fans) the extra classes like pound 6 if there is no one to teach been unaware,There will be no class (even if I paid the extra $ 15) and the worst thing is that you cant even use the shower because it’s been days without HOT WATER !! ans I haven’t seen a sign about it. my proposal is simply if they do not fix what one pays to use per month, and if they do not set the example ... simply DO NOT DEMAND AND RETURN THE MEMBERS FOR NOT ENTERING WITH THE MASK ON. I wait for a solution, no answer to this comment thanks

Don’t get a membership! I moved and haven’t gone to their gym for a year now and I’m still getting charged. I’ve emailed them twice and called continuously and been given the runaround

I don’t want to completely tear this business down. I knew what I was getting into whenever I signed up. Sadly, things have declined. I understand business is down. My biggest problem at the moment is that I can’t even get someone to answer the phone. So I show up, ask about canceling my membership and they say I’m at the right place. Perfect! They get my info, and then hand me a number to call??? I’m like, forreals??? Anyways this so called membership maintenance number hasn’t returned my call. Idk if this is some way of holding onto me for as long as possible, but I just want to cancel. Can someone help please? Thanks.

This place always has equipment broke down or being worked on.Sauna is always broke down and for the most part the help is unhelpful.The manager keeps saying the hours will go back to 24, but they havent.

After reading other reviews i see i am not the only one dealing with the mask hypocracy. As i walk in to check in the assistant manager is not wearing her mask and yet puts it on as i notice her. Then she tells me to put mine on. They are too busy gossiping at the front to replace the sanition liguids and paper. The machines need repair. They kept over charging me for months. They make you sign on keypad while changing it on thier screen. Incopetent and shady are the best words to describe this place. Read the reviews and others agree. The best way to cancel is go to your bank and get new card. Never give any gym your actual bank info.

I was told by the staff that normal hours would resume after covid restrictions are lifted, restrictions were lifted back in April and the gym is still not operating the normal 24hrs it was before. What is taking so long?!?!

The management really is the worst at this facility. There was an issue where my fourteen year old sister got her hair pulled by an older male member, and management had the audacity to say that nothing could be done of the situation. They don’t take harassment seriously here, so I guess if you feel like harassing somebody here, feel free I guess because they won’t care.

Its a decent gym, but we are planning on cancelling memberships for the reason that they close early and open late on Saturdays and Sundays.

I DO NOT recommend this gym. We cancelled over 2 years ago. Then when they changed their name from Hero’s to Trufit recently they began withdrawing money from my account all of a sudden. It’s been 3 months and they still tell me there is nothing they can do and cannot refund me my money! This is a scam! And it went from $30 to $70 dollar withdrawals. They lady at the gym say sorry and that I should expect yet another withdrawal this month. Oh yeah and still had the nerve to ask if we wanted to renew our membership! If you sign up beware and if you have canceled your membership check your bank account..UpdateAnd don’t fall for their comments on here. If an account is canceled it should be canceled period! They have told me there is nothing they can do and sorry! So I’m gonna have to deal with my bank instead!

I’d steer clear of this gym and any of its locations, also don’t advise making a contract with them! We recently moved 500 miles from Odessa and their nearest location to us is nearly an hour away, we’ve tried multiple times to get in contact with someone to break our contract because relocation is a reason to break the contract but we never get lucky they always send us to voicemail or ignore our emails or state that someone will contact us, we called back once when someone did contact us but the person my husband spoke to was completely rude. I would not recommend this gym, you’re better off working out at home!!

Please dont fall victim to their membership scam, you will have to sign away on a keypad as they re write the membership behind you. I got scammed when I told the representative I was only staying for 5 months he had me signed then put a 12 month contract after I signed the keypad only to know this 5 months later when I tried to cancel. 100% WOULD GO TO CRUNCH / LA / GOLDS / 24 / ANYTIME Ive been a member at all of them and TRUFIT IS BY FAR THE WORST.

Better Business Bureau gives this company an F and 1 star. This business is NOT accredited by BBB. 159 official closed complaints in 3yrs, 60 official closed complains last 12months. Most related to not honoring cancellation contracts and poor customer service. A formal written statement to your bank to end direct payments from gym will not be used against your credit, but any late payments without notice to the bank will be used against your credit.

They make up contracts and charge u when ever they want.

Cancelled months ago and still getting charged. I can never get ahold of anybody of anybody and when I do they tell you to call back later. Explaining your situation 50 time to somebody that cant help you.

I totally would NOT recommend this place. Customer service sucks, they will not cancel your account... they keep on charging your account regardless. Had to change my debit card to rid of them. They are totally helpless, have an ongoing issue with them for months and still not resolved. Waiting on a refund for months and nothing. Having to file fraud charges. Save yourself a headache and do not get their services.

If you get a membership here be ready to have it the rest of your life. I have called and emailed every month for 6 months and they still have not canceled my membership. I know they received my emails because I stayed on the phone with them to confirm they were getting them. The next month they claim they never got an email and continue charging me. Im about to drive 6 hours from my new home just to cancel a membership that should have been handled months ago.

Would be a much better gym if they would lubricate the cable machines more often and keep up with equipment repairs, it takes an act of congress to get a machine repaired

This used to be my place of lifting but it gets too crowded during evenings and morning. Sometimes you couldnt find not even a matching pair of dum bells. After almost 2 years I left

Do not go to this gym!They will constantly overcharge you. Most of the equipment is pretty old, and in general its in bad shape. Will not recommend.

Having broken equipment has always been an issue, but since the buy out it has gotten worse. The massage beds have been broken for months and there is no effort to even fix them. Most of the time when you ask any of the staff a question there is a no care attitude and an I dont know answer. I am definitely looking into other gyms for better service.

The staff that are in charged are very unprofessional, They set the policy to wear a mask in the facility but nobody is wearing a mask in the work out place. I have been working out for over two months got used to no wearing a mask ans suddenly at the checking they didnt allow me to get in unless i wear a mask. I dont have anything against it but at least has the courtesy to have some disposable mask available so we can come in and come out and get used to the policy. The funny part is while there at the same moments all the customers that already were there werent wearing a mask. The machines need service. It is not the best facility to be at. I am glad i canceled my membership and i was month to month.Dont sign there get another gym

Exactly what others have said. It’s hard to cancel. I’ve called 4-5x, sent emails, even sent a certified letter that they received over a month ago. Nobody returns my calls and the membership never gets cancelled. I’m still getting charged. I’m just having to dispute with my bank. There are other gyms with better customer service, go there!!!

Moved to Texas from Canada and researched gyms in Odessa before my arrival. I had high hopes for this gym and was completely disappointed. Front desk staff had no excitement towards me about potentially gaining a new member. I explained I’m be in town and wanted to try out a few gyms before I became a member. The last at the front desk basically handed me a card said here three free days hope you like it. No tour of the gym was offered or was there any sort of wow factor to get excited about this place. Once I changed and started training I realized out unorganized and squished all the equipment is. The gym etiquette by other lifters was the worst I’ve experienced. The free weights were all off the racks by peoples feet, no one puts their weights back on the rack not to mention the gym is way over heated. I won’t go back to this gym. The only good thing I experienced was I had forgotten my socks at home and a gentleman in the change room notices and gave me a pair because he had just purchased a pack of new socks and had them in the gym. Wouldn’t recommend this gym at all

Dont come here either, dont go to planet fitness, they want your bank account and charge ton of fees, including exit fees on top of the monthly fees, they rip you off monthly, if you cancel you have to pay the whole year thats over $240 dollars...

Excellent, no one judges and almost everyone (Employees and fellow gym gowers) are willing to help you with anything. There is even a section for woman only, who want to feel more comfortable going to the gym.

You will be catching the Covid-19 here. The staff only cared for about 1 week and now it’s back to usual. DIRTY!!!! No updates while it was closed. Overpriced for the services. 😣

The gym has adequate space. Equipment thats broken usually takes two plus weeks to be repaired and theres normally multiple machines marked for repair. The mens locker room is not cleaned enough for the amount of traffic received (cleaned once in the PM & thats around 12 PM). Not sure if its cleaned in the AM hours. Experienced my lock being cut off a locker, a claimed their keys were in it, (staff left door open giving anyone access to my $50 gym bag with over $100 worth of items in it. Talked to manager and three staff members concerning the reimbursement for my lock, weeks later & I still havent received my $.

Decent gym with lots of good equipment. The staff is friendly and theres a variety of activities they offer. The prices are a bit more than Id hoped to spend with membership startup fees and such. Over all its about all you could need in a gym, get in and get it done.

I need to give this zero stars but it won’t let me. This is the worst TruFit gym I’ve ever been to. The equipment is broken. I powerlift and I can’t even work out properly because the men that come here are rude and have no respect for others. I’ve been laughed at when I asked people to move because they sit on equipment playing on their phones or I’ve been told to go to the “ladies” gym that has no proper equipment. I’ve complained to the front desk and they just say they can’t do anything about it. I’ve watched the staff try to help others working out and they are teaching them the wrong forms on lifts and equipment, which will lead to someone being injured. This place needs to be shut down. The only reason I’ve had to work out here is because I’m new to the area and my gym membership is from the Trufit in San Angelo.

Big disappointment. So my daughter works out here and decided to invite me to check it out and get a free workout. When we arrived I asked to sign in for a free one day pass and was informed by the lady behind the counter it was not free and I would have to pay 15. For one day 45. For a week and 100. For a month.and guest privileges were only fri-sun with no exceptions. I was totally offended my daughter said they let other people go in during the week and dont say anything. So here I am sitting in the lobby while they go get their workout on. The only reason I sat there was because we live across town and Im riding with her. :/.

Be prepared for them to have your credit card and keep charging you for ever .. its a hassle trying to cancel.. they simply wont . Dont think of cancelling your credit card. They have agreement with Visa and Mastercard. They will automatically get new cc numbers .. plus they will charge you yearly bullcrapp fees they dont disclose at first.

I like the staff the sauna is good in mens my lady says females not so much but the maintenance is no good i never seen so many machines broke for so long the hydro massage been broke forever the scales so many out of order signs the showers urinales the up keep water bottles in locker room lazy heros was better about it maybe look into bettering some of these things ill change my review

I love this place. I feel like the gym belongs to me. The staff is great and always cleaning. Coming here is my favorite part of the day.

They have a habit of never fixing anything broken, and nobody ever cleans or straightens up. Once equipment is broken for a couple months, they just replace the out of order sign with a new one with a new date. There have been two pieces of gum stuck in plain sight on a treadmill at the meta location for weeks, right next to another broken stairmaster that has been down for months.One of the new stair climbers in the New heroes was broken on the first week it opened. This week, three months later, it was still broken but they replaced the sign saying it broke this week. The same pieces of trash and water bottles often sit in the same place for weeks before getting picked up..usually by a gym member and not staff, because that would require them to put down their phones and leave the front desk area. Also, even personal trainers leave weights out while working with clients. Overall these gyms are poorly managed, and the staff are lazy, incompetent, and have minimal knowledge of anything gym related.

My little heathens love going to the gym with me so they can go play in the day care. The ladies there are very friendly and always seem to be doing some kind of crafts or art with the kiddos to keep them busy.The weights and machines definitely see a lot of use, especially with all these people trying to fulfill their New Years Resolutions. Despite the use, everything seems to be in good shape. If something breaks, its not down very long before the staff has it fixed/replaced. There are a couple of meat heads who are horrible about replacing the weights when they finish using them but for the most part, the other gym rats are pretty good about picking up after themselves. The weight selection is great. 10 times better than the crap they offer at Plant Pansies. All in all, Id highly recommend this gym to anyone who is serious about getting in shape.Im moving to Midland, so hopefully Ill be able to get the same level of satisfaction for my little heathens and myself from the gyms there.

It’s saddens me to leave this review because I LOVED HEROES. Fortunately some of the old staff is still there, and there are SOME (Marissa at the front desk) that maintain good customer service. However, what I experience today will be the end of my family and I going to this gym. A personal trainer by the name of CEDRIC let us know that the reason the gym removed the certain things it did, like the basketball gym, was because “basketball people” don’t buy the personal trainers. We accepted that answer and walked to the front desk yet heard Cedric speaking loudly and condescendingly about my wife and I to other staff members. This was the last straw. Many know that when you move to Odessa from other places you can find yourself without a place to stay at first. That was us! We joined the gym to have a place to shower and a safe place to spend our time. We kept our memberships after we secured a home, because of how great it was! Not just the place, but the staff treated you like you were a human being. Now that this is TruFit I guess that wasn’t a requirement in the hiring process. Stay far away. A gym is supposed to be a safe place to go and work on yourself. If you go there and deal with trainers like Cedric, you will leave feeling worse than when you left! My wife tried explaining to Cedric that how he spoke to people made them feel small, and he responded with “that’s personal, is there anything else I can help you with?” Then she asked him if he could write down his name so she could speak with his supervisor about the conversation and he wrote down a name that was not his! Us “basketball people” may have not had a personal trainer, but I didn’t know that meant the $64 we pay monthly for both memberships didn’t mean anything either.TRUFIT=DISCRIMINATION!!!!!DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. I can go elsewhere and get treated badly for free, I’m certainly not going to pay monthly for it!

These guys dont even answer there phone. Ive called over 15 times and left voicemails on every extension. I had to call trufit in Midland to get these guys to contact me. Never had a problem reaching them when it was heroes fitness. Hopefully they hire some different people who know how to use a phone and answer voicemails on all three extensions.

I am Extremely unhappy, The gym its self is okay. however we had several issues with billing almost every month. long long store. however, we were Double charged yesterday, called the front counter to get it resolved and was meet with a rude rep that said i had to bring down a bank statement showing that we were over changed.So my wife goes down to with our proof and to cancel because of the treatment we received. we were charged $60 to cancel. Outrage that they would treat an unhappy customer so poorly, I called the manager to express my frustration with the situation. he offered to apply my credit and cancellation fee toward 3 mouths if we wanted to continue our membership. In the last 24 hours we have paid $135, (that is 3.5 months worth of fees),. and he only offered 3 months. REALLY?!?!?!?!!? I politely declined and stated again that we are only cancelling because of Poor Service, And felt like it was salt in the wound to charge an unhappy customer because of your mistakes. . he told me it was against company policy and there was nothing he could do. I pressed further stating that the only reason i am cancelling is because we have monthly billing issues and the fact that we had to call ABC for the duplicate charge to be refunded. at this point he said he needed approval from his district or regional manager and would call me back. its been more then 24 hours and still have not heard back. I have left 2 message.Apparently they only care about your money and once they have it they really could careless.This is exactly why we cancelled NO CUSTOMER SERVICE,**UPDATE** After Posting my review I was contacted by the Manager and they refunded the cancellation fee.

Its one of the best gyms, if not the best, in Odessa. Its 24/7, clean, lots of equipment, a basketball court, 2 studios, punching bags, clean locker rooms. They also have massage chairs and beds, tanning beds, and saunas open to all members.

Great service for the Army

This place is going down hill fast. Constantly dirty. You will constantly find the same messes from the day before. The smell in the locker room is like someone is constantly taking a dump, plus the showers have been under repair for to long to keep up with. I get that is one of the cheaper memberships in town but damn you can at least fix the showers!

I stopped going a while back. Had an agreement with the trainers, a 1 yr. month to month payment. They, some guy named Frankie Sanchez, did not store the correct credit card on file and the money was not coming out of MY card, who knows whose card they had. They finally called me the last month of the contract telling me my account was on delinquent status and about to go to collections. I had to come up with a grand in a matter of days! The guy who deals with collections Eric at corporate, was nice enough to waive like $50 in fees wow really dude? If I wasn’t in financial trouble this month because of their stupidity I might find his efforts funny, but they were fruitless. The way they treated our agreement was so negligent that in order to not deal with their stupidity they give you the run around and make you call corporate who never answers. They waited months to draft my account until it reached a grand! I was livid how the hell was I supposed to pay that in 5 days before they threatened to send me to collections, that would have really messed up my credit! I know it’s virtually worthless to sue the gym itself but I’m looking into suing the person that signed me up, wonder if Hero’s pays their employees legal fees? Avoid these scammers by all means. Management is a joke! Of course they’re eager to sign you up but are no help for anything else. Avoid this gym at all costs, irresponsible and wreckless staff.

Most machines are fixed, still isnt a 24 hr gym. Opens at 5, with mask required only to check in and leaving

Great facility, friendly staff.When youre ready to cancel, remember that you signed a 12-month binding contract even if you stipulated that you wanted month-to-month, that they will take out an additional $40 annually to buy new equipment and facility maintenance so technically its not $30/month every month, and that they got you.

This barely serviceable gym has a single power rack. Though the weights are in perpetual disarray, you can scrounge around and put together a complete set to do your squats and deadlifts. There are no bumper plates or lifting platforms though, so other essential movements like cleans and snatches are out of the question.

Absolutely Horrible!!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. I moved and cancelled my membership. Found out they were still auto drafting money from my account. Tried again in January 2016 to cancel. Thought that was good and never thought twice about it. Was going thru auto drafts and found out they were STILL taking money from my account every month. No one returned calls and when I showed them EMAIL PROOF that I had cancelled my membership and wanted a refund they accused me of being a liar and faking emails that were in my sent folder to THEIR manager in January. Now no one seems to want to talk and refund almost $400 that they took from me. And worst yet managers or owners never seem to be in the office ever or return calls.

Please help me understand why the billboard sign on 16th and fm1936 in Odessa, TX from heroes says 10$mo. However, I went to obtain my membership I was charged 3 times that amount. Thats false advertisement but, it worked. On a postive note, Ive enjoyed my first week at Heroes the basketball court is awesome!

This place force me to sign up for a 1year membership then after my one year they still wont cancel the membership even when I call to cancel it and visit the facility. It is the worse gym experience I have ever had

Gym looks nice but very unfriendly staff. Had no issue paying the day pass just to play basketball, but I wanted to look at the court first. Was told I had to pay to even look at it. Lol I’ll spend my money elsewhere

Facility is big. Bathroom are sometimes funky smelling. Can be overcrowded at times. Machines are jam packed in there.

Friendly staff, open 24 hours a day, child care, clean facilities a very welcoming experience over all.

None of the equipment is organized, which I could have managed to over come that annoyance but what I cant over look is the childcare. The children are all running around barely supervised. You sign them in and youre lucky to even have a worker notice you standing there. They dont ask who you are, or your childs name or really any important information. My son is one, there are broken crayons on the floor, which Im not confident they would even notice him choking on. All the toys are filthy, which isnt good if your child is still putting everything in their mouth. Workers dont even introduce themselves, so I really have no idea who they even hire there to watch the children or if theyre even certified to do so. So if you dont have children, you should be fine for the most part, you definitely get what you pay for...

Not a clean or friendly place. The weight selection is nice, but the equipment isnt well maintained. The staff is very unfriendly. I asked to cancel my membership and was given a very difficult time. There was no method and they may charge extra months depending on when their staff decides to get to the paperwork.

Very decietful in presenting membership cost. Commentment is really aka contract When I asked was told no contracr required in reference to sharing my experience with Curves. They are not up front about the cancellation fee to thier contract (oops commitment) in addition to 30 day notice. After reading reviews of billing problems make sence of why it was stated of the trust to provide checking info. Does not sound like they have a good repetation and thier billboard is very misleading on cost of only $10 month after a $ 249.99 intial fee???

Cant stand their sexist policies. Men and Women pay the same price here for the plans of course but women get far more for their $$. First, they have room only for women called the she heroes room. Second, they have additional machines that only they can use. Third, 90% of the classes are geared for women. No mma classes for guys here, no fencing, no boxing classes, no Mr. Olympic classes, etc. If this is the case then men should be paying less here. Other wise the pros are that theirs enough machines to workout on and they have a nice kickboxing room that anyone can use, as well as a rock climbing wall and excellent filtered water. The showers in the mens locker room (not sure of the womens are like this but i highly doubt it) are mostly broken with faulty handles and soap dispensers that are also sometimes working, sometimes not. The facility is clean and lastly I like to bring friends in to try the gym and do some kickboxing. I brought in friends on two sperate occasions and was told I cant teach them or even box with them as their hired instructors also feel threatened! Yet I see women helping each other with their workouts all the time and teaching each other some dance moves in the back where they have a concret dance area where they have another aerobic dance class for women that plays their music so loud it sounds like a trash bin falling down a 14 story stair well. Ive been going to gyms the last two decades and never had this be an issue till I arrived at heroes.Update 6/13/2017: Nothing done, Nothing addressed. Just went in today and again, the womens class is so loud I cant hear my boxing round timers despite being right next to the timers. Also the shower, once again, didnt have soap in it.

I didnt appreciate heroes harassment and the way the front desk team and mangement treated me! I was literally stopped during my squating and asked to sign up or leave, how much more unprofessional can you get! Could have at least waited till i was done and go mop the nasty floors instead of watching my every move like I was some terrorist threat! And trust me when I say this place is not as clean as they make you think. The cleaning that gos on here is light cleaning with weeks of old nasty mop water and the restrooms & sauna area you dont even want to know, I know because I was employed at one time trying to make things better and much cleaner with better costumer service, I quickly became the staffs most unliked when being promoted for my efforts. What I didnt understand is when I walked in saying Hi to everyone always trying to be the bigger person staying nice and humble, no one then bothered to stop me or ask me about my previous employment and my membership status but just waited to be ugly rude and treat me like a huge threat to the gym telling me they were going to call the cops on me if I didnt leave! Even after I explained I was only there to practice for my training and I would leave as soon as I was done. I was still asked to leave with dirty and ugly looks then haresst and threatened called names by the oldest lady employed there(have proof) screenshots!. I cant believed people are allowed to behave so rude and ugly to anyone members or none members! Being a ex employee and seeing all the theft that went on along with drama and dirty lies, sexual harassment that went on in the front I decided to decline my offer to switch from sales to front desk not only because I wanted part time hrs only but also because of the mangement and what was being allowed to go on there. In which was a blessing later to decline position because I got really sick shortly after so I stayed away and out of gym for some time now but having medical records les mills granted me an extension on my training and so here I was this month working so hard and trying to get strong again only to have heroes fitness staff try to discourage me, humiliate me, and brake me. Never in my life would I th ink a gym would be that ignorant to do somthing like that. Isnt that against everything that they are made up to be and stand for!!! Some HEROE I have documents and proof stating the agreement on my none charges for using this facility while training stated from the GM yet still I was allowed to be treated this way with no recogniztion of this unfair situation not even an apology but I am not so easily defeated. I will not let this stop me from overcoming my trails in life. I dont need this gym to get fit again and even stronger than before! They are creating a reputation that they wont be able to ignore someday. KARMA exist but Ill leave this in Gods hands.

Clean, orderly, and not crowded

This gym has an excellent array of weight equipment and its well maintained. The nice size changing rooms accommodated with fully enclosed showers is a nice touch as well. There are only a few problems that I have noticed and thus have prevented me from joining this gym past the free 3-day pass.1. This gym offers Wi-Fi to all its members, a great feature, just as other gyms do such as Planet Fitness ect...The only big drawback is, it doesnt work. Not a single person I met was able to connect to it and everyone at the front desk in a round about way explained to me that they cant figure out why.2. The website boasts of this gym having a pool. Well you can see where one was, but it is now full of concrete and was never actually opened for use. I understand construction restraints/problems, but it would behoove the owner to have the website updated with truthful amenities.

I recently called to inquire about a membership. The guy who answered the phone informed me that the person that handles memberships had left for the day. I asked him if he knew the going rate and he said he wasn’t allowed to discuss rates and hung up on me. I don’t think I want to join this gym if that’s how they treat members.

Good gym but they do not clean restrooms but like once a month. Bathroom is always very disgusting.

Bathroom are discussing thy are never clean the showers is full of black scum on floors and a very bad oder. Bad management! !

Great place that makes feel and look great

This gym is an excellent facility but has a lack of communication within employees on Policies and procedures, cancelation policies are unclear, we relocated and are still being charged monthly due to poor employee training, we are still trying to reslove this issue and seems like management is never there

I had my car window shattered in front of heroes fitness, after asking if there was any camera that could have caught the event ; I was not only told no I was told its the forth time this month . So what does it take to have you consider that this parking lot is unsafe for someone to get robbed in there car ? Very little concern for the patrons safety

Never been to this location was in town for the weekend and was looking forward to working out for the day. But at $16 plus tax for 1 day a bit steep everywhere Ive gone is $10 or under.
