Dirt cheap. Love working out here it has everything I need and clean. Super freindly staff. Hope they can open 24 seven again but I understand they need more staff.

Clean, staff are friendly, not usually over populated and no one harasses you. Knocked a star off because theres tons of cardio equipment but the weight area feels cramped and basic. No rowing machines or amputee friendly cardio machines.

I enjoy working out here with my other half. However, I would be overjoyed if we could get back to 24/7 operating hours. Between our work hours its a real hassle to get our burn on with the current hours. 🙃

I like the recumbent bikes for cardio and the circuit training area works great for my fitness needs. The massage bed and tanning is icing on the cake!

Gym is clean and they arent freaks about the mask policy; you are allowed to have it off when working out. Only way to make it better is get back to 24 hours like before covid-19.

You can not join their gym without providing a credit card and bank account. I have both, but you do not need both.

Awful customer service. Haven’t used membership since Covid. Stayed away for 10 months but still paid monthly membership. Had a stolen credit card and didn’t give PF the updated card numbers. (Not intentional) Returned to club yesterday to hear that I have two months of “late fees”. I offered to pay the two months of membership but refused to pay the late fees as no one ever contacted me to tell me they were being assessed. Desk person refused to waive late fees and stated I could not cancel my membership until I paid the amount due- AND stated my account would continue to accrue late fees and monthly membership costs until I paid- even though I was requesting to cancel that day.

Currently at this planet fitness. Full mask mandate in order. I count 33 people without a mask. 4 wearing a mask. I am one of the 4

It’s a great gym. Gets a little bit crowded but really would like them to expand their hours to close at 10pm 7 days a week. They close way too early!

Careful joining this contract place, i was charged for over a year without knowing it, the manager was very unpleasant to deal with had a chip on her shoulder, id advise you get everything in writing so to not have the same unpleasant experiences ive had in dealing with them over the past 1 year.

Facilities are great. I originally joined for the 24 hour opportunities to exercise as it fit my schedule. Since this covid insanity has come about, they keep reducing hours and limiting access. They open and close all before I get off work now. I think its time to find a new gym.

Love the atmosphere and the flexibility in hours

I’m a member to this club but not able to workout here due to their hours I work till 8pm. By the time I get there and change my clothes I’m only getting a half hr at best of a work out. Consider being open later to maybe 10 pm.

5 star! Enough sanitizer and every other machine closed down. Love PF!

I wanted to take the time to thank the trainer Josh W at this location. He says he has only been training for a short period of time but is extremely knowledgeable about all sorts of different exercises and diet habits.I would definitely recommend that you ask for him personally if you are newer or even very experienced. He is very friendly, respectful, and very easy to talk to. Will definitely go back to him every time I am there!

Very friendly service, always clean. Will need to bring your own towel and soap if showering. Very body positive and they incentivize you twice a month with pizza night and bagel morning. The machines are plenty and adequate. Ive never had to wait for a treadmill or long for weight machines.

I had a really great experience at Planet Fitness in Oconomowoc this past Monday. And the trainer Josh who helped me out did a really awesome job breaking down some new exercises and running me through circuit training. Would highly recommend, super positive experience!

Clean facility. However, I can usually tell who has worked the night shift just by walking into the Locker Room, based on its cleanliness.Always greeted with a Hello when I walk in and a Good Bye or Have a Nice Day upon exciting.Katie and Will are consistently cleaning in the mornings.I have been a member here for 2 years. During this time I have seen personnel changes in Management, Trainers and staff. I have taken morning classes for nearly 2 years. There have been 6 different trainers during this time. Each trainer is different, but seems to be able to adjust well to the group. There is always a learning curve on both sides. But... they must be doing something right, since I come back every morning. They have all been professional, engaging, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and courteous. This is a Judgement Free Zone that staff takes very seriously.Please bring back the black exercise mats!! Can you have both kinds of mats???Consider relocating to the old K-Mart location. You could get more equipment, including the PF 360 and a row machine ! Kettle Bells and Medicine balls would also be a nice addition.

Very happy with my membership at the Oconomowoc location. The 5 a.m. staff members are very friendly, Katie is always on top of making sure ladies locker room is clean and fully stocked, as well as cleaning/dusting gym area and equipment. Will is very friendly and willing to help at anytime. My only complaint is the new gym mats in stretching area are terrible!!! Theyre too short and flat and therefore hard on my joints. Really wish theyd bring the other mats back!!!!

Josh W was great, super respectful, well educated, and really descriptive on what I need to do with my workout. I would recommend him to anybody, even someone who’s already fit.

Have attempted to cancel my membership due to moving out of state 4 times! Emailed, called, sent 3 letters one certified and they still keep withdrawing dues. Guess Ill have to go the legal route.

This a very nice planet fitness location. I’ve been to several, but this is my favorite. Always clean, plenty of staff around, and all the equipment is in good shape. It also never seems to be overly crowded which is a plus. The $20 per month package is a great deal.

Been coming here for years. What looks to be a newer staff member by the name of John, terrible attitude, terrible communication skill, chip on his shoulder. Jerk to say the least.

This is the best planet around for sure. The staff is super friendly and always very welcoming. There is never anything broken and the manager, Savannah, is awesome.

My favorite PF so far. Huge amount of stair steppers and the equipment is spaced out nicely. The showers are the best thing about them though. From the top and side. Beautiful.

Very clean place. Good equipment and friendly staff. The only downside is they only provide a trainer to help you design your personal exercise program for 30 minutes a day. Between 2:30-3:00pm Monday through Friday. I rarely get off work before 3.

Just had a tour today and signed up for a membership! Prices are great, equipment looks wonderful, staff is friendly. Its almost too good to be true! And what I love about it is NO CONTRACT!! you may cancel at any time!

Great facilities; incredible value. Associates are well-informed, courteous & very helpful. 2 or 3 of them available at all times. Spotless. Cant believe its $10-$20 a month.

Terrible experience with billing and customer service. The automated processes failed to bill to a valid credit card for 6 months with no notification to the customer (me). They insisted that automated emails were sent for 6+ months, but I have no record. Maybe pick up the phone? Maybe say something when I check in to the gym? Maybe suspend the account?Finally, I worked it out with the manager and was offered a balance settlement to accommodate the inconvenience and then 2 weeks after I paid the settlement they charged my secondary credit card another $111.00 in overdue fees. My frustration is not about the $ amount - it is about the ineffective automation of the billing system, the lack of transparency, the lack of effective communication and a total lack of empathy from the staff who refused to take ownership. Here is a tip for the staff - if you are wearing a uniform @ Planet Fitness, then you own the customer complaints regardless of your automated systems...

I wish they had more room. Waiting to get on machines is disappointing. I would love to get in and out quicker but it ends up being about hour and half. I also think a free weight bench press would be great and bigger area to stretch. But for the money it well exceeds my expectations.

I have had a lot of physical challenges the past 2 years but I have been trying hard to exercise regularly and eat a lot better and it is helping. I did a few sessions with the personal trainer and she was just awesome.I got a year membership for my daughter for Christmas and she too loves to go and it has helped her as well.

Love how clean it is always kept. Every staff member is always helpful. The machines and equipment are awesome. It has everything I need. AND I love that its open 24/7!

When I first step in savanna greeted me with a smile and when I scanned in she said have a great work out I said I’m here to tan she politely asked do I have eyewear I said thank you for asking she def is one of the hardest working managers I have seen even though she was showing her employee how to do her job better

Friendly staff and very clean

I love this place. The staff is friendly, its very clean, and Ive never had to wait for a bike or elliptical. I was worried when we first joined, since my GF can only get there after work at 5pm. I figured it would always be crowded, but we get right in and right out. Definitely worth the price!

I normally dont write reviews but I had to about their employee Will S. He made me feel uncomfortable during my visit. His sarcastic attitude towards me when checking in and leaving was immature. I overheard him making fat comments about some of the gym guests. He was also throwing cleaning supplies at other employees. Im certain its harmless humor but it shouldnt be done in front of people when theyre exercising. Ive been in one of Wills classes before and enjoyed the routine. I think hes a okay person who lacks with his attitude. I didnt feel comfortable telling this in person to the manager. I hope management looks at these reviews. He needs an attitude and respect check with how he deals with other people. I have no interest in ever dealing with Will again. Train your employees better Planet Fitness!

Great facility, but BAD management. I was mislead by the assistant manager about the billing cycle and unjustly incurred $60 in charges. Its astounding to me how an assistant manager is just oblivious to this stuff... unless I was intentionally mislead. I escalated these issue to the regional manager and he avoided fixing the problem by saying nothing we can do, the billing already hit your account. $10/mo with No Commitments they advertise, who knew they were so insensitive to their customers?

I am sorry but the people who work there are dumb and don’t care about their customers. They want me to pay them money for their mistake on my account. When they called to tell me this they were rude and disrespectful. I will never be going back again and will be telling family and friends to stop as well. Customers should not be treated like that. They make the mistake and blame it on the customer and not own up to it.

First time in my life I have ever worked out. Claire is a great coach and teacher. Will definitely keep coming back.

Great gym, the locker room is always spotless in the morning when i come in .Only thing is you need more trainers on staff.Also when i come in Alan says hello and makes sure all the weights are put away so i don`t have to unload before my workout, but the weekends are a joke weights are all loaded up all over.

I always enjoy coming into the gym with such friendly and warm staff..who feel more like friends. A VERY clean and welcoming facility to feel motivated at :)

Edit: today I showed up and I was very disrespectfully told I could no longer workout at planet fitness after already working out there for over a year. The new manager was very rude and treated me like a child. Didnt even allow me to cancel my membership because I need a parent to cancel. When my parent called later the manager said she was misinformed and that I actaully could workout.( I still gave a star from the previous good experiences I had) Extremely unprofessional you should not be a manager if you dont even know the companies rules, will not be continuing my membership.

I didnt get the warm welcome that everyone is talking about. When I asked for help with the machines, I was looked at like they didnt understand what I was asking. So, I rode the bike for a little bit and then tried the hydromassage, which was great when I figured out how to use the settings because again I didnt get shown what to do.Then I left because I didnt know any of the other machines. I dont understand why they would think I would automatically know how to setup the machine when this was my first trip to the gym.....I Havent quit the gym yet because I really want to give it another chance, so Ive enrolled in one of their classes to design my own program.......hopefully that was a one time event and now that they are more organized things will be better.........I have about 100 lbs to lose !

Ive been a member at the oconomowoc planet fitness for quite sometime and everything has been great up until a few months ago. Something happened that now their TVs dont work on their treadmills. Not a huge deal - except for someone like me that needs that distraction to work out. Everytime you ask whats going on with the TVs you get a different answer/excuse. Come on guys, this is going on at least 2 months here. Very close to canceling my membership and going elsewhere if its not fixed.

Best gym deal ever, $10/mo. $10 extra is worth it for: total body machine--vibrating floor loosens you up like crazy!!!, tanning, massage bed (great) and chairs and access to Brookfield and Milwaukee (on-river) locations.

First time I have ever been in a gym and I love it two of the employees, Sara and Allen are very great social and helpful they made me feel very welcome. Allen is very happy and welcoming. The people seem so nice and as if they love there job to the point u just wanna stay longer and longer everytime. Awesome place to work out and feel better not only about urself but the people around are very nice makes it fun.

While not the largest Planet Fitness center, this is one of the friendliest. I work out at a few different locations and each time I visit the Oconomowoc location the place is always very clean and the staff is always friendly and waiting with a smile when I walk in.

Every time I go to the gym, Im greeted by friendly staff, particularly the manager Savannah. Very professional team who keeps the gym running well every visit!

I love this company, but I’ve had severely less than friendly interactions at the Oconomowoc location. I was mortified to find out it was the assistant store manager who was the crudest and least friendly of them. I’ll be going to the Brookfield location from now on.

Not at all kid friendly....when we signed up we made sure to ask if the youngest family member (8) could sit at the tables while we worked out. Then I cancelled my plan on the spot and walked out when we actually brought the whole family in and were told that my son could not sit quietly doing his homework or watching videos at their tables while the rest of my family (3 of us with memberships) worked out. We were told that it was for child safety because they can’t be responsible if someone kidnapped a child while the parent was working out. Ummmm, okay I’d understand with a small child or toddler, but the chances of my large elementary school child being kidnapped from the waiting area, especially with three of his family members in the same room... was such a ridiculous excuse. The customer service from the employee who stated the new rule and the other two employees there was non-exsistant. I would never recommend.

I think that planet fitness is a great gym. There is alot of negative coverage on the internet however, I have been benching over 300 lbs and have had no lunk alarm used. This is a great place with a very accepting atmosphere and I recommend it for everyone out there.

Jake was a great help with showing me how to use an unfamiliar machine. Place is always clean and other gym members are friendly and considerate.
