My central A/C unit leaked water through several interior walls of my home. Within about an hour of finding the water in the middle of the night, I had the tech at my door inspecting the walls, setting up fans and getting it dried out all the way around. That quick response likely saved my home from getting more mold damage.

He always called before coming to the house and let me know how far away he was. He was on time and treated my home like it was his. After taking up the flooring he then did a great clean up. Rytech was called by my homeowners policy and they responded the same day and were out that evening to set up fans and dehumidifiers. they were very responsive and on time. Robert Eager was our technician. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He called before he came to make sure we were available and answered the questions we had. Walking down our hall and found water coming up between joints in our laminate flooring from a leaking ice maker water line in our kitchen. Robert was there in about two hours removing base boards, flooring and kitchen cabinets. He cleaned all the material out and left our home usable even thought cabinets and flooring was removed. He called each day in advance of his arrival and on the last day changed his schedule around to accommodate us. Very efficient and every thing is dry and ready for repairs.

We had a plumbing issue under our slab Rytech was sent out by out Insurance Company. Do to the severity of the leak we were unable to stay in our home. We recently had a stopped up AC drain that backed up into our house, causing damage to our floor, baseboards and drywall. My insurance company sent Rytech to the house to assess the damage and dry it. Robert Eager from the Gainesville/Ocala office was our technician. He was on time, and totally competent. He was able to expose the wet areas with little to no damage. He dried the wet areas out and prepped it for the rebuild. Robert represented Rytech in a professional manner. I would highly recommend Rytech and this technician.

Robert and the team from Rytech were responsive in cleaning up our flooded first floor. Their ability to place equipment correctly allow the water to dry up reducing the amount of damage in our home. Worst company to deal with. Homeowners, if you ever have a mold claim. Use servepro or another company. Rytech was very disorganized on what they were doing, when they were doing it and how they were doing it. They say things when you first talk to them, then do others. This company actually told my insurance they were going to walk off of the job. Worst expierence I have ever had to deal with, with any contractor.*In reply to the comment by Rytech.There was ONE containment “broken” by myself due to I was told to get the rest of my belongings out of the house. Which was before my house was “cleaned”. THREE times containment was broken due to your workers coming in to do their “cleaning” and “painting” of my home. Your “containment” is just some plastic STAPLED to the walls and vents and open floors of my home allowing fresh air in constantly. Your worker Ryan, decided to tell my insurance he was going to walk off of the job. So yes, I told my wife to tell your workers to leave. I ONLY would tell someone I was going to walk off of a job, is if I was going to quit my job, or if the job could not be done to the standards and safety to the customers satisfaction. I work with different customers every day of my life, and yes, SO many of them get mad at ways stuff is done or how it’s done. So to make a customer satisfied, you do what the customer wants. How can you own a company that is to remediate mold, however, have the workers you do? THEY HAD MY HOUSE KEY. MY ONLY HOUSE KEY. You, the owner, are going to tell me I broke contamination? I’m in construction, I called 3 different mold testing companies that called your methods and time frame rediculious. I talked to two other mold remediation company’s that said you should have been in that house 4 days after “cleaning” to test. Although, it was 2 months with nothing but some basic cleaning and removal of the rotted wood and appliances. Your workers not once came in with proper “attire” .
