When we moved into our new facility, we had Mike and ServPro come out to clean. The staff was super professional and did an amazing job. In fact, it was so good we asked them to do more. Not only did they clean all of the carpets, they even cleaned the pews. The church was clean, smelled great, and was sanitized in time for Easter Sunday service. I wouldnt trust that job to just anybody...Great Job Mike and ServPro!

On 7/19/21 our guest bathroom pipe broke and caused major damage to our home.. servpro was hired and they did a job that was done in a timely fashion. They have put our home back together. Their customer service was excellent. I would rehire this company anytime.

Mike came out to do my estimate for air duct cleaning and mold growth on my screened in porch. His knowledge of mold made me very comfortable and eased my anxiety of if they would do the right job. Two guys came out and did a excellent job and answered all my questions and where happy to help.

Please do not every use this company. I had major damage to my household due to a hurricane. Everything started out okay until they began working on my house.They removed items that were not in the scope of work and did not notify me ahead of time. They also needed to keep equipment on site much longer than initially anticipated, which would be fine in normal circumstances. However, they did not notify me that this would be taking place at all. The only way I found it was when I received the invoice from them. They did offer me a $1500 credit for doing the out of scope work, however they recouped that credit by leaving the company owned equipment on site for longer than anticipated. Sounds much like a cover up if you ask me.I called the office repeatedly only for them to be argumentative and belittling by telling me they had many more years experience than me in the construction industry. Whether they had more experience or not is negligible as doing out of scope work without notification or permission is purely unacceptable.The office keeps giving me the run around and the project manager will not return my calls. Please do not use this company as they are only out to line their pockets with money from insurance companies. It is really sad that that is how they do business.

Woke up to water in my bedroom from a leak, within three hours of speaking with Greg he was at my house!Extremely professional, friendly & courteous. He was very careful bring equipment through the home . He explained everything that is happening from the water damage, what I’m going to experience and when they would return.Lance & Marty came to complete part two of collecting the blowers, dehumidifier and cleaning the rest of the carpet. Lance rechecked with the moisture meter and tested the surrounding areas. Surprise he did find more moisture trapped. Very thorough!Marty started on the carpet & sanitized the entire area. All I can say is wow!!! Had my carpets cleaned today by Lance and my carpet looks like it belongs in some super expensive high end hotel. My carpets were getting pretty bad and he came and had them looking brand new again. I have had several carpet cleanings before from other people but I have never seen anything that looks so good and professional. When I first saw the finished work I was amazed. Lance must have laser guided eyes to make these perfect triangles in my carpet, they are all the exact same shape and size. It’s like he sprinkled some magic carpet dust and made my house look brand new and smells fresh as well. I can tell he was very knowledgeable and obviously takes his work serious. Everything was a positive exp and will use Servpro again!

Curtis Jones inspected for water damage in our RV. He stated that we had a 20% saturation in the walls and floor in part of the unit which may or may not be an issue later. He told us he would provide documentation to this effect. No documentation was ever made and he and the office have ignored my emails and phone calls. He did a good job, but failed to follow through. I would not use this company again especially if you need documentation of any damage.

Recently purchased a resale home in the area and discovered -- after closing -- that the inspector failed to see that one of the base kitchen cabinets had been previously damaged by a leak from a faulty dishwasher. Worried there might be mold festering in the kitchen. Mike Webb of ServPro Ocala came to view the situation and assured me all was fine -- I expected the worst. We had a water leak that flooded the entire house with about an inch of water. When calling the insurance company they told us to do what ever it takes to prevent more damage. I had heard good things about ServPro so we called. They were there the same day, they surveyed the problem finding the drywall was damp as high as a foot from the floor. They immediately removed standing water and all flooring. They brought in over 17 machines, high power fans and dehydrators. Within 5 days the house and drywall was bone dry. The insurance companys adjuster came in, tested the walls and confirmed there was no detectable moisture. They were fast and efficient! I would recommend them to my friends and wouldnt hesitate to call them if I had another problem.

Had rugs cleaned that had mud all over them. Was thoroughly pleased with results.

I had carpets clean on house I just bought. Servpro showed up on the exact time frame window they gave me over the phone. Their representative, Curtis, was very professional, well mannered and polite. They made these 9 year old carpets that were loaded with stains look like new. The carpets needed little dry time & had a very clean pleasant smell (not like other carpet cleaners that leave them soaking wet and do not dry for days & end up with a musty smell). I found out they do all types of cleaning inside the house from upholstery, drapes, blinds, air duct cleaning, & so on. Not to mention they do fire & water damage restoration with 24/7 hours service. I will make sure their business card has a definitely place on my fridge !!! Thanks again Servpro !!!

Servpro of Ocala is the worst choice for anyone looking to salvage their precious keepsakes that need rescuing after a storm. Their associates are rude, argumentative and inept; the companys owner is completely unprofessional. And lets not forget to mention that they lose (or keep) many of your items, as we sadly discovered--regardless of repeat phone calls to the companys owner in effort to locate our missing items have prove useless.How do people like this sleep at night?Please, if you, like us, have the bad fortune of being hit by a storm that has you picking up the phone to get help with the damage DO NOT choose Servpro of Ocala and wind up sorry, like we found ourselves.Imagine people so low that they would take/misplace the needed and beloved items of folks hit by a tornado. Hopefully this lesson of ours will help be the guide for any of you looking for help after a natural disaster.
