Mold rememdiation. Had massive problem with mold from a leaky roof. I was devastated that my child was breathing this as we had no where to go. Once they repaired roof they came in and got rid of all of it. They passed the mold test the first time and then put my house back together. It looks amazing. Thank you for showing me respect and empathy during that difficult time.We feel so much better... no more coughing or runny noses in this house.

A $70K job that was suppose to take 6 weeks to 8 weeks never got finished. Contract was signed Jan. 2019. Over a year and a half later. And Im still being harassed for payment for a job not finished. I went and saw the owner yesterday and he told me he wanted to make it right after over 1 1/2 years. Sorry Charlie not worth it to me.

Our roof was damaged due to hurricane Erma back in 2017. Finally after fighting with the insurance company and researching contractors we decided on One Restore. We ordered one typeof shingles and because they were on back order, they called us and asked us to pick the color of the shingles. They upgraded the shingles at no extra cost. Amazingly so disappointed. Quick for estimate. Horrible with communication! Horrible with plan and execution. Told 3 days for all lower cabinets removal. NOT! 4 Hours day one .3 hours day 2. Not all cabinets removed. Fans left with no clue when they will pick up, as well as portable dumpster. Many calls and text to project manager with no return call, DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY EVER!!!

Mike and his crew at OneRestore helped me get my home back. Hurricane Irma flooded my home and I was at a complete loss until Mike generously offered up his help. I did not have flood insurance since I am not in a flood zone and FEMA was extremely disappointing. It wasnt just rain/storm water (read between the lines), so it was quite damaging. It took four appeals to finally be awarded about 10% of my estimated damages. No joke! There was no way I could afford to repair/replace all that needed to be done. Then, Mike at OneRestore popped up!Mike donated kitchen cabinets (demo and install) and cleaned/polished my tile floors. I called One Restore for a stretching and carpet cleaning job. First off the tech they sent out was amazing at cleaning carpet. He did a wonderful job on that end. But we had to move in to our new house by the weekend. I spoke with the front desk lady on the phone and was told the stretching and cleaning could be done all in the same day. After confirming this 4 times they sent out a tech that didnt feel confident on doing the carpet stretching. I chose this company because they could do both jobs on the same day. I then received a phone call from the same lady who was extremely rude and more or less called me a liar. This set us back on our moving plans. After calling and telling them to make sure to send someone out who could do both jobs for sure, they sent out someone who could not complete the job. The women on the phone had no interest in fixing the problem but instead made it out to be my fault. A family business should never be ran that way. I would give this company 1 star if it wasnt for the carpet tech who was extremely helpful and did an amazing job on the carpet cleaning. You never speak to customers like they are stupid and then get rude with them because YOU didnt follow through with job. I am a paying customer !!

When our upstairs bathroom sink pipe burst we were concerned about mold and mildew growing in the room downstairs. After calling two other companies that said they could be out in a day or two concerned me, mold grows quickly once there is a flood. I then called One restore and spoke to Mike who showed up in 2 hours. He was extremely knowledgeable and worked with the insurance company to get started within hours. Mike was very professional and dried the carpets, pad and walls before mold appeared. He still took the time to test for mold and luckily found none. It is nice to know there are real professionals out there.

OneRestore took care of mold bedroom that had mold issue. Not only do the air tests come back with great clean air but they were able to remodel bedroom for us too!

As a local realtor here in Ocala Florida, I have referred OneRestore for major restoration work several times and they have provided superior service. When an angry tenant who was being evicted left the water running and flooded the entire house, Mike and his team were there within the hour. Because of the extensive water damage, this restoration job was very big. OneRestore not only did a great job, but coordinated with the owner and the insurance company and made me look really good to my customer in the process. Another time, a friend experienced a fire in his apartment complex. OneRestore was able to completely repair the fire damage, deal with the water left by the fire department, and remove the smoke smell. I highly recommend OneRestore for all fire damage restoration, storm damage, flood water cleanup, and mold removal. They are the BEST!

The waterheater in my rental sprung a leak and flooded the carpet and drywall . Onerestore was able to get dryers in and replace the carpet and fix the drywall. Thank goodness they were able to work with my insurance co. with no problems.

My initial call I was both pleased and surprised. Shaun was prompt and very efficient getting fans and dehumidifiers set up for the dry out. After that things went downhill. I was given an estimate for work that failed to include overhead and profit. Some of the work was never done (like cleaning and sanitizing the carpet, although I was billed for it. The project manager had little idea what work was actually done. As a result the billing process has been a nightmare. I have received two bills for demolition and construction. The bill for the actual dry out is still somewhere, although I was told it was going to the insurance company. I shelled out $4,400 to remove a wood floor and the molding (although several pieces were broken), replace several square feet of pad and treat the area to prevent mold. They also reinstalled the carpet which is already coming up. I received a second invoice today for another $2,500 for demolition and construction.I am confused, pleplexed and upset. I would recommend this company for any initial dry out work. After that I would call a good contractor.

They were to clean and seal my tile. Its about 700sq feet.That was to take place on 04/03/2016. Couldnt make it.Then rescheduled for 04/05/2016. Couldnt make it.Then rescheduled for 04/07/2016, he came but didnt bring enough supplies.Then rescheduled for 04/08/2016. Called and said supplies on order.I was having an open house on 04/08/2016, I wanted to have the tile cleaned.I will never call them again.
