Had a severe leak from Is maker went undetected for years caused damage to kitchen, dining room, and living room. Floors and cabinets. It Unitited Water Restoration 48/50 days to completely dry out and remove the mold. They were here every other day. I would call them back for any emergency.

We had an awesome experience with United Water Restoration. We had a leak in our roof due to hail and wind damage that occurred apparently in May 2019. We were out of town most of the summer and did not find the leak until we returned. The dining room wall was pretty much saturated. Michael and his partner (Richard?) responded quickly and set up their fans and dehumidifier. They checked on the walls and the equipment daily making adjustments as needed. They were always here when they said they would be and very professional. GREAT JOB!

We received the very best care from Mike and Marcus for the water damage to our home. They were efficient, knew exactly what was needed to be done and had the necessary equipment on hand. They were very polite and were two fun and were energetic fellas. Brittney from the office was very kind and good to us, staying on top of our situation and taking of us. We happily will recommend your group to anyone who has the needs such as ours. We are very thankful.

Unfortunately, I met Marcus & Mike at the most inconvenient time. It was the 4th of July, that I experience a leak in my plumbing. It left half of my home saturated with water and I just knew (due to the holiday) that I would be stuck until Monday. But, Marcus called and made an appointment on the holiday weekend (at my convenience).Marcus & Mike arrived as promised and started the process of water removal and drying. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lamar Odom and United Water Restoration Group. My son had a pipe burst in his 3rd floor condo in the middle of the night and Lamar came right over and saved the day. He extracted water in the middle of the night for hours and then returned the next day to ensure everything was drying properly. His prompt response and professional service saved us a lot of additional damage. I highly recommend him and United Water Restoration Group.

On a Saturday morning turns we discovered a leak in one of our bedroom walls that once we got behind the wall included a great deal of mold. We called United Water and Lamar was at our house in less than 2 hours. He was very thorough and removed all the mold & sanitized the house within 2 days. I would highly recommend this company in your hour of need.

Best restoration company I have ever worked with. Had a water leak on Monday night. Marcus and Mike showed up at 9:30 pm to start the drying out process and stayed to make sure equipment was working right. They were here for over an hour to make sure we got the best protection possible and considering my husband only has one lung this was very important to us. Mike and Marcus have been here everyday since and have finally gotten the walls dried out.

Lamar was very nice and he was able to answer all my questions and my concerns. He walked me through the process of what he was going to do. I was very thankful he made time to come out the same day to help with the areas that were damaged by water, the adjuster that came out said United water restoration is a good company . The only down fall is I would have like to have a copy of everything i signed and i have yet to receive it from the company . I think they should look into providing the customer with documents to have for themselves and make sure everything is reviewed with the customer just for a peace of mind.

My family had a wonderful experience with United Water Restoration. We had a shower valve burst and flood a bedroom/ destroy the joining wall. Jacob was awesome!! He showed up in a timely fashion, extremely flexible with our schedule, very informative, highly professional and super friendly. He explained the entire restoration plan step by step so we always knew what was going on. In a stressful situation such as this, it was so nice having a company so on top of things and so helpful. He fellows at United Water Restoration Group are life savors. When I arrived home to find one-two inches of water in half my house do to a washing machine problem they were very quick to respond and arrive. They know their stuff. They were able to extract the water and remove the baseboards and started the drying process in a matter of about 3 hours. All three of the fellows were very patient and understanding with a very stressed home owner….ME.Someone came daily to check the humidity level and the 18 pieces of equipment within my home. Lamarr, the technician was very patient, caring and understanding. He even made sure that he was available to meet with the insurance adjuster. I would hope that no one ever has to go through this kind of stress, but if ever in need of the services provided by this company I would highly recommend them.

I travel for work. So when my wife called and said the the house was flooded I was concerned. The plumbers recommended United Water Restoration, so I gave them a call. Bradley called a few moments later. He explained that he would deal directly with the insurance people. After he got to my house, he realized that it wasnt something big enough for an insurance claim. He put some air driers out and a de-humidifier in the room. In the morning all was good to go. I loved his honesty and it was the best money I could have spent. Big or small problem, these are my go to guys!!!

A very stressful day was made less stressful with the arrival of your technician, Marcus Kingcade. Not only is he a thorough professional. He really took the time to explain to Bill and me about the areas that needed to be dried, and what it would entail, and the duration of this process. All of our questions and concerns were addressed. From the inital contact with Mark Burger, to the work provided by Marcus, we were very pleased.

Lamarr was our tech and he was timely and knowledgeable. He was professional and walked us through the process. He had to come back over several days and each time he showed up when he said he would. I highly recommend them if you have water issues.

$10,000 ⬅ I put that 1st to grab your attention, you will see why latter in my review.My wife and I had just cleared our house of standing water that had covered about 75% of the floor in our double mobile home.We called United Water Restoration Group, Inc. of Ocala, Florida to dry-out our home and they showed up in less than an hour. I was met with and delightful young woman, Michelle, whom assessed the situation and said they could start the dry-out immediately.Heres our story and the reason I 1-Stared this review:My wife came home from shopping and found water had filled much of our home. I was working in our shed and heard my wife scream to me from inside the house. When I got in the house we were both frantic to say the least. We immediately got the standing water out as best we could.Here is my complaint:I called our insurance co. and explained the situation. My insurance company told me to pick a Water Extraction company from the internet and frantically that’s exactly what I did. The Company I picked, to my chagrin, was, United Water Extraction Group, Ink. of Ocala, Florida.United Water Extraction Group, as the “Opportunists they are, took advantage of the situation we were in.When they first came to our home I was asked to sign an electronic hand held device and was told they could not start the dry-out if I didn’t sign it. I normally don’t sign anything without reading it first but I was frantic and desperate and the situation was immediate so I signed it so they would begin the dry-out. Little did I know of their reputation and little did I know, at the time, the handheld device I signed stated, in not so many words, they were not limited to what United Water Extraction Group could charge for the job at completion. WHO DOES THAT?!Our double mobile home has 1,056 square feet of floor. United Water Restoration Group, Inc. of Ocala, Florida, according to my insurance company, originally wanted $10,000.00 for the job in which we ended up paying $7,500.00. Although they did an excellent job drying out our home; the $7,500.00 we paid them was more than double the standard charge for a home our size. Again, WHO DOES THAT?!Although the people I dealt with were very nice; we WOULD NOT recommend United Water Restoration Group, Inc. of Ocala, Florida because of the Opportunistic Company they are!And oh, their 1st response to this review (in which they have since removed) said the 1 star review was a favorable review; well, you can see there is something wrong here. They are lucky they got 1 star. If I could have, I would have given them a negative 5 star rating!OPPORTUNISTS !!! Be careful if you hire this company. Read what you sign AND watch your pocket book for sure!

LaMar Odem from United Restoration Group arrived at appointed scheduled time and completed a thorough inspection of the water damaged area. He has coordinated with the insurance adjuster and mold inspector to make sure the repairs are done as quickly as possible. He has kept me completely informed of the necessary steps that must be done to complete the repairs once he did the remediation for the water. Great customer service and highly recommend

I recently used United Water Restoration Group for a plumbing clean up after our carpets, floors and walls were damaged by a leaking pipe. I was extremely pleased with service Tech LaMar Odom, as he was very friendly, informative, and helpful, in getting our home dry and put back together in just a few days. I had no experience with this type of situation before and felt very pleased with the informative way he took care of my questions and needs during this stressful time.

Unexpected flooding in my home at Thanksgiving time led to my experience with United Water Restoration Group. LaMarr Odom, was the technician who came to the rescue. Not only was LaMarr competent and informative, his personable business manner made an unexpected aggravation less burdensome at the time.

Recently, and unfortunately, we had a pipe burst within a wall resulting in several rooms with water damage. We contacted United Restoration Group at 6:30 AM on a Sunday morning and by 7:30 AM a tech was at our door, ready to spring into action. The service and remedies were thoroughly explained, damage assessment was accurately made, dozens of pictures were taken to record damages inflicted, soaked carpet padding was removed/discarded, as was all effected molding, and multiple pieces of equipment including powerful, fans, air scrubbers, and dehumidifiers were placed strategically around the effected rooms. Predetermined daily inspections were promised and kept, almost to the minute. Two days later, following another inspection, everything was sufficiently dried out and all the equipment was removed.My tech was LaMar Odom and he, and his service, was spot on! He was totally professional in every aspect; polite, thorough, informative, prompt, helpful, etc. He even offered to meet with the insurance adjuster when the time arrises to assure that all the affected property is duely noted.I/we are completely satisfied with the service LaMar provided and wholeheartedly recommend him and the company he represents. If, in the future, we once again need this type of service, I will definately call United Water Restoration Group and request Mr Odom.

We had a very bad Mold issue in our garage. I thought it would take a long time and a lot of money to fix it. I called United Water Restoration in Ocala FL, I spoke to LaMar Odom. He was very polite, and extremely punctual. He asked when I would like him to arrive, he was a few mins early. I thought he was coming for an estimate, but to my surprise he removed the mold right then, finishing in the two hours he told me it would take. Something that bothered me for a long time was gone, at a price I was extremely comfortable with. Thanks LaMar
