Had some issues with German roaches. Got in touch with bug out for an initial inspection. And they came out the same day. Was very impressed with how fast the process started. Came back 10 days later for follow up. Super sweet, and informative lady (I believe her name was Victoria) when I called to set up the service. And then the man (Zeb) who came out and did the inspection and sprayed was super nice, and answered all of my questions. Very pleased with the overall service. And highly recommend.

Have been a Bug Out customer for a year now and I highly recommend them to residents in my community or friends that ask .... Wonderful employees such as Stephanie over the representative and James service tech came out and sprayed everything as I TOLD HIM KILL EVERYTHING 😆 😆 Also want to add a very caring and understanding company .... I had to suspend my service briefly November 2020 my family will never be the same as we lost our grandma, mother, father and 2 uncles .... I called and asked if I could do this due to financial issues and they did just that ... No hidden fees or extra charges when resumed .... While many companies struggling financially due to Covid Bug Outs least concern was money .... I just want to thank EVERY employee all the way to the owner for the genuine concern and compassion during that time .... Bless you all

I dont understand some of the negative reviews on Google. My experience with Bug Out (who joined forces with The Bug Man of Mount Dora, FL) has been outstanding. The previous owner of my new home was pleased with Bug Outs service, so I called them first for my pest control needs. Richard in the front office could not have been more helpful in reviewing the homes history and detailing Bug Outs services, even going above and beyond by including a flea treatment in the new home-owner package as that had been a problem the previous owner had recently experienced. (Both my pet and I were thankful for that!) James, the technician who applied the new home inside/outside application of their pet-safe products, could not have been more courteous, kind and knowledgeable in sharing his first-hand knowledge of the home. Additionally, a Bug Out inspector came to the house to examine the home, suggesting James return for a spot treatment of an area of concern revealed during a demo for the remodel. No extra cost. All included in the service. I mean, whats not to like with this level of care and attention to detail? Thanks, Bug Out! I feel so much more relaxed in my home because I hate bugs! 😆

Tim is absolutely amazing!! I had white spots on my shrubs and he got it all cleared up. He gave me great advice on different plants that I can use for my yard. He took his time and walked the entire yard with me teaching me about my plants!!! He is the BEST!!!

Its still early they came out for initial service and was supposed to come back in 10 days but I had to call after that they have been out 2 more times and things are better so far so good. I thought it was a monthly service but we will see. Stay up-to-date

They have extremely good customer service! Ive been using their interior pest prevention for almost a year now and have had one hiccup that was corrected immediately. Ive decided to try their lawn service and Kevin was very responsive and informative. They are coming out to start service next day and Ill let you all know how that goes.

Bug Out takes care of weed control and feeding our lawn. We’ve owned the house for 2 years and this is the best the lawn has ever looked. Our service tech, Tom makes recommendations about adjusting our watering times to benefit the lawn. Excellent company!

No Show! 3 times!For my termite treatment, under contract!!I called on 8-19-20, scheduled for 8-20 1-3pm. NO SHOW NO CALLCalled again on 9-3, scheduled for 9-4-20. 1-5 pm. NO CALL NO SHOW.Called on 9-4 around 5:30pm talked to Brittney for 20 min. I asked why they NO SHOWED 2 times. She then called Jeremy Smith a service manager, while I was in hold. He said he wasn’t aware that his employee ED was sick, I asked 2 times?(Obviously no one can follow up on business jobs) Brittney and I talked, she said Jeremy Smith would call me first thing on 9-8–20 and said the tech would be to my place 1:00 pm sharp! I DID NOT receive the phone call from Jeremy the service manager. And Today for the 3rd time scheduled...NO CALL NO SHOW!!!I do not recommend this Company!I am waiting for a call with a remedy.

That are Nothing like Brays. Theres no more care, quality in the way that do business. I was told by them you Must WaterAt least 2 inches of Water which fills a tuna can according to. Ive been told by other people that take care of the lawn it only takes three quarters of an inch. It would take 2 hours to put that much water in a tuna can per zone. Dont think anyone. Will do that. At this time No Stars !!!!! According to this I have to put one star so others can see

I have had but out for nearly 5 months after moving into my new home and I still have a huge problem with roaches in my house. I have had the branch manager come out and said there is nothing wrong with our house and that we shouldn’t see any pests after he leaves. Well, I still have a problem all over my house, I called to have them come out and no one answered, left messages and no one has gotten back to me.

I have been with this company for several years and I am very happy!The employees are always very polite and answer any concerns I have had. They always call ahead to let me know when they are coming out to my house, and always leave a card letting me know what they did.Keep up the good work!!!

Worst pest control company I have ever used! Had problems with roaches. They came and treated the house 3 times with no improvement. Manager was supposed to come for the 4th treatment in less than 2 months and cancelled at the last minute and was unable to send a tech out due to being closed. Highly dissatisfied! Wouldve given 0 stars if I had a choice!

Once you get roaches they can be a struggle to rid them. Bugout is staying on top of them and scheduling follow-up treatments to make sure the issue has been resolved.

Bug out service has treated my lawn for the three and a half years I have owned this house and for ten years for the previous owner. I have the worst lawn in my neighborhood. The branch manager has been to my house numerous times concerning the weeds all over my lawn. Every time he is here, he tells me those are grab grass and they dont cover that. I have shown him several different types of weeds and every time he tells me they are crab grass. They just dont spend the money on the proper chemicals to do the job. In addition to being activated constantly, it has been a total waste of money. My regular service was to be at the end of April and they never showed up and never called. This manager is a real con man.

When you tell them you need to cancel the contract because of terminal illness, they dont listen.

Their service technicians are friendly and thorough. They also respond promptly to my call.

I will give a few stars to be fair because the service might be good to have but I dont like the games the drivers play if they had to drive a 1000 miles a week along with teaching they would not appreciate someone taking a Sunday drive while scared to drive refusing to let them around in front of them you supposed to be a professional on the clock

I just signed with bug out. The owner personally comes to meet and assess the situation. I was assured of all steps and kindly walked through the process. I had my first service yesterday and already we have more dead bugs then we could ever do our selves! So far so good!

Bug out services is a great company .I already had them for termite services that they do a great job so I decided to add service and added pest control and they came out and did a great job explainnig everything they were doing and maked sure our questions were answered. I totally recommed this company.

After dealing with TruGreen, McCalls & Florida Pest Control for 4 years only to have our St. Augustine lawn steadily get worse, Bug Out was next on our list. From day one when the rep came out to inspect the lawn, things started looking up. That was in April of 2017. Today we have a lawn that causes others to stop and ask us who does our service. All of the techs weve had were very helpful in answering any questions we asked. Unfortunately techs come and go for whatever reason, but Bug Out always seem to have that perfect tech to send out until a new trainee gets his wings. Today it was Tom. What a pleasure it was meeting and chatting with him. He taught us a bit more about weeds, bugs and caring of the lawn which we appreciate.Thank you Bug Out for sending one of your best and we hope to cross paths with Tom again in the future.UPDATE 2/11/2021:Tim was out yesterday and hes another one who deserves a raise. He was out about 2 weeks ago and said hed be back to check on the weeds and fungus. Sure enough, he returned, checked the place out, did some spraying and said hell be back in another couple of weeks to check the lawn again. You cant beat service like that.

I own a pressure cleaning company GAVCO. Its hard to find another company to match in customer service and their ability to perform what they are advertising. With Bug out, Im very pleased and Grady Smith the service professional is very knowledgeable and helpful. Couldnt be happier.

I would highly recommend this company for great service and professional employees. They come out to your home if ever you have an issue. I feel extremely confident that my home will be well cared for when it comes to pest control.

My experience with bug out so far has been positive. When the service tech. comes he explains what he will be doing that day. They are willing to listen to your concerns about any problem you may have either concerning your lawn or pest control etc. and explain what they will do to tackle the problem. I only started with them a few months ago, so far its been a pleasant experience.

Its a great service. I dont need to remember any quarterly appointments, they just show up when its due. Its been a great year with bug out. I havent seen any bugs all year. Just wish it would stop flys from coming in when you open the door. Their products are pet friendly so I didnt have any worries about my dogs. Im a Very satisfied customer.

I have been using Bug Out, formerly ALLSAFE for years. I am very happy with my service. They listen to my needs and explain things to me when it comes to the environment, the bugs, etc. My new representative, Tal Becker, is very personable and professional. I recommend this company. I get quarterly bug protection inside of my home and occasionally outside. They offer a lot of services. When I have a question or a problem they are right there to help!

I called this place to come out to our home set everything up then an hour latter some one called me to come out to my home to come out and upsale me on services we let him come out to our home just to see what he had to offer he was a nice guy . We did not take his offer so I guess we became not important any longer anymore and no one showed up for our reg Apt on Saturday to do our service . Never will call this company again...

Hired this company and was ensured that they could take care of our spider problem. 6 months later, we still have the same amount if not more spiders on our property. Ive contacted them several times to express how displeased I am with their service and have just gotten excuses. Now Im stuck paying a year contract, for a service that isnt even being properly provided. If you have spiders do not call these guys, and do not believe them when they say they can take care of the problem.
