Wow! I had such an amazing experience here. It was my first time shopping at Simply Unforgettable, and I must say I had an unforgettable experience. I went there to buy balloons for my mother’s 56th bday. The plan was to buy the balloons the night before to surprise her with them the morning of her bday. Well, this young lady (I believe her name is Alethea) was so kind to blow up 12 latex balloons and made them look so fluffy and pretty. She also beautifully twirled the strings on the ballon. At checkout a gentleman by the name of Robert asked whether the balloons were for that night and I told him they were for the morning. He was quick to tell me I had to add a special liquid so they could last longer and look beautiful in the morning, he was so kind to blow up another 12 balloons with the liquid and make my balloons look like a bouquet...the staff was so nice they truly went out of their way make my mother’s birthday special. Also, they were in the midst of closing and still they took their time with me. Thank you all.

If youre looking for a good party stuff for a good price though here better than Party City and the employees are very nice always willing to help

Good selection of seasonal holiday items, birthday, wedding, shower and balloons. Staff is friendly an always willing to answer questions. Pricing is decent and often stuff goes on sale the day after the holiday, so stock up for the following year.

They have an excellent selection for the Halloween season, but its going fast! There are items here not found in other local Halloween stores. Some pieces have a very realistic look, with a costume feel. This is the place to go for your horrifying Halloween festivities, as well as a nice selection of family-friendly decorations for more mild tastes.

Had the piñatas we wanted at a good price. Very few employees and all were busy at registers. Had to self serve retrieving piñatas from top shelf but employees at registers were very nice.

Good place to get your costume put together. Didnt have the devil i wanted but was able to make one of my own while I was there. Very cool place friendly employees will help you 👍

The people who work here are always really helpful and nice. They are always stocked with items that are great for any kind if birthday or party theme you can think of. But so pricey! $10 - $20 for a single blown up balloon...its crazy.

Huge store with vast assortment of merchandise. We were shopping for Halloween costumes and found ample choices to satisfy our needs. The only disappointment was finding the public restrooms were closed.

My mum and I went to this party shop to get some stuff for her birthday party. This place is well stocked with all the party gears you will need and to make it easier for you they do balloon arrangements. So its a one stop party shop,we had a very nice staff who even helped us to the car. He was very helpful. Thank you guys. There is parking facilities also.

I find the price is pretty good wish they had more catering stuff. I would definitely go back there. They did have a bunch of empty shelves but I believe its probably due to taking Christmas stuff out. People are friendly and very helpful.

The selection of party supplies is great. I come here frequently for baking supplies because the cake board inventory is awesome and you dont have to buy an entire pack! My only complaint is the WEBSITE is unbearable! Its the most basic website I have encountered in 2019.

Its the only one left in town! Great during the holidays but a little empty for the rest of the year. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Ask a question and they are ready to answer or to find an answer for you. The prices tend to be cheap and the selection is vast. They have many balloons for All Occasions and pinatas to match any birthday Style. My wife and I go there for the birthdays of all my children. We people even go for there pets. Chuck-e-cheese is next door as well as a pet store. Even if it wasnt the only party store we had I would recommend it.

The customer service is not always the best at the S.R. 200 locations. A couple employees in there kind of make you feel like youre bugging them if you ask for help finding something. However, theyve always got what you need in stock but you better hope you can find it yourself.

Best party store Ive ever been to huge selection great prices

If I could have chosen a half of a star I would have. Went in today to get a gender reveal balloon and happen to encounter who I later on found out was the owner of the store. Inquired about the balloon and was greeted with the most unpleasant customer service ever. By the one and only owner. But word of mouth the public can make or break a business, she seemed overwhelmed and very disturbed. If the leader is this way what excuse can her followers have when complaints are made. Wow seriously blown back by my experience. I wouldnt recommend shopping at this store especially when its owned by someone so unpleasant. I will make it my duty to inform everyone of this. So disappointed.

They were am awesome, they helped us right away. They were out of the balloon that we wanted and they suggested is to get this huge package of balloons. We told them that we didnt need that many so they opened it and gave us the one balloon. TheManager was great. Overall l great time and money spent.

Love this place for all my celebrations.

Came in to look for balloons for a work anniversary party. They had a couple of balloons that worked perfectly because ever where else had ballooned that were for wedding anniversaries. The lady rang us up while they were putting them together which made the process quicker. We were in an out in 15 minutes tops.

If you like decorating for Halloween, hurry to this store. Nothing too scary, but lots to help you build your collection for a fun Halloween. They have a big costume selection too, including for the kids.

I got most of what I wanted, but I was hoping to find cupcake toppers for my husband birthday and they didnt have them

This place needs a facelift, half the lights were out and felt abandoned and creepy. This is the only party supply place in town. Really needs some attention.

Went there today looking for theme items for my sons party. They had everything I needed but wanted to get balloons. They told me they had his theme and that the balloon was behind a shopping cart where I can’t see it. When I went around the corner to peak at it I was yelled at saying no ma’am you can’t do that. I said why would I buy a ballon if I can’t see it. She was very rude with how she handled it. Before this I would shop there. But kindness goes a long way.

Good selection of party items: birthdays of all ages, luau, baby shower, engagement, wedding, baptism, July 4, etc. Balloons, piñatas, most everything is here! All I had to get elsewhere was the food. Helpful staff showed me where things were.

The guy that works there had no problem blowing up last minute balloons for me. He was very kind.

Amber knocked our socks off!! We went in planning a 21st unicorn themed party. She helped us plan a beautiful rainbow unicorn balloon boquet, she knew her stuff!! She also made sure we were happy throughout the whole visit and answered our 92937 piñata questions. People like Amber are the reason we keep coming back again and again!

Were do i even begin! If I could rate this place a negative 10 I would. Bought a halloween costume and was under the impression I was able to return considering your not allowed to try on in the store! And my receipt stated I had 30 days to return if needed. So i get there and was approached by a young lady with black hair tending to balloons. I tried to return and she immediately CUT me off & said no halloween items!!and her tone of voice was just ruuude rudeee rudeeee! I had to walk away before it got heated.So I snatched the bag and left. Calling corporate.

When you go to a party store to get balloons filled you should probably tell people how long the helium will last for before you charge and start filling them. Its not common knowledge that they only last 6 to 8 hours. They wont refund any of our money even though we paid for 12 balloons to be filled and they only have 3 done. Now we are out $12 and we wont have floating balloons. Girls here have some serious attitude too. Worst experience ever. Do not go to party store next to Petsmart in Ocala.
