I would recommend them to anyone. We waited to long to get a slide and everyone was sold out. I called Chris and asked if they had any available and they did not so we thought oh well next time. Even though we only talked long enough to find out they were booked up for the dates we wanted he called me back in two days when they had a cancellation, I didn’t even leave a number it was a two second conversation, but he reached out anyways!!! The slide was awesome he and his son dropped it off and set it up and couldn’t have been nicer. Awesome people, Awesome slides and just a great experience all around!!! Will definitely be using them again!

Great costumer service with clean bounce houses and great communication.

I called 2 weeks in advance to book a specific slide with this company, and they said it was available for the date I needed so I booked then. They called me the day before my son’s party and said that slide was suddenly unavailable, so I agreed to settle for a different slide. On the day it was supposed to be delivered, between 3-5pm, they texted and asked if 7 was okay, and then if 8 was okay. They finally showed up to drop the slide off at 9pm. It was dark and raining, and they complained we didn’t have enough lighting. They came inside to do paperwork and informed my husband that “it’s a good thing it’s raining, because we didn’t have time to clean this slide before dropping it off!” DURING A PANDEMIC. They dropped off a dirty slide, without a care in the world to anyone’s health. I wasn’t home and was unaware of this fact until after we used the slide or I would’ve refused. My daughter ended up with a skin infection after using this slide. The company has absolutely refused to work with us. They’ve been extremely rude, and have terrible customer service. They forgot to process my payment and didn’t charge me for the slide until almost a month later. They refused to discount it for any reason, we were charged full price for a slide THAT WASN’T CLEANED, that we didn’t originally want. I would 1000% not recommend this company to anyone, they claim to be family friendly but can’t even deliver a clean slide for my children to enjoy.

I called and reserved a bouncer about 2 months in advance. Dealing with Molly was easy and amazing. Not only was she kind she was also efficient. I will return to them on my next occasion as well as recommend their services. Thank you!

They have great prices and absolutely made it worth every penny! Would recommend to anyone looking for fun... adults and kids alike! Thanks again guys for making my sons party one he wont forget anytime soon!
