If I could rate Ocala Inflatables more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Not only were they able to accommodate me with their biggest water slide available, tables and chairs within 3 days notice, but their professionalism was top notch as well. They were very communicative, if I had any questions before installation or during our event, they were always available and helpful without any issues. I simply cannot emphasize enough to stop looking…and just give Ocala Inflatables a call because you will not be disappointed!!! We had the best experience with this company. We rented a combo wet water slide bounce house for our twins birthday and everyone had such a fun time. They were able to accommodate my event with two days notice and at an affordable price. Nicholas and the team were excellent. They were on time, very communicative, and set everything up fast and easy. Everything was a breeze working with them and I would definitely use them again in the future!

I was looking for a last minute bounce house for my daughter’s birthday and Ocala Inflatables came through big time! The look on her face was worth every penny. They delivered, set up, wiped down, and picked up the bounce house. The process couldn’t be easier. Very professional, wore a mask upon delivery/pickup. Definitely would recommend them!
Reservation was smooth and easy on the website, delivery was way more than prompted and the gentlemans that showed up to deliver where very professional, But most importantly the kids had a blast with the water slide bounce house. On July 4th we rented a bounce house and slide for my 2 year old sons birthday party. We had great communication with the company and delivery and pickup was timely. We didn’t have any complaints until Friday July 9th. My son developed 2 wounds and was taken to the doctors. They diagnosed him with staph and stated it was from contact with contaminated material. We thought nothing of it and followed doctors orders to treat. Since the party 4 of the 7 children have also developed staff infections. We contacted the manager of Ocala Inflatables who didn’t seem to care about the issue. We didn’t ask for compensation we only wanted them to beware of the issues before it affected more people and possibly turned into a larger problem for them. I hope they make changes to their cleaning process before more children get sick or the infection ends up worse.
My reservation was last minute and they were very professional. The kids had a wonderful time and the adults did too! The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. I will definitely call them again in the future.
Great pricing and trustworthy with nice clean reliable equipment sometimes communication on the phone can use improvement but still did not hinder service delivered on time along with smooth pick will definitely use them again i booked for another party they would be my go to if they delivered outside of ocala thanks again for everything
Great customer service. Needed a bounce house for my son’s 6th birthday. Called 5 days before the party and they had a unit available and fulfilled my order. Willing to communicate via text and email also made it convenient as well. My drop off time was Friday between 1-2pm. They were at my house at 1pm and had the house in place and blown up in less then 10min. Pick was Sunday morning and again as scheduled they had the unit packed up and loaded up before 11am.Great price, great product, and best of all great customer service! 5 stars will use again!

My son‘s party was amazing thank you for the wonderful memories. The bounce house was delivered one day before the party, very clean and very big but they always say go big or go home . All in all I give five stars good very good quality bounce houses .

We are so glad we used Ocala Inflatables for our rental. Easy reservation process. Didnt have to pay at full during reservation. They delivered the rental early, which allowed us to enjoy an extra day at no charge. Overall, great experience. Will definitely use them again for rentals!

I had the hardest time having an inflatable company deliver to me because I live in Citra, every company said no except for Ocala inflatables. This company went above and beyond to satisfy all my party needs with their kind staff, reliable, and on time, their website was user friendly as well. My daughter loved the princess castle ! The bounce house was clean and beautiful ! The arrived on time early in the morning and let us keep it a little longer than 24 hours !I will definitely be using them every year for my childrens birthdays !!!!!

Rented the Rainbow Castle Water Combo last weekend for our daughters birthday party and it was a huge hit. Everything was clean and well taken care of. I’m writing this review a bit late but awesome all around setup,costumer service,price.only ones I would call or Recommend made my sons 1st birthday.
Unprofessional company. First time using them and never again it started with a email stating that they will be here Friday between 6pm&7pm I got a call saying that it will be 8pm,no problem......but then you forget the the peice to make the cotton candy! Ok no problem, you dilerved it 15 minutes before my sons party and just left me bags for it and nothing to get it out of the cotton candy machine! They told me to get it out with my hands!!! That didnt work,it actually brused my hand,this is what took the icing,they came at 9:30am to pick it up and no call or text or email when the owner (the man) told me by 12:00(noon) he was going to be there,they are very unperfessional,I will never rent these people again you knew what you needed for my sons birthday it was no surprise,I really hope you get it together and never do this again good luck.
