Estimator came on 12-26-17. Work needed to be done ASAP. Called 12-29 to get the estimate, was told I would have it that day. Called again a week later after I found someone to do the work, still didnt get the estimate I paid $100 for upfront. Called two weeks after the estimator came and was told I could have the estimate now but no refund since they did the estimate. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS CO.

We had some water damage from the AC line leaking into my hallway I called them to come out and they helped get everything cleaned up. After they tore out everything we got the new flooring selected and got them ordered. Everything was done quickly and professionally. Thank you for a great experience.

Thanks for the great restoration work you guys did on my mothers home in Ocala. Being 2000 miles away it was nice to find someone I could count on to take care of the problem!

My wife and I had Ocala Restoration and Remodeling out to assess our kitchen and give us a quote on a full remodel. After months of waiting and being told the quote would be ready next week many times, we still have not received a quote. Very unprofessional and unacceptable communication. They should have proactively reached out to us to keep us informed of appropriate timelines instead of forcing us to continually call and then make false promises. We have withdrawn our interest in a bid from this company as it stands to reason that if they can not keep their word on providing a quote, they would likely also fall short on construction promises.

If you have ever been where you come home and all you see is water with no boat in site then these are the people to call. Fast, professional and even helped with my insurance company. Took what was a very bad life experience and made it feel like someone had my welfare in mind. I would without a doubt recommend Chris and his staff if you need to be saved from watching your home and belongings go down the drain so to speak.......

If there was a neg. Buttom it would have been used .not knowing what i needed done to my kichen but put a center island you never call a customer and tell them its cost cheaper to go somewere else .i needed about 10 to 15k worth of work i wanted done .chris kept rambling on .i told them dont worry bout it i will find someone else that wants to make money .your loss .i wouldnt recomend anybody to this company, not even my worst enemy.

We fired this company today. Chris the owner is the most unprofessional person I have ever come in contact with. We had a job that should have taken no more than 15 work days. We are almost at 30 days and the job is not even half done. I can not tell you how many phone calls he has failed to return. All of this work was caused buy a window that was leaking, the Window company said it required a new flange, the contractor thought better and was just going to calk it and all would be great. I told the contractor I wanted it done correctly, and again I said I just want you to do your job and do it correctly, at which point he told me I aint afraid of you big man why dont we step outside and I will show you. LOLI have not been called out for a fist fight in about 30 years lol. Long story short we booted him off the property and he has been fired. Also today his entire office staff quit. This company has no credibility or professionalism.

Had them out to help with the downstairs after a pipe leaked upstairs, had them remove the molded areas and fix the drywall on the ceiling. They did an excellent job!

Had a water leak problem that turned into a mold problem, lots of damage. Ocala Restoration handled everything quickly and professionally. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

The owner of this company is an absolute racist. The only thing he does not discriminate on, is using derogatory and inflammatory language to describe anyone who is not white.
