I came in for an oil change, tire rotation and standard checkup. The checkup showed that all the trucks fluids were dirty and needed to be changed. I was a first time customer yesterday and I thought they were some of the best in the business! They really take pride in serving the customer and valuing their vehicles. I saw great reviews online and have heard of them lots on the radio. When I called, Erick listened to my whole story explaining how I had gone to Walmart with a used factory rim I had ordered for my 2008 Mazda 3 with the same bolt pattern for my passenger side front tire to get mounted, but they told me I had other issues to get repaired first before they could install the tire and rim and didn’t want to be held liable. I was super worried how dangerous of a situation I had been dealing with after a self inflicted incident of my tire going off the road into a huge dirt patch about 3 months ago. They jumped to conclusions thinking I had way more major issues than I actually did.I explained to Erick I needed an inspection of my suspension in the case if there were any other major issues. He was extremely professional as were his other coworkers and mechanics. He walked me through the whole process, I explained how my rims are a larger size than posted on my door when I bought the car, and if the rim I bought used fit and matched the bolt pattern. He told me if the rims were installed correctly that the speedometer would match up to one of the police radars when it comes to speed. I will definitely be putting that to the test! He taught me a lot along the way.He even took me in the garage and kept me updated the whole way through and made me feel apart of every step of the process of diagnosis. Erick and the mechanic showed me how I had a very loose ball joint that needed to be replaced and showed me the bubble in my tire. They also pinpointed a nail in my drivers side front tire that was patchable. They also told me that ordering a tire the correct size would take until 3:30-4:00 Pm and he gave me a courtesy call to let me know the truck was late by half an hour. He gave me the option to pick it up that night before closing or to pick it up the next morning. I said I would love it by tonight! They made it happen And called me back again when my car was almost done and to come on over to pick up! They were super detail oriented, professional, pleasant and answered all my questions. The inspection was free and I was told I needed an alignment as well but luckily I got some odd reason everything was perfectly aligned after everything so that saved me $100 in the end! Thanks for your amazing service! I will be a regular customer for car maintenance!

I had an appointment for 10:00AM to get 2 tires Mounted and Balanced. I arrived at Bobs Tire 20 minutes early. Then I had to wait 2 hours for the service to get done. I only wanted 2 tires Mounted and Balanced. Other wise service was great and friendly.

Everyone was extremely friendly even the Manager/ owner. The atmosphere was very relaxed & everything was explained prior to service. The staff was honest & trustworthy.

Asked Erin on Tuesday about gasleak on truck. I mentioned truck is needed Thursday. I brought it in Tuesday morning. Erin said they were tied up with problem vehicle and cant promise anything. Erin kept me updated on progress as he knew I needed it. Wensday morning early diagnosis call and truck was rolled out the door in perfect timing all fixed as diagnosis was correct. No upselling on work. Very happy. Truck is fixed correctly and I will recommend this company in good faith.

My ordeal was not pleasurable BUT your staff was awesome! I was treated like a queen. I would recommend Bobs to everyone who needs their services.

An alignment was done without calling me, adding and extra $100 to my bill. I should have argued but I was so surprised I didn’t. The excuse was that they were busy and didn’t have time to call. My interior had grease in multiple spots- seat, door, and glovebox. I emailed them that evening and have not heard back. My previous experiences were good but I will not go back again. I feel as if they were trying to take advantage of me being a woman and the fact that it was almost closing time when I picked the car up.

They are truthful .Didnt permanently fix air conditioning but got it going to where I can use it. Would cost way to much to fix permanently. Been using Bobs for years I have no problems with any of there services.

I had a 3PM appointment, they never took my car in until 3:40, then had to wait further for the process. I was told over the phone it would take about an hour, I waited 40 mins plus the hour to do what needed doing. I was prompt arriving on time please do me the courtesy of being on schedule as well

I have nothing bad to say about the work performed. I do take exception to being told I need major parts replaced, not do to performance issues or part failure, but simply because of age. I also find it a little unreasonable when 4 tires and an oil change takes 2 hours. Most lube places can have you in and out in 15 minutes, 4 tires shouldnt take an hour and a half. I know this because I have worked in a tire store before.

So dissatisfied with my experience here. I came for a break pad check and check engine light diagnostic. While they did send a detailed report of my car, they charged $120 for it. $120 for nothing. They quoted me $600 for brake pads and an additional $400 to replace a part. Obviously, it was an outrageous price, so I declined services, yet still had to pay $120. Such a disservice to people. So disappointed.

Im sad to say but the quality of work has been replaced by cheap labor. I had my oil changed and they had over filled the oil . If it wasnt for the oil light in the car my engine would have been damaged. Ill never go back.Good luck

I had taken my car to a few different mechanics who didn’t really know what was going on or where to start with my car. Bobs called me not even two hours after I dropped it off and gave me my diagnostics. As soon as anything changed or they had new information they called me back with it. I’m so happy to have my car running like new again and recommended them to everyone!

In the past I have always been a spokes person for Bob’s. I had used them for several years. I had always recommended them to anyone and everyone looking for a mechanic, that was until now. I took my car in early March due to my AC not working properly. Let’s face it, it FL and starting to get hot. They looked at my car. Said they couldn’t find any leaks recharged my AC and said it should be “good”. They told me they put a dye in so just in case there is a leak it would be easier to locate. Fast forward several weeks. I noticed my AC not working properly again. After spending over $250 the first time I take it back. They tell me that I will need an appointment and would have to pay again. I leave and take it to another mechanic. They look at it and tell me there is a hole in my condenser. Looks like maybe a rock or a stick put a decent size hole in it. They say there is NO way that could have been missed. So now I have to pay another $700 to get it fixed properly. I will never take my vehicle back and will now tell everyone to stay away from Bob’s. What a disappointment.

BOBS tire and brake is truly a place that cares about their customers this is why I am going to take the time to write this review for the amazing service they gave me.I was out of town and needed my car fixed and they came out and picked it up. I spoke to Carl who I is great to talk to. He called me on the phone and talked to me for over 20 minutes about what my worries were about the cars and what I though was going on with it. After they checked it out he sent me an email with a great break down of what was wrong and the cost to fix it. It showed what should be fixed right away and what should be you should look at fixing. They recommend me changing tires because they were over 5 years old. I told him I would like to hold off till I got paid again and he said no problem at all, but then asked if he could rotate them so I had better tires on the front and i said ok and before I could ask how much they would charge he said that would be no charge I just want to put the better tires on the front for you. Let me say most places wouldnt even did that because you said you didnt want to buy tires and if they did they would charged me because I didnt buy the tires from them.If you want great price, quality work, fantastic service, not feel pressured and not made to feel stupid or not talked down to for asking a question. Then I recommend highly BOBs TIRE & BRAKE for your next car repair.Trust me just talking to them makes you know your in the right place.Thank you BOBs Tire & Brake I appreciate for me.

Arrived before 8:30 which was when I scheduled the appointment. Business has no record of the scheduled appointment done through their link. Put me in and took care of the oil change, tire rotation, and pressure check of all 4 tires.Seemed like it’s could have been completed sooner than the two hours it took.Felt the business was trying to sell additional services or products to every customer.

We were driving from Kentucky to Florida in a rental car and got a flat from a leak, we were able to fill it with air enough to make it to the shop. They Checked all the tires and found they were worn down to the wear bars and large gashes were in the other 3. They advocated for us to the rental company and got all 4 tires replaced at no cost to us . We had been on the road 13 hours with 2 small children and they were so hospitable, offered cold drinks and coffee and even gave the kids M&Ms while we waited. Ask for Frank, hes an absolute gem.

Went here to get a tire patched. Nail was in the tread and completely fixable. They tried to sell me a $277 new tire stating that the one I had was not fixable due to it ‘being too close to the sidewall’. The nail was on top of the treads. I chose not to fall for their sell up scam and was able to get the tire fixed at another tire shop for $20 and verified that the wheel was completely fixable. Basically, this place did not want to take the job, planned on a sell up, refused to fix what was fixable, and was arrogant in the process. They wasted my time and they could have easily said that the job was too small for them if they want to continue with their profit margin business model. As someone from out of town, it also was apparent they were trying to take advantage of the situation.

Went in this morning just to take a look at my brake situation. They checked out car as soon as I arrived and were able to call for parts, have them delivered, AND replace brakes and rotors all in under 2 hours!! Very impressed with their professionalism. Called to get information about their estimated $ for brake pads and rotors, they refused to give me a price, and then told me that if Ive talked to other places, I can figure the average price out myself.Their customer service is AWFUL. I would not suggest this business. You know how to get customers? By providing kind customer service and actually answering questions about the services you provide. Absolutely ridiculous place.

We came in 30 minutes before closing for the Veterans Day free oil change and tire rotation. I didnt expect to actually have my vehicle serviced as I arrived so close to closing. I was looking for a new auto service/repair shop. My car needed what I thought was an alternator. Never occured to me about Bobs Tire and Brake until I heard their commercial on WIND FM. Stopped in to check them out and was impressed with all their maintenance bays being full. They got me in the next day and had the alternator fixed by 2PM. Yes they did have other recommendations to be done BUT I was in no way pressured to do it. I appreciate their honesty and will be back.

They have a liar for a salesman on the counter told me 24.99 plus tax after I drove from the shores when I got there he says it will be 34.57 because of the hidden fees Nissans been changing oil for 2 years never took more than 5 qts l walked out never got the service dont plan on wasting my time again
