Scott Bradshaw and his team are very professional. I recently purchased a policy and it was much more reasonable than any of the competition. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for professional service and a real payout if its ever needed without a big hassle.

Quick response when calling, if not immediately then within a couple hours. My daughter recently got into an accident and everyone with State Farm has been nothing but helpful. We got our claim taken care of and got our payoff for the car. With the exception of medical bills, everything was done in about 3 weeks. Thanks State Farm!

Horrible office. Failed to follow my preferred ways of contact and then told me it was my fault for not opening mail do you not open your mail? personally said by their office manager Kim. Yes I open my mail when I actually receive it. They also blamed me for also not getting their numerous messages they left me via phone and again another quote by their lovely office manager Kim well then your phone is not working. So I tell them I have no phone calls from them, no emails, no voicemails, and no mail oh and no accurate statements uploaded to my account and they failed to acknowledge it was something on their end. I have proof, screenshots, and phone call message history that I am more than happy to share because I have nothing to hide that they made no attempts to reach me and left me ZERO messages. If they fail to make a simple phone call, they want me to also believe they sent out mail to my home? NO. Not to mention they are shady enough only having 3 google reviews but they have been in business for more than 30 years... We will be switching offices as soon as we can.
