I truly have never dealt with an insurance company that I didn’t want to jump out of a 330 story window afterwards - until today - Shannon at Bird insurance was really compassionate to my situation and helped me out, went way about the call of duty! In plethoric amounts, actually.How awesome is Bird Insurance? They are playing one on one basketball with Jesus type of awesome. They are getting 50 service calls and they’re to all strip clubs, type of awesome. Bird Insurance is asking for a dollars worth of quarters and you get free passes to a strip club……. - wait - I said that all ready, but seriously they are awesome! Awesome? AWE-SOME!

Shannon Thomas took my call the other day. I was looking for a homeowners policy that would also provide coverage for a home-based business. I reached out to the Agency several months back when I decided I would be moving to Ocala upon my retirement. Michelle quickly returned my call and I provided her with my current insurance declaration page which contained 4 different insurance products I currently possessed and asked that he supply the exact same (or higher) levels of insurance at the best possible price. I did the exact some with 5 other companys/agents. Two never submitted any quotes. 1 supplied quotes on only two of the products. 1 supplied 3 of the quotes (I am still waiting for the 4th quote but the first 3 of her products quoted were higher priced and inferior to the products Michelle quoted. Only Michelle immediately supplied all the quotes I needed. All were 4 of her products exceeded the quality of any of the other quoted products and a total price that was lower then any other product. Overall a great experience thus far.

After bad experiences with other insurance companies I moved my policies to Bird insurance. Brittany has been outstanding. Returning all my calls and keeping me informed.The exact opposite of my last Agent.

The whole time I had them my rates raised more then any of the times it did since I was 16. In less then 7 years. When I canceled, they still took payment and only refunded partial refund and when question them about it I got, Ill get back to you, Im still on hold, that was the beginning of April. I do not recommend them to anyone.
