Randy & Diana are INCREDIBLE. I’ve been with auto acceptance since I was 17 & they never fail to impress. The price is incredible, they’re open 6 days a week, you speak to a ACTUAL representative instead of the machines *which is AMAZING* & most importantly they care about their customers. I wish I could give them more then five starts.10/100000 definitely recommend!
Double charged every month my premium for about six months but they fixed it immediately after it came to light and helped me get an affordable premium on my newly added vehicle. My advice check your bank statement dubiously when having bills come out recurrently.
Randy is definitely amazing! If your not sure about them call and speak to Randy he’ll tell you everything you need to know very helpful and resourceful. 10/10 definitely recommend this insurance company.
I dealt with Randy regarding insurance for my son. He was very professional and even though I know its his job, he genuinely wanted to provide the best rate and I felt as if he was over-the-top kind and honest as he answered all my questions even though he could have easily ended the call because I wasnt totally prepared when I first called. I went there to try to get insurance and was excited when Randall Black got us cheaper insurance than what we were told by my husbands insurance company. He was amazing and now we can actually afford to have both our vehicles insured. He took the extra time to help us and never got frustrated by anything. And the other lady that was working (Diana) was more than willing to help when asked. Thank you for having such wonderful people in the Ocala, Florida office. This insurance all it those is take your money I had my daughter n father die not to long ago I spoke to Diana about my payment she said OK n we made arrangements.. Then a couple of day later I had a guy call me twice in a week telling your behind in the payment I said listen I talk to Diana guess what she said hes not reading the notes.. A day later there he goes a gain calling me about my payment I thing im going back to geico

DO NOT TRUST THIS INSURANCE COMPANY. I was coming up to a renewal and was called and asked if I wanted to renew. I declined and let them know I would be switching to State Farm since they offer better coverage for less money so I did not wish to renew. Their customer service person said okay thank you and hung up on me! A few days later I see I WAS CHARGED ANYWAY. When I call them to get it situated I was told He should have handled that better and was told it would take 8-10 days to get my money back and they refused to let me speak with a manager or supervisor. That is outrageous and horrible customer service and I am so very angry with how poorly I have been treated. DO NOT go to the branch on 27th ave and 200. This is where I was scammed and ripped off. After many many years with this company I will NEVER return.

I could give it no stars I definitely would. There was a snippy little thing with a lot of mouth on the phone she was absolutely ridiculous and extremely rude I told her I was in the hospital with my daughter and she kept trying to talk to me about a payment I told her I couldnt do it at the moment and she got smart and said well then your insurance will be off and youll lose your license. I told her before that happens Ill get a new insurance.

This is the worest company i have every had. When i first signed up there were several mistakes on my policy. I was quoted 108.03 as a monthly payment.( i have proof through paper work) when i called in to make my payment i was told my payment was 220.00. We signed up with them 12/13/18 on 12/20/18 i received a cancellation letter saying i was behind on my bill. How can i be behind on a policy i just signed up for??? ( I put 256.00 down to start). When i went into the office Diana told me there had been many mistakes on my policy that she would fix them. The next week i recieved an email from Diana of someone elses policy information. Diana soon wrote me telling me to disregard the information it was sent to the wrong person. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. Becareful because your information could be sent to anyone.
