Love this place! I feel welcomed every time I come here. It gets really busy on Friday’s and Saturday’s so make sure you’re not in a hurry on those days.

Over 30 years, me in nails salons; two in particular to the point of Kim the next generation my daughter goes as well. Never have any of them EVER suggested I get GEL vs acrylic?I needed my nails done and had no time to go to my regular spot. Upon walk in, I was greeted. They were busy, but fit me in :-) Lisa, I believe did my nails and asked if I wanted Gel. I said acrylic because I work with and in alot of water. She said, because of this, Gel would be better and BOY was she right!! I LOVE IT! No chips, smears or fading and that pic is 3 weeks after I went in. Plus, the staff is down to earth and seems to really know their clientele.Been back twice and the last time a pedicure where she used lemon and warm stones on my tired feet. I ROCK Timberland work boots daily and those stones were a needed treat :-)Thanks for the Happy Feet :-)

Thank goodness the best nail salon in oakland is open again. Owner has installed all safety features for covid. These people are on the ball. Lisa and her staff do great work in a clean enviornment. 10 stars!!!!!

It was soo relaxing I almost fell into a deep sleep. Lots of laughter, they really made me feel at home.

I go to this place every time to get my nails done they are very professional and they actually make you feel like family. If you want to place where you can laugh and joke and no one takes a personal, this is the nail shop to go to you will have a very great experience here.

At Pro Nails I always feel my visit is appreciated. I never feel like they rushed through doing my nails just to get to the next person. I always leave feeling like I was cared for.

Ive been dealing with MeMe for over 20 plus yrs she does good nails Lisa does good nails and lashes Nancy does good pedicure these ladys are like my family they take good care of me and my family and they treat they customers like family its a very clean place of business

The older man who did my nails (white tips) was rude, arrogant, mean, and shouldnt be anywhere near customers. Good thing Dina was available to finish the job with kindness and professionalism. Unfortunately this experience has left me with a distaste for this business and I will never return.

My nails were done since May 23 2018 and they are still a full set and no nails lost or broken they use quality products unlike most S.F. nail technicians Lisa is a wonderful tech along with all the other Awesome techs there this shop is outstanding, funny, relaxing, with inside comedy all the time Im getting my nails done on June 3rd 2018 more then a month later💅💅💅

THE SERVICE HAS DECLINED. THERE ARE NEW PEOPLE WORKING THERE NOW WHO ARE SLOW AND INEXPERIENCED. IM A WORKING PROFESSIONAL THAT HAS ZERO TOLERANCE FOR UNPROFESSIONALISM LOUD TALKING CUSSING LATE FOR APPTS HAVING TO WAIT. THE OWNERS NEEDS TO IMPROVE THE SERVICE BEFORE I EVER COME BACK. THEY HAVE JUST LOST A CUSTOMER!
